Customer experience model atrocious
I am a bit dismayed at the "categories" and how they are created and shown. They advertise, as titled, discrimination. For example: You have "black" categaories" and no "white" categories, and the same with "hispanic", you have "lgbqtxzy123+-/pride" categories, yet no "straight" or "heterosexual" themed categories and more ... there is a disparity regarding balance of sex, race, sexual beliefs that is not balanced and quite biased. it is offensive to to see categories that offensive to me without having those that pertain to me as well. should there be a balance, there would be nothing for me to be offended by ... you are separating, singling out, and isolating your community. You have categories "empowering" women, yet none empowering" men. Can we be less 0offensive and try for a truer balance here that is unbiassed ? The "agenda" based categories make for a user experience that leaves less than to be desired experience. I feel this type of behavior being represented by your service to be borderline reprehensible and extremely biased. What I ask is that you try harder and be more objective and less agenda-based. And to be fair to all users of the service not just the select 10%.
