Highlights unpublished Re the recent email Twitch sent out re cover songs, I need the ability to make highlights from UNPUBLISHED VODS!
Otherwise, if i perform even a single cover song, the only way to highlight my originals is to temporarily publish my VOD. Or I can highlight the cover song, then UNPUBLISH it, then EXPORT to YouTube. But this is ridiculous!

When the streamer share a music from Youtube, available number of streamer' spectator be reflected music views. Music license companies put their videos on Youtube and make money through Youtube. They need to be watched in order to make money. There is no problem when everyone watched its videos individually but a streamer share their videos with crowd of people it is problem because this is loss of earning for them. Disallow Games Glorifying Genocide and Terrorism “Twitch does not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts.” But for some reason Twitch allows it in games? Call of duty modern warfare 2 allows you to slaughter civilians at an airport. Destroy All Humans glorifies Genocide. The Postal series promotes mass murder. These games have their place but it’s not on this platform by Twitch’s own definition. Either ban these games or change the community guidelines to allow depictions of terrorism.

Temporary disable following to prevent beeing botted We already have the option to set our chat to "only followers" or "only subs" so chatbots can't spam around.
Why don't we have an option to temporary disable following on our channel? This could be a implemented as a mod feature - maybe with an option to directly report follow botting on that channel.

Appeals I would suggest to go over your existing appeals for muted music.
Two of my videos are falsely muted for 15 months now. I've sent multiple e-mails to Twitch on every possible email I could of find, and every response is that it's not their department to deal with appeals.

Well first off don't VOD a video that's playing music from TWITCH SOUNDTRACK, Why do you have us use Twitch Soundtrack as an approved music source than hit my game stream with a VOD? You approved the music so why may I ask am I and my stream being penalized for it? YOU need to fix this issue ASAP. I've uninstalled the Soundtrack app because of this and will Never use it again.

Soundstripe Music Please make sure that Soundstripe Music does not get flagged as copywright audio. Very irritating to see multiple random vods with audio muted and i ONLY use Soundstripe.

"Click Here to Buy This Song" over steam muting. I get it...RIAA is aggressive. However, if ContentID can automatically tag and flag a song by whistling the notes, then I would suggest posting a link automatically to "Purchase this song now on iTUNES, Google Play, Amazon, or listen now on Spotify" over muting a stream.
But I know you don't argue with lawyers, you just do it or get sued with them.

Unban request visual bug Im a moderator in a channel called "ameliavii" it says we have 2 unban request but there is only 1 request i think we unbanned a user via unban command not in the unban requests while the users request still in progress and that caused a visual bug

A stipulation to Driving Streams Given the terms of service defines driving streams as Self Harm and Injury due to distracted driving, I would want a stipulation added that the streaming device being it a phone or tablet must feature the back of the Driver's head to be evident that the Driver is not a distracted driver.

Mandatory Review Time for DMCA Proposal: All DMCA strike appeals within 30 days, or another concrete time period. Twitch must have an avenue for creators to submit proof of license for copyrighted music, which should also have a mandatory maximum 30 days review period. People under the age of 13 should be able to use Twitch, but without the chat feature. I know many people under the age of 13 that wanna watch peoples' streams or show off their talent on Twitch, but they can't since they don't meet the age requirement. Instead, I think people under the age of 13 should be able to use Twitch, just without the chat feature. That way they can still show off their awesome skills but they just won't be able to view the chat in case there is someone inappropriate in it.

Music DMCA workaround Instead of striking users or scrubbing content, develop an algorithm with the aid of spotify/youtube/apple music etc that generates plays that work in conjunction with music heard on a stream. That way users can play game like GTA without worrying about being taken down for DMCA, while music streaming sites generate income for the music artists. Everybody wins.

Original License Games Only Modded and hacked games should be banned. Original license games should be shown only Twitch. So the viewers won't be confused.
