Watch streak usefull information
I lost my Watch Streak because I missed a stream, I watched the VOD the same day (a 6+ lentgh hour VOD) but I didn't "save" my streak.
I didn't see any notification, nor any icon on the VOD. Why is that? Does it not work every time?
For context, I do often have open tabs with paused VOD, does that count as multiple tabs open even through it's not playing and so made me unable to recover my watch streak?
Also, the stream I missed was one after a 3+ week break without stream, does it have an impact?
The agent that helped me with that problem asked me to post my case here, if I'm not wrong since I kinda lost that mail...
