Twitch should not auto-censor the terms “trans” or “transgender” as these words are standard community labels not slurs. LGBTQ identity labels, particularly “trans” and “transgender” shouldn’t be censored automatically by OBS or Twitch because this implies that being trans or talking about trans issues is something that needs to banned. This makes LGBTQ people feel less welcome on the platform.

Twitch not support Samsung Browser Samsung have release new Samsung Browser for Desktop Windows. When twitch it keep redirect to m.twitch.tv and when open help.twitch.tv it display the browser is not support.
Please make twitch support with Samsung Browser and not redirect to m.twitch.tv.

Customer experience model atrocious I am a bit dismayed at the "categories" and how they are created and shown. They advertise, as titled, discrimination. For example: You have "black" categaories" and no "white" categories, and the same with "hispanic", you have "lgbqtxzy123+-/pride" categories, yet no "straight" or "heterosexual" themed categories and more ... there is a disparity regarding balance of sex, race, sexual beliefs that is not balanced and quite biased. it is offensive to to see categories that offensive to me without having those that pertain to me as well. should there be a balance, there would be nothing for me to be…

Feedback on Persistent Co-Streaming Notification Overlay. Currently, the message stating that I do not have permission to co-stream remains permanently visible on the screen. It does not disappear in theater mode or even in full-screen mode. This ends up being quite distracting and, in some cases, blocks important parts of the content, negatively impacting the viewing experience.
It would greatly improve user experience if this notification could either:
Automatically fade away after a few seconds, or
Be dismissible by the user, or
Not appear at all in theater or full-screen modesAs it stands, the persistent overlay feels intrusive and reduces immersion while watching streams.

Remove this duplicate category Currently, there is a SCP: Containment Breach with 75.2k followers but a much smaller SCP Containment Breach category that people often mistake for the real one (the IGDB page for the non colon one was delisted and wasn't even showing the real game!) It would be better for everyone to remove the fake / duplicate category.

Broken Link to Legal Page DJ Program FAQ (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/dj-program-faq?language=en_US) contains a broken link in the "Do Not Play Pre-Release or Unreleased Music" section. The "Music Guidelines" link points to https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/community-guidelines/music which comes up as 404 - Page Not Found.

tickets closed repeatedly There is major issues in regards to twitch support using ai bots.
In my case its been about a week of writing support tickets, arguing with ai bot about tickets being repeatedly closed etc.
I've probably sent in 9 tickets in the past week as a result of being ignored.
The first and only email i got a response to had a generic response not in line with my issue, i had received more of an explanation from open ai on the topic rather than twitch support but even at that its an issue only twitch support can help with. …2 votes -
couldn't access a stream due age and/or region couldn't access a stream due my age (i'm 44) and/or region
there is no reason why i was refused access or there is nothing showing why. more details should help users and streamers to know what is causing it.
for my case i'm a game server owner and i need to monitor streamers to protect them from being stream snipped which ruins the experience for them and the audience.

Watch streak usefull information I lost my Watch Streak because I missed a stream, I watched the VOD the same day (a 6+ lentgh hour VOD) but I didn't "save" my streak.
I didn't see any notification, nor any icon on the VOD. Why is that? Does it not work every time?
For context, I do often have open tabs with paused VOD, does that count as multiple tabs open even through it's not playing and so made me unable to recover my watch streak?
Also, the stream I missed was one after a 3+ week break without stream, does it have an impact?

Uncloseable Pop-up telling me "You're not live yet. Start your stream then come back to co-stream" I was watching a stream that had 2 co-streamers, and a semi-transparent black pop up covered the top left of my stream saying "You're not live yet. Start your stream, then come back to Co-Stream. Learn More".
There is no button to remove this overlay, and clicking learn more also doesn't remove it. Refreshing also doesn't remove it. It's ridiculous to ever have any element cover a stream. I'm trying to watch an esports tournament and can't see a bunch of important info due to this, and even if I wasn't this is an unacceptable design.

Persistant state notifications on overlay I am watching an esports stream and there is a small overlay banner regarding co-streaming. It's persistant and blocks a portion of the key statistics on the broadcast. Please add an acknoledgment option to verify it's been read, but allows the banner to go away. It's quite disruptive.

More capable sub notifications Include a timestamped link to the VOD when you are gifted a subscription in the notification. An easy way to click the notification and be linked to that moment. Rather than having to scroll through the VOD.

Let me block channels so they don't show up while browsing! Let us do what most other sites allow: Go to a user's page and BLOCK them. No contact, no recommendations, no getting routed to their stream when someone else's ends.

Boost volume of the stream Sometimes the streamer set the audio to a low volume, so a nice feature would be the option to boost the loudness on the volume knob.

Categories with same name are mishandled on the Directory page There's a problem with the categories. The two different Resident Evil 2 categories share the same name. I followed the one that has more of the Original game. But instead, the other one shows up on the Directory page. After choosing 'Not Interested' for that category, I see no Resident Evil 2 categories at all. There appears to be no way to get the other one to actually show up in the directory categories. I suggest renaming one to Resident Evil 2 Remake, or fixing the bug so that the two categories are treated independently.
