Prohibiting IRL streams in countries in which it is illegal.
Hi, unfortunately most people don't realize it, but IRL streams in some countries/communities/cultures are offending and illegal. Those streams should be removed from Twitch in those countries, because Community Guidelines say that illegal content is prohibited. Thus I'm asking Twitch to ban IRL streams in countries like: Switzerland, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and pretty much half of the world. Some countries do allow you to publish pictures(videos and pictures are pretty much the same thing in law) without consent of people that are present on the picture, but only if it's for not commercial use. And as we all know, streaming on Twitch is pretty much making those streams "commercial" because of ads. If you want to know in which countries you can or can't publish pictures without consent, see this: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Country_specific_consent_requirements
The specific reason for some countries to forbid publishing pictures without consent of people present is simple - those people don't like cameras, they want to remain either anonymous or just keep their privacy.
I would say that IRL streams are now the most illegal content on Twitch, it's completely unregulated.
