Chat command of /artists to list all people with the Artist badge in a channel, akin to the /vips and /mods commands
Allows chatters to see a list of Twitch users with the artist role in a channel without having to pick through emotes individually. This is consistent with the /mods and /vips commands and makes it easier to see who has contributed to a channels emotes where more than one user has done so

Please make /artists a thing. Sometimes I don’t feel like asking a streamer who is their emote artist. I did once, and they didn’t want to share it and there are also streamers who don’t remember their artists Twitch @. So adding this feature will be the easiest way to access the list of artists in the channel.

Add in an /artist command so that way people can use it to see artists that have been given the designation in a chat.
