ASMR Category Trouble Surely you guys have seen what has recently happened with the "ASMR Category" with two big streamers. Now I will say good job on banning them. But I think those bans should uphold and remain permanent to further back up the message that states. "That type of content is not allowed on twitch"
It's too suggestive the line was pushed too far.
Unless you guys want to make an 18+ category or a whole new site altogether adhering to that. Either way some sort of enforcement needs to be put into place. With a CLEAR understanding of what is /…

Improvement's to the tos and enforcement of comments made to minors Well basically i ran into something recently with a streamer and i noticed twitch team doesn't look at reports for stuff like that apparently but Xbox does this why not have a group of select people be like twitch mods for twitch itself to look into stuff like making sexual comments to minors letting minors ban evade and stuff like this channel i ran into as i mention in start the streamer itself makes creepy comments to the minors and lets minors talk trash to mods itself Also lets the minors ban evade and refuses report the minors that said…

Re-evaluate Yandere Simulator The game itself should be re-evaluated, as it now contains options to censor blood, nudity, and animations in order to comply with Twitch's community guidelines (covering models, changing blood to cherry blossoms, and completely blurring the screen when animations are triggered). Originally, the game was put on the ban list in 2016 due to it not having these features. But now that the game has been developed more, these censor features exist and were made specifically so they would comply with community standards for video/streaming platforms. In addition, Twitch can make it a requirement that all censor features must be…

Twitch TOS I recommend Twitch makes all the big streamers sign a contract that says if they ever get caught using cheating software then they must forfeit and return all profits made from streaming on Twitch. (Many cheaters are making millions on Twitch and it is unfair to the rest of us.)

Child safety in reguards to sexuality. There's a filter for 18+ streams. I believe that bringing up sexuality at all is already causing a stream to do that. Many people take advantage of this filter and get viewers as a result. Filters LGBTQ Gay and Furry are all revealing sexuality. Any people who use such filters and aren't at 18+ for their streams should be in big trouble and may be pulling in child audiences.

English:

Targeted harassment Would be great if Twitch did something about targeted harassment.
[2 FBI IC3 reports, 1 CPD report, 1 civil lawsuit against the streamer later...Twitch continues to do nothing]

Age verification process to help regulate or segregate 18+ content At what point do you compare your own TOS and Conduct rules against what shows up on your main page of streamers? You let string bikinis, but some random thing gets reported by some troll and it's a ban. Then they wait months to get a human to respond as vague as possible because you don't want to be legally responsible for specificity. You created an 18+ option for a reason. Be consistent or let it go. You're tanking as a platform because of your inconsistency. Read the writing on the walls. Time to go back to basics, when your…

Twitch Guidlines being used to censor anti-war people and support Russian invasion? I was watching a stream of a Georgian streamer describing how members of his family had been killed by Russian Soliders during the Russian Georgian invasion 14 years ago. He was also talking about how he didn't like Russian people who supported the War in Ukraine. He was clearly upset by the murder of his family and a pro Russian person in chat reported him. He was then suspended for a breach of ToS. Is this really how twitch want to take sides and silence people who condemn war crimes? Disgusting that twitch want to censor people who are suffering…

Bring back free-speech Twitch has become an echo chamber for woke PC nonsense. You’re not allowed to think differently but you’re allowed to be objectively racist daily if you support the right side (hasan). I get that twitch doesn’t want the backlash from the cancel culture mob but grow a pair. Allow freedom of speech and expression on the platform not just for far left people but also far right people.

viewers I would like to give feedback about the crackdown on twitch and gambling. If twitch decides not to support slots/casino streamers. Then you should probably not support gammers in general. No difference in someone playing slots/casino games versus someone who is playing a MMO or RPG that is gambling/rolling stats for an item - it is still gambling if it is real money or fake money. Not to mention the fact that you can microtransaction a lot of stuff in games for in game content/money. Casinos want people partnerships with streamers to bring in players to the casino. Gaming companies…

Remove discrimination from the rules. Remove discrimination from the rules. You claim to be anti discrimination, but your own rules discriminate against people with developed breasts. Simply rate things as inappropriate on a case by case basis, without using "female", "AFAB", "breasts" or "feminine" as a reason to enforce a rule. See a anyone of any gender touching any erogenous zone, or worse, genitals in an inappropriate way? Punish them regardless of who they are. (The efficacy of each erogenous zone is individual, and has nothing to do with birth sex, estrogen/testosterone levels, or any other gender or sex factors, meaning there are cisgender males…

reporting a game i dont think games like grand theft auto 5 should be aloud on twitch as it promotes the manufacturing , distribution and abuse of illegal substances and may influence more vunerable users of twitch

Double standards & Discrimination This is not so much an idea as a request for clarification and explanation. On several occasions I’ve tried to submit an emote and had it rejected because of some so-called “twitch guidelines,” then I see male streamer doing the exact same thing (or worse), & absolutely NOTHING was done or said about it. Also, Twitch needs to be more clear on what is allowed at each level because I’ve also had things rejected and had them flat out tell me that what I submitted was not allowed, then I see a partner doing exactly what I was told I…

Keep obviously deliberately sexually provocative streams out of Just Chatting Greetings,
Please keep streams that are obviously deliberately sexually provocative out of just chatting.
Like a stream I just saw with someone laying on their bed with their butt as the focus in skin tight legging and legs spread widely. They are not even facing the camera. And writing names on their butt for tips. It is ridiculous.
I am sick of seeing these in Just Chatting. Either force them into a category or don't allow it.
Thanks

Prohibiting IRL streams in countries in which it is illegal. Hi, unfortunately most people don't realize it, but IRL streams in some countries/communities/cultures are offending and illegal. Those streams should be removed from Twitch in those countries, because Community Guidelines say that illegal content is prohibited. Thus I'm asking Twitch to ban IRL streams in countries like: Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and pretty much half of the world. Some countries do allow you to publish pictures(videos and pictures are pretty much the same thing in law) without consent of people that are present on the picture, but only if it's for not commercial use. And as we all know, streaming…

VTuber is Art I would like to formalize an idea. Recently, there have been multiple instances of a VTuber getting banned for using art on their channel which was created by the artist on stream. I do think that an art that is created on stream for one creator, should be for another creator wearable. That is to say, I think you are full of ***. WTF on nyanners. Kiss my **. One art is all art. And the puppeteer cannot be held suit for the puppet maker. If the puppeteer is at fault for the puppet maker, then the puppet…

Is Hong Kong streams can do anything on twitch? Why Hong Kong streamers allowed to play Netflix and film in live? Even they play type of bloody violence and "****" film, still nothing happen. Seem like no staff to check them.
