1. Formal Complaints

   I would like to know how to make a formal complaint about the lack of responce from the reports system on your platform. I have been suffering abuse and harassment for a month from the same user and I have reported every time they have said or done something abusive or harassment, which has been at least 10 reports over the month and I have been given no responce and no action has been taken. I wish to make a formal complaint about this as the lack of responce is disgusting and the fact this streamer is still, a month later, being allowed to continue this abuse and advocation and encouraging others to do the same is shocking. I would appreciate any help in this matter with some urgency.

2. Help ordinary users by allowing us to access channel history data, for example its ban history, that we can access before subscribing.

   Sometimes Twitch might recommend a channel, and we go there, dedicate much effort to good participation in it, support the streamer by using the Amazon link, then for no apparent reason, suddenly we have a notice that our account is permanently banned. This could ruin almost one month of a subscription, perhaps even more.

   If ordinary users have a little power too, to access a channel's ban rate for example, then we might know to be wary about dedicating ourselves as much to the channel, and perhaps not even to subscribe to that particular channel.

3. Remove followers tool

   Please add a feature that allows the Streamer to manually remove followers. Banning a user doesn't remove them from your followers list anymore. Users are still able to receive notifications of all of your activity, or in the case of stalkers and ban evaders, they just create new accounts to follow you around to receive these notifications and keep tabs on you.

4. Bloqueo de IP de usuarios indeseados en nuestros canales

   Si los streamers BLOQUEAMOS (no baneamos, BLOQUEAMOS) un usuario, se debería bloquear directamente su IP de nuestro canal.
   Soy sistemáticamente acosada sexualmente por un usuario puntual. Pude bloquearlo en plataformas como Discord y allí no puede volver a entrar porque el sistema bloquea su IP. En Twitch, por el contrario, se crea múltiples cuentas cada vez que transmito y me siento violentada e insegura, al punto que no quiero volver a transmitir porque me causa ansiedad. Crear cuentas en la plataforma es muy sencillo y eso está bien, pero deben brindarnos seguridad.

5. Very unsatisfied with Twitch customer communication and actioning of reports

   Hello,

   I recently had an awful experience on Twitch that makes me uninterested in further using the service. This does involve a suspension, but please give me a chance to explain, it is not my goal to evade said suspension.

   On March 17th I reported a user for sending me a NSFW **** link in my private messages. It was actioned on the same day, then exactly 7 days later on March 24th I was suspended very suddenly for allegedly sharing "sexually explicit content in public or private messages".

   At this time I have served the suspension and would like to voice some problems that I'm having here:

   1.) the message that I reported and that was actioned on March 17th is still absolutely visible in my private messages, Twitch took absolutely no initiative to delete this link

   2.) Communication is really hard, I'm a big user of Amazon and they have incredible customer support. It is hard to believe that the level of communication available on Twitch is associated with Amazon. All I've wanted to do was ask some questions to a representative to understand this situation better.

   3.) When you issue a suspension, please include the exact content that was reported and actioned and display it to the suspended user. It is extremely vague to say "in public or private messages" but oh wait the message was possibly deleted and we don't have any examples for you. I personally would like to learn from my actions, if something to that extent gets me suspended.

   4.) I understand that on a platform like this you get people who will be absolutely ruthless and have no decency, but please give people a chance to converse with your support team. When I disputed my suspension, it was instantly rejected and I was labeled as "evading". All I wanted to do was ask some questions.

   With this in mind and the fact that the message I reported/that got actioned is still available to be clicked in broad daylight, I'm lead to believe that I was falsely suspended. It would be unbelievable if, after all of this pain and frustration, someone at Twitch clicked wrong and suspended me instead of the person I reported.

   If Twitch had customer support that was anything like Amazon's, this would have been a better experience. But in the end I'm left with unanswered questions and a lot of frustration that leads me to be uninterested in further using the service.

7. Selective moderation of complaints on neo-Nazi channels

   I am an adult, I am 30 years old. I believe that I assess the situation as an adult.

   The essence of the problem. Most of the major Ukrainian channels have banned Twitch. Because of planned attacks by Russians with complaints, because they hate everything Ukrainian. And the Twitch platform does nothing about Russians who incite hatred.

   In more detail, I will explain as an example.
   Go to your favorite broadcast, on Thursday-Friday. After the game Arma 3. A military game, a simulator, and see what the streamers are promoting there, in short, what I saw was the encouragement of the murders of not only Ukrainians, but people of the "Western world", propaganda of Nazism, insulting state officials symbols, languages ​​and others.

   When you try to say something in the chat, bad words, threats, etc. are heard.

   Tried to reset complaints with time codes. But no one responds. It seems that the moderator Ivan in Moscow is reading these complaints

   A clear example of selectivity.

   Why am I writing this? No war cannot be stopped, we will win unequivocally. But by stopping such propaganda, which you ignore, you can save hundreds of lives

8. Better moderation and banning rules

   Okay, I just wanted to ask if you could review your bannable behaviours: I found out that a streamer was permbanned for saying the world "blacks". I don't think that you should ban someone, worst if it is a streamer, for saying such a thing. Instead, the racist ones are the moderators. If saying "black" is racist, the only thing I can say is that only racist people could have the idea to think that it is racist. Come on, start thinking.

9. Danger group let ban steamers, new option needed very fast now

   Dear Stream Colleagues.
   Twitch Ban headless streamers, those who are offline themselves.
   25 streamers Banned Were without any proof of live.

   Copy from a Banned streamer. ( Name i am know it keep it for me self )
   DANGER!!!
   There is currently a group (usually 20-30 people) on Twitch who go into small streams and be friendly there and then start posting swastikas and insults. The people belong to the NWO and communicate on Telegram and choose victims on Twitch together.

   Twitch sometimes bans the respective streamers because the group takes screenshots of them and sends them to Twitch.

   25 streamers affected so far.

   Mods and streamers please set up your DEFENSE MODE properly and have it handy. If in doubt, stop the stream immediately and turn on defense mode. Offline chat can also be affected and have consequences. It is best to leave the chat in defensive mode before and after the stream.

   You are also welcome to pass it on to friends and well-known streamers so that we take the "fun" away from the group.

   • Twitch has to grant unfairly banned streamers, damage claim due to wrongful ban.
   • Twitch knows how to make this problem an option as soon as the stream stops. Options
   • Stop stream Chat automatically in Offline mode.
   • Stop stream, Chat automatic Emote only
   • Report via via, Copy Chat Include date, time, short 2 min video. Attached. once someone submits false report, if someone is offline, Twitch has to prove by copy chat time date and minimum 2 min max 5 min video what happened. This way streamer can always report false allegations by Twitch and who reported this.

   SO new Option automatic were now
   - Stop streaming offline modus chat out Emotes only Protect streamers.
   - Falsh Flag Report need, Date, Time, Stream Titel, short video proof, chat, 2 min minimal max 5 min.
   - Falsh flag need logged Email addres, tel nr, ip adres ect.
   So streamers can take action against Twitch. Twitch together with the streamer against these types of groups, who think they are funny.

   The opposite of those banned streamers is on a screen MixitUp bot 365 days a year 24 hours online, and see everything that passes by. I also got this above in chat, and set chat to Emotes only and clear chat. Normally this automatic live chat should not be turned off. protect streamers. again Trolls in Telegram groups.

10. Hacker prevention

    Earlier today was victim to a hacked game account after following a link in the description of a channel, normally i do tend to be very careful but i was caught out by the fact it was top trending/most viewers of that specific game. By using a clip from an official stream they managed to dupe myself and probably plenty others. Now the blame is definitely on myself for not double checking but i do feel there must be a simple way to avoid these type of "con's" ... even if just putting a sizable delay on the visible amount of viewers to anyone outside the stream ( just live ) ...until a verification has been approved. Or that people do not appear in general searches until they've submitted enough personal information along with streamed multiple times without breaking any tos. Will remove the "fresh" scam accounts from grabbing a sizable amount before being taken down. No idea if any of that makes sense, and probably has a few negatives that might impact new legit streamers im sure. But for overall safety i just felt its a good idea.

11. Habitual Spam Reporters/Action Against Users Filing False Reports

    Is there a way to implement software that would recognize and suspend accounts which abuse the report feature? and those who spam report/file false reports against streamers based on their gender/race etc.? There has been an influx of streamers who are following Twitch ToS to a T, yet, due to their gender/sexual orientation/race, are being targeted, and reported for things they did not do or terms they did not violate. i.e. a streamer being reported for inappropriate attire and nudity, when she was wearing Christmas PJ's while gaming and the individual who reported her, bragged about it, told her he reported, stated he reported her online for something she did not do, then threatened to kill her, all this while their stream title that day when they reported her, was "getting sk*nks and women banned off Twitch" this streamer has a mountain of evidence showing his threats, his boasts about filing a false report and his inappropriate and gender targeted stream title, but there is no way to attach documents to an appeal (something I think would be beneficial in cases like this where certain groups are targeting streamers based on their gender) when women/POC/LGBTQA+ are targeted like this, and then have their voice stripped away, you are allowing these hate groups to thrive on Twitch and incentivizing their overuse and misuse of the report feature. Today, if someone makes a fake 911 call or abuses/misuses emergency services by filing a false report, they face repercussions, the same should be said about those who misuse the report feature to silence/harass/push out streamers based on their gender/race/sexual orientation. This streamer I'm sighting as an example has been permabanned due to attacks like this. Despite the fact it was found previously that she did not violate ToS, those reports were never removed, meaning she was instantly banned based on another streamers targeted attack. There also needs to be a way for streamers to have wrongful bans which occurred due to targeted attacks, removed. Currently there is no transparency regarding # of bans, or if/when those bans, where Twitch found the streamer did not violate ToS, are removed. I think if we cracked down on people misusing/abusing the report feature, those who knowingly file false reports, add an option to upload documents to an appeal to prove a report was a targeted attack or harassment, and/or allow streamers impacted by these targeted attacks to contact someone directly along with a more transparent system of ban count/removal of bans where the streamer was found to have done nothing wrong, that the site would be so much better and these hate groups using Twitch to attack female gamers and other protected classes, would not hold so much power over good streamers who simply want to game and contribute positivity and inclusivity to the community.

12. Chat Spam Bot Offers

    Spam Bots continue to raid the platform. My friends and I are getting spam bots that go to websites such as Dogehype. Although their services are cheap, it is still untrusted, and I want to suggest that any form of "dot com" should be a red flag.

14. Who I ban shouldn't see me in other people's chats

    I have suffered wickedness and cyberbullying on Twitch, some that have marked me very deeply and there is a streamer who makes me stalked by his users, I would like that as in other social networks users who are banned from my private profile no longer read the my messages in other people's chats so I can feel safe elsewhere.
    Because now if I ban a person from my profile I don't see him but he continues to see me in chat elsewhere and I would like him to never see anything of me again, I hope Twitch implements this.

15. Twitch chat bot account abuser

    There are people creating twitch chat bot account then using script or something to prevent message drop which makes their message appear the last at every message throttle even when they are not vip/mod/broadcaster. This is like a passive aggressive way of spamming messages.
    As a streamer I can't point out because I have no proof but this totally ruined my chat integrity, made the chat seems like there are always same few users wanting attention.

16. Ban online casino from Twitch

    There are just too many virtual casino streams going on out there.
    They are obviously not regulated by anyone, as there is another new casino every day, with a new domain, new look, but the scheme is the same (like a hydra, one head is being chopped, but two more arise).
    Online casinos are no better than any crypto scam or pyramid scheme, they rob people out of their money and they are banned by law in most countries.
    I don't understand why Twitch is letting this slide, as this is obviously harmful to people and community.
    Please, ban online casinos from Twitch, I believe this might literally save lives.

    Stop letting kids masturbate to half naked women just because they are blocked from **** sites doesn’t mean they can com over to twitch and and do the same thing. You even had girls having sex in twitch. And please promote more African American heterosexual Males like myself on your platform. I’m a fun care free easy going guy that just like to chill and play games. I thought that was the purpose of twitch. I guess the true purpose is to cater to the top 1% because they are the ones that make you money. 18. Kick Back Chill Mode false flags x3

    Hello..

    I have a specific problem with a "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" showing up as copyright flags on my vods.

    This song is NOT in my lofi music playlists, yet it's flag has popped up 3 times on two streams recently all false, even trying to claim 2 different songs in same vod.

    For now, I WILL appeal the flag on this song "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" every time it shows up because I know it is a false flag. I make great efforts to mix and curate music for my streams to be as safe as possible to avoid copyright flags. You can trust that if "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" was in my playlist for the first vod (of which that claim was successfully appealed) that I spent a good amount of time skimming through my safe playlists to make sure that song wasn't there, and that I find it mildly insulting to get two flags on the next vod for two different songs.

    If possible please find and disable or fix the flagging bot specifically for "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" and maybe even other "Chill Mode" works until they function ACCURATELY and correctly, as it is now repeatedly and fraudulently making claims and leaving flags behind on vods containing any Lofi music.

    I personally don't mind the process of appealing known fraudulent copyright claims, but I know the bots and scanners responsible for these claims go through everybody's streams and vods effecting the community at large.

20. Re-evaluate Yandere Simulator

    The game itself should be re-evaluated, as it now contains options to censor blood, nudity, and animations in order to comply with Twitch's community guidelines (covering models, changing blood to cherry blossoms, and completely blurring the screen when animations are triggered). Originally, the game was put on the ban list in 2016 due to it not having these features. But now that the game has been developed more, these censor features exist and were made specifically so they would comply with community standards for video/streaming platforms. In addition, Twitch can make it a requirement that all censor features must be on in order to stream the game so it's not breaking community guidelines.
