Global emotes for Artists
Allow the Accounts that have emotes attributed to to use those emotes globally.
A huge Part of the chat environment is the emotes that are used by chatters all over twitch in every facet, there is even a "Emote Only" chat mode. The artists who create these emotes are generally paid one time a sum between $5-50 depending on complexities etc. yet the subscription required to use those emotes is $4.99/month. This means that for an artist to showcase their emotes they have to pay for the privilege to the extent that no matter what they will eventually be negative under every circumstance. I propose that either those
who have emotes attributed to them by a streamer, affiliate or partnered, or those given the Artist badge AND have the attribution be allowed permissions to use only those emotes Globally throughout twitch without incurring any financial burden. This burden hampers both user, and artist experience and means that for an artist to promote their content they have to tear the interested parties away from the twitch experience and chat to see their emotes, where they would best be showcased in chat anyway due to the inherent fact that they would be displayed there through chat anyway.
I appreciate any response from the Twitch Staff and thank you for your time reading this.

This is such a good idea. If an emote artist is also an avid viewer for a channel and their emote got selected for a tier 3 emote for example, they would now have to sub at the $25(usd) level to use their own work in other parts of Twitch.

it just makes sense to let artists use the creations that they worked very *******

This would be amazing. A way for artists to promote their work inside twitch itself. It could even be a 'personal list' which lists emotes you have been given and accepted credit in the emote submenu sort of like how they are split by channel.

I would love to see Twitch add this feature. I really enjoy commissioning different artists for different emotes and regularly add new emotes, swap emotes out etc. I would really like my emote artists to be able to use the emotes they have made for me without having to sub to my channel, especially when I’m using those emotes for higher tiers or bit rewards.

This definitely makes sense, artists should be able to use the emotes they've made and are attributed to them for free
