I hereby suggest easing account suspension measures related to bullying and harassment. Concerning the issue of malicious individuals using multiple accounts to target specific users in order to abuse the measures mentioned above and force their suspension, I think chat-related issues can usually managed within channel moderation grounds without any active involvement of Twitch, except for the cases in which severe violations occure.
The current system imposes a 14-day suspension for repeated harassment towards others, which I consider excessive, for it can lead to mumerous mistaken suspensions. Additionally, avenues for appealing these suspensions are limited, raising concerns that users may leave Twitch if this issue persists.

Number the policy/guidelines and having clear details in enforcement emails I have recommendations that not only helps users, but more importantly protect TWITCH itself.
- Number the policies into clear enforceable points(e.g. policy SC-2b-iv)
- In enforcement emails, show clear timestamps that shows the violation and quote the policy number violated using the numbering above.
Making the policy itself is a difficult, intricate task which requires multi-faceted considerations that may be obscure to the general user. Thus I trust twitch has qualified specialists for the actual policy creation. Twitch's Community Guidelines regarding Sexual Conduct in 2023 These aspects of the guidelines seem incongruent with the interests of a younger audience, potentially exposing them to content that may not be suitable for their age group.
Examples of their recent changes to their guidelines permit what they call "artistic nudity", poledancing, and twerking. On top of this, the guidelines effectively state that there is no age restriction (i.e. 18+).

Malicious reporting taking down legitimate streams A channel I'm currently subscribed to has been getting reports from bad actors that have been triggering automatic suspensions. Despite being told repeatedly every time the channel gets reinstated that it was an error on Twitch's part, the flagrant reporting continues and the channel continues to be suspended. Twitch needs to be able to do more to protect channels from being targeted by mass reporting and suspension. It makes it impossible for popular channels to exist if this is being done.

I absolutely and unequivocally do not consent to being shown what are essentially h*ntai thumbnails when I’m trying to scroll through and see artists, no matter how artfully it is depicted.

Option to filter out Sexual Themes While I believe that creators should have some freedom to do what they want, I also believe viewers should have the freedom to exclude certain content from their searches on Twitch. As is right now, I cannot find a way to filter out streams marked with "Sexual Themes" through the search bar on Twitch. Twitch Staff Deliberately Neglects Enforcing Rules When Twitch staff receives reports with clear proof that a streamer is in violation of guidelines, they ignore the reports and deliberately fail to take action. I know because I have sent reports stating the violation, linking the rule being violated, and included screenshots and video clips. Everything is made perfectly clear. New policies feedback Its nice to see the new policies regarding nudity and sexual content but you might want to add a few things:
When you go into the art category, the preview of those streams that showcase nudity are not blurred and you don't even have to log-in in order to watch them

Twitch rules need clarifaction of acceptable content from male streamers. Twitch is starting to fall apart. I'm a guy, does this mean i can stream on web cam shirtless? As long as i label as adult content? What about just in my boxers?
Twitch needs to focus on what twitch is about, gaming and making content. If you want to do only fan stuff, then make an only fans.

Minimum age requirement I think that the minimum age requirement to create an account should be 18 yrs old. If you are going to start allowing women who are naked on stream, but have the camera cut off at their ****, to be able to dance provocatively. Better enforcement in specific "safe" categories, send users with Sexual Content to their correct category. Please apply a little enforcement on Sexual Content users using incorrect categories such as "Just Chatting" when they should be using "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" for example.
