Isn't twitch already a pornographic website? I would like to know how you secure control the whole web, in front of teenagers, when a lot of channels on twitch are sexual content, isn't it over the edge when someone films their *** for several hours in a bathing suit so that everyone can take sexual comfort from looking at the ******? It looks like pornographic material to me?!
This content should not be easily accessible live, it's easier to watch content here than other sites that are age restricted and verification is required! I recommend creating an access option for this content only with age verification…

Stop the nepotism There have been many cases where people have been suspended for blatant rule violations by committing sexual and or vulgar acts, however these ban/suspension durations (if they get banned or suspended at all) seem to be directly related to the large following and income they bring to twitch. it would seem to me and most anyone with access to your site, that it is an unfair practice to simply pick and choose who you decide to allow to break the agreements based off of the monetary value they create. Filter out obvious erroneous song detections A simple check will allow many erroneous DMCA "muted audio" events from ever happening. This simple check:
- Are there multiple detected songs?
- Are they ALL at exactly 3:00?
If so then they CANNOT be legitimate detections - after all how can you have multiple songs at the same time, and always, without fail, occuring at precisely 3:00?

Stop Automatic Bot Suspensions Before Human Review The just updated community guidelines have highlighted a massive issue in how you handle community reports. There have been many streamers who have streamed in accordance with the new guidelines around sexual content relating to art, and almost all of them have been suspended. Require an account/login to view channel & remove banned users from followers! Please require an account to view a stream. Banned users are just logging out to view streams now. Homepage Content Recommendation Policy Update Today's update to the policies are understandable but the solution provided is very disappointing. I am a sex-positive streamer who educates and discusses sex and kink in a no-shame, queer-focused way. I am not streaming nude or playing games with excessive nudity. However, I do use the "Sexual Themes" tag because I want viewers to be aware that those topics of conversation can and do arise. With this new policy, I'm now penalized for being sex-positive by being ineligible for the home page.

Allow Third-Party Applications To Merge Chat I suggest allowing third-party applications to show merged chat during streams. Showing all chats from various streaming services will increase inclusion as then all viewers can chat with each other as well and not be left out of conversations without having to leave Twitch to go to another streaming platform. By not allowing the ability to merge chats through third-party services it decreases inclusiveness.

Suspension Evasion Policy Updates An account that has been indefinitely suspended from Twitch has most likely committed a serious violation of Twitch's policies.
However, the suspended account creates another account and broadcasts, or the suspended account's audio and video are still broadcast on other streamers' channels.
Recently, there was a case where a suspended streamer purchased Twitch Con tickets with a different account and entered without permission, resulting in his colleagues being suspended for supporting “Suspension Evasion”
Currently, many streamers are violating the "Suspension Evasion" policy.
The “Suspension Evasion” policy needs to be updated in detail.

Add a report so viewers can report copyright infringement videos. Many streamers display videos on screen in violation of copyright.
(movies, animations, tv programs, etc.)
However, the copyright holder does not know this.

Include NSFW and SFW tags and apply it to the suggested feed I really think Twitch needs to expand the sexually suggestive tags and safe for work tags. Specifically, I think this should apply to what content is recommended from the front page of Twitch for a user and in the advertisements.
I listen to my favorite streamers in public places, and I do not want to be suggested the NSFW streams for obvious reasons.

When Twitch mutes audio thinking it's a copyright issue but its NOT When Twitch mutes audio thinking it's a copyright issue, yet it' truly original music, it should NOT be hard to get the audio UNMUTED. This has happened before, where the bot erroneously thinks its copyrighted material, yet it is COMPLETELY MY OWN SOUND DESIGN and not samples, etc. It's BEYOND ANNOYING in that the VOD after does NOT unmute after, and I'm left with something unusable. FIX THIS PLEASE.

Gambling Hello twitch,
Please start enforcing your community guidelines rules regarding gambling as outlined in the October 18th 2022 disclosure. For some reason you choose to ban sites such as "stake" and "rollbit", but allow others that are much worse such as "punt".
The October 18th post states that Twitch will "prohibit any streaming of listed sites that contain slots, roulette, and dice games and are unlicensed in the U.S.", yet the site "punt" is not only illegal in the United States, but they also have no KYC, meaning anyone of any age can play on the site.

ilegal casinos still running and twitch is closing the eyes on their own TOS's.. I have previously submitted reports on over 20+ Portuguese streamers and Iive streams who are engaging in the use of unregulated, illegal casinos in Portugal. Some even demonstrate how to employ a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. Unfortunately, Twitch seems to be disregarding these reports and continues to permit these streamers to promote and participate in these illicit and fraudulent casino activities. It's disheartening.
Apparenty the "trick" to not be banned is not saving the VOD or clips....
Can you guys start applying the TOS's ?..

Ability to upload/add police reports and screenshots to appeals Streamers being targeted, spam reported and subsequently banned due to their gender, sexuality, race, etc. should be allowed to add supporting documentation to their ban appeal(s)
Ex: if a streamer is reported and banned due to "inappropriate attire" but, prior to the report, the streamer was clearly harassed, threatened or hate raided on stream or in their DM's prior to the report/ban by the very person or persons that reported them, then they (the streamer) should be allowed to attach documents which show they were harassed/targeted.
Hate groups and their members, and some horrible individuals are abusing the 'report user'…
