Create a detailed Artistic Nudity policy Suggested Guidelines for Artistic Nudity
While it was sad to see the Artistic Nudity policy get rolled back due to abuse, I do believe it can be brought back with a clearer definition and key restrictions in place.
I have a framework of the policy that I think can be useful.
Artistic Nudity Guidelines
"Artistic Nudity" refers to nude artwork, i.e. Nude art that does not feature or detail genitals of either sex/gender and female subjects with exposed breasts or nipples.

Ways to possibly allow artistic nudity again I understand that with AI that it became difficult to tell the difference between digital art and photography. Since that seemed to be the greatest source of issues, it seems like the best concession might be to disallow photo realistic nudity until a time when the difference between photo realistic AI art and photography can be more easily identified. Outside of that, I would say requiring explicit and age appropriate tags and making it so you have to opt in to see adult media in the setting should be enough to allow artistic nudity. nudity Digital depictions of nudity present a unique challenge–AI can be used to create realistic images, and it can be hard to distinguish between digital art and photography.
Most art sites have a stipulation of "if we can't tell, it's treated as real." The current flip flop is just going to confuse people and cause undue stress and accidental violations by people meaning well.

Allow Female Presenting Breasts/nipples There's nothing inherently wrong with women (including those who identify as women and female presenting people) with having breasts/nipples.
We all as humans have nipples. Just because someone is a woman, that does not mean she should be required to cover herself while men are allowed to be shirtless without them being shamed for it.

Change the labeling of non-sexual nudity (real and artwork) to Nudity rather than Sexual Simple nudity is not sexual in nature in real life and in artwork. It's clearly not appropriate to classify know classics as sexual - even NSFW or Mature. Example: Michalangelo's "David", etc. Even Facebook stopped censoring such works. Content creators should submit things for review when there is uncertainty and simply.

Stop Automatic Bot Suspensions Before Human Review The just updated community guidelines have highlighted a massive issue in how you handle community reports. Toggle for Content Classification Labels for Personalized Homepages ...Streams that are labeled as including -Drugs, -Intoxication, or -Excessive Tobacco Use; -Violent and Graphic Depictions; -Gambling; and/or -Sexual Themes will no longer be included in homepage recommendations shelves due to the visual nature of those topics..."

Put "Attire" and "Pools, Hot Tubs & Beaches" sections on same page The following two sections of the Community Guidelines should be on the same page so streamers know when they must use the "Pools, Hot Tubs & Beaches" category:

CLARIFYING THE NEW GUIDLINES you need to specify more that is inclined for artists to be able to have some body exposure. as long as attire requirements are met for Body Artists and assumingly the same applies for Erotic Dancers. so that means no underbust, nipples, and groin area except, buttocks and the top breasts are allowed to be exposed.

Tobacco, Alcohol, and Mariuana belong under the same classification as drugs I have seen less and less ads around alcohol on twitch which is great its good to see a company pull away from those advertisements as Alcohol is a form of drug it contains ethanol and should be classed under the community policy regarding drug use, tobacco is in the same exact boat as alcohol its classed as a drug since one of the main chemicals in tobacco is Nicotine so its a given that Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana should be classed all as drugs instead of it just being marijuana as the two aforementioned drugs are highly toxic and…

Content guidlines should be further relaxed While your recent changes to the Sexual Content Policy are a step in the right direction, I think you should go much further. Streamers should be able to show whatever they want. There is nothing unsafe about provocative imagery. If a viewer doesn't want to see what any given streamer is showing, it is their prerogative to not watch it.

Vague rules on Private SErvers, "Other streaming platforms" "Piracy" the new rules are very vague, suggesting that if I stream Neverwinter (DOS, the original MMO from the 90s) via private server than I am a filthy pirate and playing it illegally and should have my twitch account deleted and locked up in jail. Or that we aren't allowed to stream playthroughs of games on PSPLUs/Gamepass because that's another streaming service.
Ya, I own 10k+ games acrossed multiple platforms (STeam, UPLay, Epic, Xbox , Sony, Nintendo) . so this is laughable to me.

Second Life shouldn't be banned anymore Given the update posted today "Updating our Approach to Sexual Content and Content Classification Labels" I believe that this should allow for Second Life to be removed from the banned list.
