  1. Every time I login, I am required to go to my email and give a code. Twitch claims this is a safety and privacy feature that you can not deactivate, but if twitch can’t tell I’m on the phone with that app and the only reason I’m on the internet is because the app took me there, then it’s not a safety feature it’s 2 step login you can’t turn off. How about you just do a better job. When the nurse brings you back to the doctors office, the doctor doesn’t come in and ask you who you are.…

  3. you need to specify more that is inclined for artists to be able to have some body exposure. as long as attire requirements are met for Body Artists and assumingly the same applies for Erotic Dancers. so that means no underbust, nipples, and groin area except, buttocks and the top breasts are allowed to be exposed.

"Fictionalized (drawn, animated, or sculpted) fully exposed female-presenting breasts and/or genitals or buttocks regardless of gender. There is a thriving artist community on Twitch, and this policy was overly punitive and did not reflect the impact of the content." I assume that only these…

  4. I have seen less and less ads around alcohol on twitch which is great its good to see a company pull away from those advertisements as Alcohol is a form of drug it contains ethanol and should be classed under the community policy regarding drug use, tobacco is in the same exact boat as alcohol its classed as a drug since one of the main chemicals in tobacco is Nicotine so its a given that Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana should be classed all as drugs instead of it just being marijuana as the two aforementioned drugs are highly toxic and…

  5. While your recent changes to the Sexual Content Policy are a step in the right direction, I think you should go much further. Streamers should be able to show whatever they want. There is nothing unsafe about provocative imagery. If a viewer doesn't want to see what any given streamer is showing, it is their prerogative to not watch it.

  6. Truth be told. I don't think it is appropriate for ANY Twitch user to be posting ANY sexualized photos period no matter how they cover themselves up. This is a gaming content site NOT pornhub and sex has no business being on a gaming site. There ARE minors that game n like watching n following other gamers and don't think they need to be exposed to garbage like that. ANY form of nudity, whether using hands or stickers to cover up genitals is considered sexual content and should be an automatic suspension or permanent banning due to ALL policy violations.…

  7. I see no issue with using the word "Latino" in the title of a clip. That is LITERALLY the name of an ethnicity. Please explain how that counts as "inappropriate language."

  8. I have been affiliated for almost a year now, and I am getting frustrated with how emotes are being rejected or approved. I seriously do NOT understand how Twitch can allow gasm emotes with drool, a hand slapping a butt, etc for so many other streamers (seemingly those that make Twitch more money than us smaller streamers) yet I have an emote that is Indiana Jones whipping a peach that is rejected and I even made my channel for mature audiences only. Obviously we all know, as adults, what my animated emote is alluding to but it is WAY less…

  9. I wish there was more fair/even treatment. Had a friend who is a small streamer (affiliated) being a viewer for another small streamer (and was labeled mod) get suspended for 7 days for saying something. Was it again your "guideline" Yes, in a sense, it was out of guidelines but it wasn't nearly as bad as some of the stuff I've seen Twitch allow.
(Context clues showed that it was an inside joke between the streamer and him and was accepted by the streamer.)

It wouldn't be a big deal if treatment was across the board, but I've seen some…

Title: How to protect my chat room community from being banned by mistake?

    Body:

I appreciate Twitch's efforts in managing the community. Recently, my chat room has been reported for hate speech in large numbers. These are all well-behaved users who would not say anything strange. Is there any way to prevent these users from being maliciously reported in advance, or to help me prove that they were falsely banned after being reported?

  11. This has been going on for years, yet for some reason Twitch cant seem to block these phrases from being used to harass VETERANS who are just enjoying their time on twitch. They literally block words like GTFO which is a game on steam and many other phrases that can be used to target other people, races and genders yet something like this gets through? What if a person killed them self because of this harassment? Would twitch do something then or would they be held liable along with the person that's harassing the veteran? Much like the girl who…

  12. Game skin gambling was added to the guidelines a while ago.
Skin gambling on all games, including RUST, as well as CSGO should be banned.
    Guidelines need to be updated.

  13. Ok so I think for vtuber you should make it so they can still be on the homepage because it’s kinda unfair how they have to label their stuff as sexual content when there really isn’t anything sexual about it, it’s just relaxing sounds to sleep to so that’s all if you can do this thank you

  14. Quite simple. Proper moderation of content and people that allegedly Break ToS i.e. by breaking laws in a multitude of countries. why are some channels that are spitting hatred against people of a particular skincolor, Religion, nationality etc. not removed from this Platform, even after years and multiple complains etc.
Inciting violence is not free speach but a crime in most countries.

And offering a proper contact form like idk any other company? Cant be that hard can it?
Oh and why would i need an account to contact, suggest something or complain? Hope one day yall get the consequences…

  15. I have previously submitted reports on over 20+ Portuguese streamers and Iive streams who are engaging in the use of unregulated, illegal casinos in Portugal. Some even demonstrate how to employ a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. Unfortunately, Twitch seems to be disregarding these reports and continues to permit these streamers to promote and participate in these illicit and fraudulent casino activities. It's disheartening.

Apparenty the "trick" to not be banned is not saving the VOD or clips....

Can you guys start applying the TOS's ?..

  16. interesting that twitch publishes extended rules for casinos here, but is not interested in it. gamdom continues to be streamed and promoted. but twitch is not interested. csgo skin is also advertised further, no reaction here either. twitch is becoming increasingly unsympathetic.

  17. The issue I have is the constant misuse of the Terms of Services that Twitch uses for channels. I have been seeing favoritism in constant suspensions and de-suspensions of this user for quite some time. Constantly this user has disregarded the ToS of Twitch time and time again. 7 Bans are made public but merely they are short lived suspensions.

This does not bode well showcasing the truth/integrity/honesty of the services Twitch provides. In fact, it is quite harrowing how some users have leeway more than others. The more successful they are. The richer they are. The more apparent the…

  18. The community guidelines currently prohibit the encouragement, the use of, or generally endorsing sexual orientation conversion therapy.

This is good, but I would also like to see the same things being prohibited for gender conversion therapy.

Transgender people - especially youth - are often forced to undergo conversion therapy by their parents, their religion, etc, in order to force them to stop being trans. Just like sexual orientation conversion therapy, this does not work and actually harms the person undergoing it.

If Twitch truly cares about minorities, they need to include gender conversion therapy alongside sexual oreientation conversion therapy in…

  19. Most of the community twitch (and especially Russian-speaking) is angry about the rigid rules of the platform, we are angry that twitch can ban the channel for just 1 word, while the platform makes absolutely no difference to the context in which the word was said, perhaps the streamer was just reading the news and in the text was a word that does not like twitch, and for the fact that the streamer says this word he will be instantly banned for example for "incitement to hatred" although there was no talk of any incitement to hatred, the streamer just…
