Remove the HyperScape Emotes (games dead, the emotes aren't even emotes, they're UI icons) The game died in January 2022. We need to remove the emotes from the global emotes list. They're ugly, and they ruin any hype emotes you search for via the :hype generated list.
They weren't even emotes to begin with, they were just UI icons from ingame.

Chat badge for chatters that have blocked you Like it says in the title.
I would like for users in chat to have a special badge if they have blocked the user I am signed in as and cannot see my messages in chat or receive a whisper.
This badge should always be visible in a 4th slot (a second global slot, if you will), and be impossible to turn off by any other means, other than unblocking the user for whom it is shown.
It is inconvenient to have to open a user's chat card or channel page to see if the follow button is greyed out…2 votes -

Badge Renaming Proposal: Shifting from 'Founder' to 'Early' or 'First' I propose renaming the 'Founder' badge to something like 'Early' or 'First'. The term 'Founder' misrepresents their identity, as they contributed early money, but didn't "create" the streamer.

Quick Emote Panel I'd love a streamer-activated quick emote panel. Users can click a small panel above the chat to send emotes, featuring the 10 latest used emotes. Inspired by cough, but I often tab out of games just to click a quick emote, while less frequently without the quick emote menu panel.

Global emotes for Artists Allow the Accounts that have emotes attributed to to use those emotes globally.
A huge Part of the chat environment is the emotes that are used by chatters all over twitch in every facet, there is even a "Emote Only" chat mode. The artists who create these emotes are generally paid one time a sum between $5-50 depending on complexities etc. yet the subscription required to use those emotes is $4.99/month. This means that for an artist to showcase their emotes they have to pay for the privilege to the extent that no matter what they will eventually be negative…31 votes -
Letters W and L should be allowed I understand that letters can be used to spell bad things. In that case I dont have much to suggest for addition. And of course it isnt very cool to add a feature that just gives mods more work. Myself and many would agree that at the least, letters like W & L would be a fun addition. I of course feel the opposite about adding all sorts of letters and especially not common spelling ones, such as vowels.

I think it would be a really nice way of rewarding our mod teams and maybe the VIPs as well for them to have their own separate emote slots.
Not everyone with a mod badge or a VIP badge can afford to sub outside of getting gifteds, so it would be a really nice idea to implement this for our various communities.-Saph.

2 years not being able to change follower emotes After receiving penatlies for suspensions, 2 years we have to wait until we get follower emote priveleges and auto upload of emotes back. Honestly 2 years is a VERY long time. Especially when Suspensions and bans are often grey areas and not against TOS

Standardize Emote Approval Time/Method There are several glaring holes in Twich's Emote Approval process at this time.
To demonstrate inconsistency in your system: I uploaded copies of the same, static, non-animated emote three different times: The 1st and 3rd upload were instantly approved, while the 2nd one became "pending approval."
To demonstrate approval time in need of improvement: I uploaded my first set of emotes on 2/10. The majority of my emotes were instantly approved. Two, one animated "rave" emote, and one non-animated "raid" emote, were listed for approval. It has been 16 days and counting since these emotes were uploaded- twitch advertises 48…

Bring Back Clip Champ (BUT BETTER!) ClipChamp was an exclusive title/badge given to the creator of a channels top clip each month. It was a great feature, encouraging the community to clip fantastic moments in hopes that they'd get the badge. It was a bit buggy at the time, but we've come a long way since then!
With clips being pushed more and "Featured Clips" being implemented, I think it would be great to bring back this feature. This time, with more support!
People love chat badges and they love emotes too, perhaps the return of ClipChamp could work a bit like hype trains? Little 🎬…

Chat command of /artists to list all people with the Artist badge in a channel, akin to the /vips and /mods commands Allows chatters to see a list of Twitch users with the artist role in a channel without having to pick through emotes individually. This is consistent with the /mods and /vips commands and makes it easier to see who has contributed to a channels emotes where more than one user has done so

Have a special badge for streamers to give to clip creators, like the artist badge. Have a special badge for streamers to give badges, like the artist badge. I don't want a bunch of junk clips. I would like good quality clips. Picking a good clip is an art, naming them well is even more important. So if I see viewers that are clipping well in my community, I want to be able to reward them well.

Giving users the ability to customize the emote menu to their own preferences The option to have a tab in the emote menu where the user can freely set their preferred emotes, as well as the option to hide sub/follower/bit emotes that the user has no intention of ever using for a much more convenient time on the browser and mobile app.

Game ranks as chat badges A lot of video games provide competitive playlists and ranks, which is a huge dedication to a lot of gamers and streamers. I would say in general, it's a core gamer quality.
My suggestion would be for gamers to be able to show their current rank in the chat through a badge (for the game that is currently being streamed in that chat - if the game has a rank system).
Game examples would be: Apex, Fortnite, Valorant, League of Legends etc.

Raider's emotes on top Viewers who are part of a raid will often use emotes from the raider's stream, but depending on the order of the emotes in the picker it can take a bit of scrolling to get to those emotes.
When a streamer raids another stream, the raider's emotes should show towards the top of the emote picker temporarily for a few minutes. It could be above or below the raided stream's emotes.

Mute stream emotes to tell streamer there muted quickly. Streamers that are unaware of there mic volumes being super quiet or loud to the games level are largely left to suffer in silence. Since new viewers arn't likely to want to get into a debate on whats wrong with there audio if there just browsing.
I propose a few sound related global emotes that allow chat to quickly tell a streamer there stream audio is muted, mic volume is to high/low or game volume is to high/low etc.
This will make things easier to explain whats wrong without long descriptions and improve chances that someone passing is more willing…
