Improve the Customer Support Experience My experiences with twitch support have been, interesting, to say the least. Before I became an affiliate the email option was the only option. 1) having to choose a very specific category is harmful - not once did the support options available come anywhere near to matching what I was contacting support about. 2) provide ACTUAL support. Allow Sortable Following List First of all, it took me 30 minutes of incredibly frustrating searching and clicking to find this page. Suboptimal, to say the least.
I would like to be able to manually sort the order of my followed channels as they appear on the left sidebar, rather than having to rely on viewer count or your ridiculously inept "recommended for you" option. New Mobile Interface is significantly worse I use Twitch on my tablet multiple times a day, and the new Interface has made navigating the starting page much less smooth and more clunky.
My usual startpage in Twitch is the tab with channels that I follow, and it was always convenient to just open twitch and immediately see all the channels I'm following that are currently live.But since the update, Twitch will instead load a random stream from those right away. Let me move Stories out of the way I loathe wasted space for notifications on things that I couldn't care less about. Stories are the personification of this idea. Why did you put stories ABOVE Followed Channels? You're attempting to tell us that you think we want this first-and-most. We don't. We came to get the content we want and Stories are just a big, fat waste of empty space that's infuriating to look at and think "there's no way to say stop trying to push stories to me". F-

veganism I would like to kindly request the creation of a veganism section where vegan streamers who do not discriminate can broadcast their streams. Since you are not going to remove speciesist comments or sponsors, I would appreciate it if you considered adding a section where we can find streamers who do not promote animal cruelty. Many times, we feel intimidated by individuals who seek more personal interactions but end up being discriminatory, creating conflict for vegan viewers. Unmerge the WoW and WoW Classic Directories When WoW Classic launched, WoW and WoW Classic were separate directories. Today they are one in the same. This merge category causes headaches for users trying to find a streamer playing the version of the game they're interested in watching.
Sure, tags are there - but there aren't many streamers using the tags to deliniate which version they are playing. Currently, 24 streamers have Retail tagged.
My suggestion is to separate the categories, for a few different reasons:

Make the 2024 Twitch Recap just like the 2022 Recap, but better! I honestly don't like the recap last year (2023) since you cannot see the numbers of messages sent, emotes sent, hours watched, bits cheered, channel points earned and months subscribed for my top 5 most watched streamers last year, unlike on the 2022 recap (which I really liked from all of my yearly recaps so far) on which you can see all of them! Better unfollow controls The current way to unfollow channels is to click on the channel and then unfollow from there. This experience is absolutely abysmal when unfollowing large numbers of channels. On the mobile app it's even worse. Do something similar to YouTube and have a page that has all the channels you're following in alphabetical order and be able to unfollow or change notification settings all on that one page.

Follow game We should be allowed to see every directory/game category we've followed on desktop, regardless of whether the associated games are online or off. I've been on Twitch since 2011, so this would be a big help.
On mobile, we're able to see our followed categories if we scroll below live channels towards the bottom.
Having this on desktop would let us see if we're towards the max follow limit, so we can unfollow in order to add more.

Worst App Ever Your app is patheticly slow outside of firesticks. The fact that amazon does that on purpose to their apps that aren't being run on firesticks, as an incentive to buy a firestick, is blasphemous. Makes me never want to pay another dime to this money grubbing subsidy ruined by amazon that cares more about Just Chatting and IRL garbage than the games that built this platform.

Twitch Features Breaking I'm not able to start predictions, edit my channel settings, raid, and other things. I can TEMPORARILY fix it by deleting the Twitch site settings on Google Chrome, but as I said, that's only temporary and it'll come back one day. When I do that, I have to re-login and have to redo ALL of my FrankerFaceZ and BetterTTV settings

Why can I, as a Belgian resident, no longer view the website in English???? Let the people that use your website choose what language they want to view it in!! I never had issues with this, so why now all of a sudden?? Why would I want to change my language to Dutch, when I had to use this website in English for over 14 years?? What, now it's using geo-localization and we HAVE to use the languages that it provides for this country??? BS

Add Feature to Hide Streams Based on Stream Tags When browsing Twitch, we should be able to hide streams based on the tags associated with the stream. I'm tired of seeing things I don't want to. Tag filtering takes advantage of technology you've already implemented so it should be an easy lift.
