account bug, I can't get a companion because payouts aren't set up (I chose to pause payouts). Hi, I haven't been able to get a companion for over six months because the payout settings are pending review. I've contacted support over four times, and each time they advised me to simply reset everything. Like a fool, I reset everything each time, but the payouts remained pending review. I tried every payment method, and ultimately, I chose to stop payouts. I just need the companion functionality, and I don't care about the pennies Twitch pays.
What should I do to get a companion? It's impossible to communicate with Twitch support; they only respond to underdeveloped artificial intelligence.2 votes -
Include account name in mail stream summary The current automatic stream summary doesn't by itself mention the stream name. When providing multiple streams at the same time, e.g. for a big event, it is hard to distinguish which one the summary is for. Having to create multiple mail addresses would just complicate things for the streamer. Note that other mails like progress reports on the road to affiliate do include the account.

Change username Hey so i was told to come here by a twitch agent from twitch support. i’d like to get the name “icawnic” i have the name “iicawnic” right now. there’s no active channel with the name and there hasn’t been for like 2-3 years. i know with the recycling process it takes awhile but i just don’t think the name is getting recycled at all. the agent told me to come here to have y’all look into the account to see if it may be recycled so i can claim the channel name. Thanks

Highlight Render doesn't match Preview I wasted hours making a Highlight of my last stream. The final render did not match the preview at all. It left in all the mic pops and cut me off mid word. Completely dropped audio in places and there's no way to fix it now!? Seriously? What's the deal? It's 4:30PM ET on a Friday. Are your servers too busy right now? Per previous reports, this appears to be an intermittent issue you've been having for the past 6 years. Should I be rendering off-peak hours? That's usually when I stream. Can you please fix this system to work…

Do not max your revenue. i have tried and both times twitch removed ads entirely for weeks. Do not do the 22 minutes of ads per hour. Both times I received an ad suspension when I tried. reguardless of my exponential channel growth. and over 60k minutes watch time per month.

Ability to have multiple Overlays Adding the ability to add more then one Overlay in the Extensions menu. A limit of 3 would be reasonable.
For example, there is the prime reminder overlay, captions overlay, and stream avatars overlay.
Which are all useful and would vastly enhance the stream.

Clip Edit Mode and "Save Clip" Changes Clip Creator to Owner/Editor, removing credit from Original Clipper Changing vertical clip format resorts to changing clip owner.
Going into the clip edit tool, updating the Portrait Version of an old clip to make verticals better for viewability and discoverability. As soon as I am done with the edit and click "Save Clip", I've realized the Clip Creator credit ("Clipped by:") gets stripped away from the original viewer who captured the clip and now shows me as the Clip Creator.
This bug/implementation just recently started.
When the Channel Owner goes in to edit a clip (Vertical Layout, In/Out Points) Clip Creator credit should stay with the person who originally…

RFE: Better Analytics The Analytics page does show how many impressions and views per STREAM, which is nice but it is severely lacking.
Which category / game should I stream?
Well tell me how many followers, impressions, chat messages, clickthrough's I get not only per stream but per GAME.
If I know how well a game performs versus another I can make better informed decisions what to stream in order to grow.
This data CAN be calculated, because I do it with my own Excel chart but I shouldnt have to do that.
How many followers and first time chatters do I get…2 votes -
Twitch alerts randomly not playing July 2026 Twitch in built alerts randomly do not work.
All my settings are correct and 'send test alert' works 100% of the time on all of my scenes in OBS.
Sometimes people will raid/sub/gift/follow and the alert will play. Sometimes it won't. Feels awful when I get a big raid or gift and the alert just fails to play and then next raid or gift it does work. Please fix this it's been like this for months.
Many thanks

accessible copyright dispute form The form to dispute copyright claims is an inaccessible modal pop-up that DOES NOT SCALE TO SCREENSIZE and is UNUSABLE on iPad because some of the form WILL NEVER DISPLAY and the submit button IS HIDDEN. This is a completely unacceptable problem with Twitch user interface design standards that plagued the VOD editor panel for months, but was finally fixed about 2 months ago, and only because of a bogus copyright claim on a VOD I didn’t even use copyrighted material not part of the game in made me aware of the same problem but SO MUCH WORSE with the…

It would be cool to be able to set up alerts using the bots we use. I’d particularly like to create alerts linked to the custom WizeBot site It would be cool to be able to set up alerts using the bots we use. I’d particularly like to create alerts linked to the custom WizeBot site, which lets us offer additional interactions using virtual currency. It would be great to have a visual alert whenever someone buys something, or—for instance—hits the jackpot in the casino game or wins other mini-games.

Better Randomized Alerts Let me put a punch of Alert Images in a pool and it be randomized for every category. So the random Alert Image can played on any of the triggers (Sub, Gifted Sub, Follow, Raid, etc)
So this while also allowing is to exclude categories from that pool, so lets say the random Alert Image wont be for Raids.
