1. I would like my Follower Emotes to appear in "Frequency Used" on other channels.

I would like to see my Follower Emotes appear in the "Frequency Used" section of the chat on other channels for my subscribed users.
Twitch was recently added the ability to upload Follower Emotes without Instant Upload Eligibility. I have added mainly easy-to-use some emotes there, as I want listeners to feel free to use them. However, the Follower Emotes do not appear in the "Frequency Used" of subscribed users who can also use Follower Emotes on other channels.
This is not in line with the current Twitch specs where subscribed user can use Follower Emotes on other channels.

2. Recourse for old suspensions and new features

Since affiliate follow-emotes have come live, I've noticed several streamers are unable to use the new features due to suspensions 3 or 5 or more years old. So much so that some streamers can't even recall being suspended, or the reason for suspension, while maintaining a spotless record since then while consistently streaming for years, maintaining long term subscriptions and teams.

Despite otherwise fulfilling all the requirements for "Instant Upload Eligibility Requirements", they remain locked out of these new features, taunted by a link reading "find out how to regain access", with no further support, as they already meet said requirements to regain accress, condemning them for a long ago sin. Maybe they were ignorant of how words could hurt someone, or maybe they forgot to shut down their stream after it ended, or maybe the even slept on stream, or violated ToS with an alcohol themed stream. In most cases, these aren't vile offenses, and when the streamer perseveres through their just punishment, we should acknowledge their progress and growth, and we shouldn't inhibit their growth by holding these old offenses over their heads. Are you the same person you were 3, or 5, or 7 years ago?

In some cases, these features weren't even on any development roadmap when they were suspended, and rules on Twitch have changed, in some cases, significantly, since then.

I recommend Twitch open a line of communication to these streamers, and not treat them like branded felons like they do now - to allow streamers who have been positive members of the community and who are committed to continuing to grow. Why should they be stopped for something that could be forgiven after such a long time? Having spoken to some of these streamers, their ban appeals are always ignored because they're asking for forgiveness on a very old ban (3 or more years ago). Would it not be in our collective best interest to grant it to them if they have proven themselves?

Must they make a new account instead? That seems ridiculous and unfair. Some streamers have grown communities over many years, even approaching partner levels of success - but unless they breach that elusive threshold, it appears that Twitch has no care for them and will not lift the penalties incurred by old suspensions. They will only consider so if they make partner.
If the streamer wants to maintain the community they have already into a successful partner application, they must do so without the support of new tools that other streamers can use, despite the inordinate length of time between the suspension, and now. The way these old suspensions are currently handled, is a slap in the face of some productive and lovely streamers who have otherwise done no harm, and have been condemned to being second class affiliates.

So I call on Twitch to right this wrong. People grow and are capable of not only change, but to better the world around them, not only from learning from their mistakes, but because they made the mistakes and have learned and respected the boundaries imposed by Twitch, and have been in good standing since their infraction, over a long period.

   Thank you.

5. solid even number of emotes once you hit 50 sub points

a solid 10 (TEN or more) emotes for 50 sub points should be a must. it take a LOT to get to that point for us small streamers, why not an even 10 (2 once you get from 35 to 50 feel even more rewarding) and 5 animated. (perhaps 1 more for each Tier 2 and 3 spots as well. The other issue, the 5 follower emotes... 1 YEAR.... ONE. not 2 years of affiliate would be so much better.

7. Show user badges on VODs

Sometimes user badges show in the chat replay on VODs, but sometimes not. Seeing role badges especially is important for me to be able to understand the context of the chat when watching a VOD. Could we please get user badges to show consistently on VODs?

(Happening on Chrome and Firefox. Before the PS4 app update of 11/15/2023, badges showed consistently on VODs there. I believe badges used to show consistently on web as well, although I can't remember when that was.)

9. Add Global Badges for Twitch Charity Streamers and Donors

To support and showcase the Twitch charity feature, add two new global badges: one for any streamer who hosted a charity stream and raised funds (with different levels of the badge, perhaps, for amount raised across all fundraisers on their channel), and one for any viewer who has donated to any Twitch charity fundraiser (again, perhaps with levels based on total amount donated across all fundraisers).

10. art badges

I think that 5 artist badges is too few. Many streamers have multiple artists for emotes, png/vtuber models, riggers, overlays, brb & starting soon screens. Especially considering that you can have significantly more VIP & Moderators than 5, it seems strange to limit the artists you'd like to recognize to only 5.

And here are the two versions of the emote I made:

12. Follower emotes should be changeable for former affiliates, or removable.

I'm a former affiliate. I still have follower emotes on my channel which I would like to remove or swap out. I am rebranding and the old ones no longer fit the vibe. Can follower emotes just be implemented for non affiliates since its clear that they are able to remain for former affiliates? Can there at least be a way to remove old ones?

14. Updates to modified emote options

Hi! Modified emotes are a great way for Partners to create another perk to subscribe Tier 2 or Tier 3. But currently it does not seem to be used often.
Creating more modifiers such as a wide, or upside down modifier will be cool to see and create more incentives to use. For example these emote modifiers are already used by FrankerFaceZ or BTTV.

Another idea is making emote modifiers available on followers emotes, animated emotes and potentially on unlocked bit emotes. Currently it is only exclusive to the channel subscribers emotes but as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscriber you do have access to the other channel emotes as well. So this could be a nice perk to include for Tier 2 and Tier 3 subscribers.

On another note the UI for the emote modifiers seems a bit inefficient at least on phone. For IOS the triangle is not in the corner but more so in the middle of the emote which disrupts the look of the emotes when selecting. For a smoother experience updating the UI would be a great add on!

18. Artist Badge & Emote Attribution

To better support artists and accredit their talents among the Twitch community, we’ve released two new features: Emote Attribution and the Artist Badge. Emote Attribution lets you credit the artists responsible for creating your emotes so they can feel the love wherever their emotes appear across Twitch. The Artist Badge lets you celebrate those who contributed artwork to your community with a special new chat badge.

You can get all the details on our Help page here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/artist-badge-attribution

We’re excited to share both of these features with the community, but they’re just the first steps to better connect creators and artists on Twitch. Your feedback will help us refine these products and better serve artists and the community as a whole!
