1. Featured games on Twitch Drops

   I constantly have to search for my games in the general drop list, which is inconvenient. It would be great to add the ability to add games to “Favourites” so that they appear at the top of the list or in a separate “Favourites” tab next to “Inventory” and “All Campaigns”.

2. Tune down sensitivity on "active chat" clip suggestions

   I noticed a new feature today, where a suggestion pops up whenever chat is "highly active" that I should make a clip to preserve the memories. Only... this usually happens at times when nothing notable is happening on the stream. It's even happened with streams that are still on a "Starting Soon" screen, where the streamer isn't even doing anything yet! When chat is just having conversations among themselves as the streamer takes a break, when a raid happens and three or four people post a raid message in a row... Basically, the suggest is popping up ALL THE TIME, and it's very annoying to see that pop up repeatedly without reason. Personally, I don't care for this feature AT ALL, I don't think it serves any real purpose, but if it's going to be there, at least tweak it so it properly detects when the chat activity is abnormally high.

3. Disable Drops notifications

   I usually watch streamers because I enjoy that streamer and not because of any particular in-game rewards. Sometimes they will play a game that I would otherwise not care about and that game is offering Drops, which means that every so often, I get a notification about these Drops. I will never use them and have no interest in them. However, there does not seem to be a way to disable Drops solely as a viewer without also disabling them as a streamer. That is, the one option to disable Drops disables them as a creator AND as a viewer, so if I disable them, my own viewers cannot claim them.

   At a bare minimum, I would like to just be able to disable the notifications about Drops. I don't mind that I am earning them even if I will never use them, what I don't like is that I keep getting notifications that I have to clear. Please add an option in the notifications settings to disable Drops notifications specifically. If needed, a specific Drops "dashboard" of sorts where viewers can quickly see all Drops they have earned in one place would be a far better option.

4. New UI Complaint - Please put stream titles/tags back below the stream capture

   Summary: The new UI is a step backward, highly disliked by both streamers and viewers alike because it un-centers the video capture causing you to have to scroll to properly see the video on the page, it squishes the stream titles so you can't even see the full title anymore and if a streamer has tags it just takes up more space making things messy and un centered. Please take the new UI down immediately and revert back to the normal interface or at least make it optional.

   • It breaks up the "text data blocks" (used to be video-text, now it is text-video-text)

   • It forces your eye down further on screen, this makes pinned notes/polls/hype trains and such easier to miss (or rather, increases cognitive load to scan for them)

   • it puts a "moving object" (the stream timer) in a space that usually is static, this just increases cognitive load

   • It cuts longer stream titles / hides stream tags (unless you actively click the "down arrow")

   • It causes a huge dead space below the video (to the left of the sub management stuff) that could be better used to increase information density by doing - hear me out - putting the stream title and tags there...

   • And who thought it was a good idea to have "follow" (now above) and "sub" (still below) on either side of the video instead of next to each other? You even broke up a logical grouping?!

6. 100 hours highlights

   your handling of the enforcement of the 100 hour highlight cap is absolute trash for many reasons.

   1. you cut off my ability to make new highlights immediately. this meant that i was unable to make highlights of my daily streams with no prior notice.

   2. you have terrible support for downloading videos. you have no batch download and when you download 1 at a time you give the file a generic gibberish file name, rather than use the title and date of the video, making it even harder to remove the highlights with any organization, so i have to sit there and figure out which gibberish file is what video.

   3. your blocking new highlights immediately means that i have to immediately cancel everything in my life and review hundreds of hours of video to determine what needs to be cut so i can keep uploading the new highlights. its not some casual roll out in 1.5 months.

   4. its overall very amateurish handling of the issue, revealing your out of date video export ability and tools. your management is exposed as being low talent hacks, having out of date platform clinging to the market dominance you once had and using hack manager tricks to boost profits, like continuously bumping up sub prices instead of making it better for new creators.

   i guess my idea is that you get new managers who arent total hacks and actually think about the full use cases of the decisions they make instead of cutting off highlight access with no warning and forcing creators making nothing to spend countless hours out of their life dealing with the fallout of idiotic decisions.

9. Audio Channel Sliders

   Add additional live volume sliders for the different audio tracks (Same audio tracks that VOD's have) so viewers can turn up or down the music. voice or game independently. Allows the users to have a full controlling experience of the streams they enjoy. Maybe some people are hard of hearing and wish for the music to be turned off or the game down so they can hear the streamer

11. Listen To Your Customer

    I have come up with a brilliant idea on how Twitch can improve the customer experience here on Twitch, and that is listening to your customer. If they say they don't like something like say the new User UI, then listen to your customer and find out why they don't like the new User UI and yes I am one of them who doesn't like the new User UI as it makes the Twitch app so awkward to navigate. As Twitch is not TikTok then my why are Twitch trying to rip it off. If I wanted to use TikTok I would download their app not use a poorman's version of their User UI as it looks rubbish.

12. I don't know why I'm being logged out.

    I should be able to open twitch and be logged in. Instead I usually if not often find myself logged out. It's disconcerting for the website to open and appear as if twitch has never heard of me when I've been a user for many years. I am using a windows PC with firefox browser and I'm just an average user, not a streamer, and there's no reason for me to constantly have to log in and verify myself with an authenticator app again and again.

13. Unfair banning practices yet again.

    Twitch needs to do something about people who decide to abuse the report button for fraud. This is the THIRD TIME Mythos Divinos has been banned from twitch for fraud. How about looking into who is reporting the fraud and see whether if they're abusing the system to stalk and harass these wonderful vtubers instead of banning them yet again and wasting my money.

14. Details Bar for streams moved? Why????

    What imagined problems drove the conversation and implementation plan to move the details bar for streams from the bottom to the top in web browsers? I hate it and in my opinion think it's a horrible design decision.
    Please change it back to the bottom or at least give us the option to set the location of it in our account preferences somehow.

16. random changes instead of fixing actual problems? nice.

    (Twitch): "oh you want a new interface for no reason right??"

    How about y'all actually listen to feedback and do maybe ONE thing users actually ask for, instead of literally having a bot suggest nonsense changes that do absolutely nothing to improve service. This is 100% you making cheap, easy changes so that you can claim to be actively working on the site for investors. Just a shred of decency and sincerity would be so nice to see for once PLEASE.

17. Chat overlay

    Chat overlay function is entirely not useful(at least on mobile). The actual part of the chat being overlaid is very useful and I like it alot; the "buttons" on the left block so much content and are so frustrating that I do not use the function whatsoever. If I want to follow, subscribe, emote, type something, or cared enough about channel point to collect then I would keep chat open. Removing everything on the left, and going further to have the option to set where the chat appears (top right, bottom left, etc) would make the function immeasurably better.

18. Add a Setting to Toggle Raid Participation On or Off Across All Platforms

    I’d like to suggest a feature that builds upon the current raid countdown functionality, allowing viewers to toggle raid participation on or off entirely through their account settings.

    While the existing countdown feature is helpful, there are situations where viewers may prefer to disable raids altogether. For example, some users might want to remain on the current stream until it fully ends, manually choose their next destination, or exit Twitch without interruptions.

    Proposed solution:

    1. Add an account-wide toggle in the settings to enable or disable participation in raids.

    • When turned off, the viewer would remain on the current channel’s offline page instead of being redirected.

    1. Ensure this feature is available on all platforms where Twitch is supported, including PC, mobile apps, TV apps (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV), and gaming consoles (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox).

    2. If the toggle is set to "on," keep the existing countdown feature for those who still wish to participate but want a warning before being redirected.

    This small adjustment would improve viewer autonomy and provide a more seamless experience for those who prefer to have greater control over their Twitch navigation, regardless of the device they are using.

20. Sorting Followed Channels

    I always have an issue with finding various channels in my followed list on the left side especially when they are offline. I think it would be a good idea to be able to sort that list into folders like you can when you sort servers on Discord. It would be nice to be able to click and drag channels to place them in groups and then be able to label and color code the groups. For example: I might want to make a group of all of the channels that I follow that mainly play Minecraft or are mainly art channels. Or even just a group that contains the channels from my friends.

    Besides that I would also like to have my favorite channels at the top of the list whether or not if the person is live.
