Homepage Content Recommendation Policy Update Today's update to the policies are understandable but the solution provided is very disappointing. I am a sex-positive streamer who educates and discusses sex and kink in a no-shame, queer-focused way. I am not streaming nude or playing games with excessive nudity. However, I do use the "Sexual Themes" tag because I want viewers to be aware that those topics of conversation can and do arise. With this new policy, I'm now penalized for being sex-positive by being ineligible for the home page.

Account Verification needed for Following Channels. The safety settings as of now only affect the chat, not the channel itself. Leaving the streamer vulnerable to "Follow Raids" by bot accounts. Here are some safety options that could be implemented to prevent this:
[All examples are toggable options]1- Account Verification: Non-Verified accounts (via e-mail or phone) aren't able to follow the channel.
2- Account Age: Accounts created before X days aren't able to follow the channel.

Stop the nepotism There have been many cases where people have been suspended for blatant rule violations by committing sexual and or vulgar acts, however these ban/suspension durations (if they get banned or suspended at all) seem to be directly related to the large following and income they bring to twitch. it would seem to me and most anyone with access to your site, that it is an unfair practice to simply pick and choose who you decide to allow to break the agreements based off of the monetary value they create. Ban creators permanently for any sexual suggestive content All creators must follow all guidelines, and rules while on the platform. And should be permanently ban for any sexual and suggestive content to try and make a quick buck. Children watch this platform, and this is something that needs to get control over. There is already a lot of **** sites that people can throw there money at but Twitch definitely does not have to become one or be one.

Flag/Report Stream Teams for Review Flag/Report a stream team for review.
Recently my community has come under attack by members representing a stream team. While these individual accounts can be blocked/banned. The stream team they are representing seems to continue to harass a specific target group/class of streamers. They are attempting to use bully/harassment methods in an attempt to force this group/class of streamers to join their stream team. I would Like an option to report groups like this.

Filter out obvious erroneous song detections A simple check will allow many erroneous DMCA "muted audio" events from ever happening. This simple check:
- Are there multiple detected songs?
- Are they ALL at exactly 3:00?
If so then they CANNOT be legitimate detections - after all how can you have multiple songs at the same time, and always, without fail, occuring at precisely 3:00?

Mature audience only & blur screen options for all clips, especially featured clips I notice for streams there are options to classify the stream 'for a mature audience only'. I have made clips and featured clips from my live stream, which are for a mature audience only. However, for clips, especially 'featured clips' there is no option to classify the clips, featured or not.
When will the 'mature audience only' option be available for clips and a blur screen option for all clips exhibiting adult only content?

Changes that do need to happen to better the platform Honestly if you have a thriving community and get suspended you can't interact with anyone at all. You are yanked out from your freinds and no real way to communitate unless you have other platforms. This can be very damaging and can be dangerous for the individual. The process of appeal or the way suspentions are given give you no feedback or redemption literlaly removing the individuals freedom of speach. Putting everything in the hand of an automated system that plays with peoples life work and hobbies. Honestly I suggest a more humane system that allows a period of time…

I often end up being rate limited when creating clips. Getting errors that state "Whoops. Something went wrong." or having login issues until I wait 24 hours and retry again.
I'm an active moderator for a lot of channels and I enjoy highlighting streamers success and entertaining moments in clips. The problem is that I keep getting rate limited or identified as a "bot". The DDoS and rate limiting is currently overly aggressive and keeps hindering your most active contributors.
Please consider this and make some sort of change.

Second Life shouldn't be banned anymore Given the update posted today "Updating our Approach to Sexual Content and Content Classification Labels" I believe that this should allow for Second Life to be removed from the banned list.

Better enforcement in specific "safe" categories, send users with Sexual Content to their correct category. Please apply a little enforcement on Sexual Content users using incorrect categories such as "Just Chatting" when they should be using "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" for example.

Artistic Nudity and Clipping With Twitch's new sexual content policy changes I wanted to know how will this affect some streamers who aren't labeled as sexual content when they get raided by someone who shows artistic nudity?
There is a feature some streamers have where when they are raided by someone a bot automatically shows a random clip from that persons stream. (Although personally I think that feature is already a bad idea)
Will they get penalized if that random clip just happens to feature artistic nudity?

Allow Affiliate Onboarding to Accept Paypal instead of giving out your SSN Allowing users to complete the Affiliate Application by using their Paypal or another method that doesn't include sharing their SSN would be a major step privacy wise.
If someone's SSN gets stolen, it can ruin them financially for years to come or even for life. This is why we are told never to share that number. Having a work around where we can file the taxes ourselves without having to give out our SSN to Twitch or Amazon would be beneficial to all involved and would help reduce the chances of people getting their SSN stolen.

Suspension being used as a hate tool There has to be a better way before going into suspension of an account for something said either in private or public chats. I have experience 3 different people from the LGTBQ+ community be hate reported and suspended for "unsolicited sexual advances" and this being automated is a huge problem as the community can be targeted, you need to have person review this kind of reports before suspending as its not fair for people to get suspensions on the word of a report
