Twitch customer help continually giving me canned responses that DON'T address the problem I'm having I am on my THIRD attempt to get help from Twitch support after another user stole and used my personal phone number for their account without my permission or knowledge. Twitch support has twice now told me how to attach my number, completely ignoring that the issue is I can't use my number because it is being used by someone who is NOT me.

Change the default live and stories notification settings both to off when you follow someone new I follow a lot of channels but there’s only 2 streamers I enjoy enough to never want to miss a stream. The rest are people who happen to be apart of the same gta server as my favorite streamers. So it’s super annoying to have to go change the settings for every single new creator I follow so I don’t get bombarded with notifications that I care nothing about. Allow users to search or sort for NEW games There is a flag in the upper right corner of games showing that it is new or had a major update. So far I have not been able to find a way to show just these games. Recently none of the streamers that I follow were online, so I was looking for a new game to watch or smaller indie game. To find them I had to scroll through the entire list of games. There has to be an easier way to discover these games.

social media badge content stealing Social media badges given for sharing streamer content on other platforms. Users end up just using your content to get views on youtube etc and the "#" that shows its your content and not theirs doesn't bring new followers or fans. Yes, you can disable the feature altogether, but that disallows any share! Can twitch require a direct link to twitch channel when streamer's content is used to get the person sharing (not content creator) views on other platforms?

Block Twitch Self Promotion Where Twitch displays a drop box over chat to let you know that drops are progressing gets blocked by random Twitch self promotion alerts that have nothing to do with anything else going on. Recently I missed a drop occurring because the drops page wasn't updating and the notification box was blocked by a Twitch self promotion alert about viral clips nonsense. Please allow a way to block all Twitch self promotion alerts, especially if they're going to interfere with events that the users are actually interested in.

Viewer count issues not being resolved nor taken seriously by Twitch staff. Finally do a actual, effective functional fix for the viewer count being counted in a backwards manner that is not even remotely realistic nor accurate.
We are fed up with hearing empty promises and blatant lies that a problem Twitch it self have created intentionally, is even being addressed at all.

Pfvr concerte problemas no firefox N é uma ideia, mas tive dificuldade para encontrar onde eu deveria fala sobre. Vocês provavelmente já sabem, mas já faz um tempo que isso está acontecendo ent resolvi falar, a twitch está performando mal no firefox em vários sentidos depois dessa ultima atualização, mas coloco em destaque o problema com seguir e deixar de seguir pessoas, no firefox(ao menos na minha experiencia) não consigo seguir ou deixar de seguir alguém, além de que em algumas lives o vídeo simplesmente n carrega, espero ter ajudado.

Bring back separate Open/Closed sections of Drops Campaigns page. The newly-revised Drops Campaigns page is an absolute user-experience nightmare and a regression of QoL on all counts.
The change to how open vs closed drop campaigns are displayed is currently worse in every way than it was before.

Typo in Terms of Sale information There is a typo in the Terms of Sale in the 10th category, second paragraph, fourth line. It says deprecate instead of depreciate. Deprecate means to express distaste for something, which I'm pretty sure you weren't going for here.

Issue about the jokes are being sensitive from greeting chat Hi, I followed the rules and regulations from twitch report for malicious pranks but it seems we have a problem from the malicious pranks usually from sensitivity jokes and not added from dad jokes. Upate Uservoice categories noting which are CLOSED due to feature not existing anymore In the Uservoice clear up categories for features that don't exist anymore
- Gust Star (Name it Stream Together)
- Watch Parties (don't exist anymore)
- Teams (basically don't exist anymore)
- etcA cleaned up & consolidated category system will help more users to properly put feedback and suggestion in their proper categories especially since most suggestions of new idea cover multiple categories (Dashboard, User Exp, Safety, Legal, etc etc)
