3. Shared Viewership for Official Co-Streams

   I would like to suggest a feature aimed at improving the ecosystem of official tournament broadcasts and authorized co-streams.

   Currently, when an official esports broadcast (such as League of Legends, CS, or other tournaments) allows co-streaming by approved creators, the viewership is split across multiple channels. For example, if an official broadcast grants permission to a co-streamer, a large portion of viewers may watch through that co-stream instead of the official channel. As a result, the official broadcast does not fully reflect the total audience it is actually reaching.

   My suggestion is to introduce a "Shared Viewership" system for authorized co-streams. In this system:

   The official broadcast would act as the “primary” or “parent” stream.
   Authorized co-streamers would be linked as “child” streams.
   Viewership from co-streams would count both toward the co-streamer’s channel and be aggregated into the official broadcast’s total view count.

   This would allow:

   Tournament organizers to accurately measure total audience reach.
   Co-streamers to continue growing their own communities.
   A stronger partnership between official broadcasts and creators.

   Optionally, Twitch could visually indicate that a stream is an “official co-stream” and display combined viewership metrics across all linked streams.

   I believe this feature would strengthen the esports ecosystem on Twitch and provide more accurate data for organizers, sponsors, and viewers alike.

4. Add a feature to allow streamers turn on or off a stream delay that only affects accountless viewers to mitiage stream sniping.

   Stream sniping is a major problem even for small streamers. There's little you can do to prevent it or enforce it. Even if you ban someone from your chat, they can just watch with no account. Adding a delay to your stream just ruins the experience for everyone. If there was a way to turn on or off a delay but it only affected viewers that are watching with no account, it doesn't affect regular viewers and subs, and could help mitigate some stream sniping.

   So we are at the point now where a big streamer can have multiple Twitch channel "live" with RERUNS while he/she is live on the main channel and damage all mid to small streamers even more. This is getting ridiculous and it is so cause Twitch is allowing this kind of behavior, an occasional "Shroud" (not accusing him just making an example) could have 5 or more different channels being live on one while having Reruns with different games on the others.... Is this the kind of behavior you want to foster on the platform? A platform that already has nearly 0 discoverability for mid to small streamers. This is easily solvable with a single golden rule either you are Live or you are not on Twitch, there are VoDs for people who wants to watch streamers Reruns and every streamer has a YouTube account or the Twitch saved VoDs.

   My name is juanmi_love, and I am writing to respectfully submit a personal proposal that I believe could represent a meaningful evolution for the Twitch platform, its creators, and the music industry as a whole.

   One of the current limitations in live streaming is the restricted use of copyrighted music due to licensing constraints. Music, however, is a fundamental part of human expression and creativity; it is often the emotional backbone of content and a key element in how creators connect authentically with their audiences.

   I would like to propose a system that allows creators to freely include copyrighted music in their live streams through a licensed and transparent framework, supported by an on-screen interactive widget. This widget would display, in real time, the song title and artist, and would offer viewers direct access to the music via integrated platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, or any other services willing to participate.

   Through this widget, viewers could:
   • Instantly identify the song.
   • Listen to it on their preferred platform.
   • Purchase or save the track directly.

   In this model, music becomes not only part of the content but also a bridge between creators, audiences, and artists. Each song played becomes an opportunity for discovery, monetization, and fair compensation. Even low-cost purchases or streams, multiplied across large audiences, could generate meaningful revenue for artists and music platforms while preserving the integrity of copyright.

   From Twitch’s perspective, this could:
   • Significantly enhance content quality and emotional engagement.
   • Differentiate Twitch as a forward-thinking, creator-first platform.
   • Generate strategic partnerships with multiple music services, avoiding exclusivity or monopolistic constraints.
   • Expand Twitch’s reach beyond its current audience by appealing to music lovers and casual users alike.

   While an Amazon Music integration would be a natural starting point given Twitch’s ownership, opening the ecosystem to multiple music platforms would strengthen long-term sustainability and avoid future limitations.

   I believe that initiatives like this can help redefine how copyright, digital creation, and user experience coexist in modern platforms. Over time, such models could even contribute positively to broader discussions around licensing frameworks and digital rights in different countries.

   I am sharing this idea respectfully as a personal contribution, with the sincere belief that collaboration between streaming platforms and the music industry can evolve into a more balanced and creative future for everyone involved.

8. No threshold

   Hello my name is G0lfbr0. I was wondering if there is a way that twitch can change the threshold and possibly the split? It's in my opinion hard to hit the $50 every month. If I am luck to receive $10, $15 or whatever it maybe, I should receive that. An the 70/30 spilt also should be changed. That's alot twitch takes for only being the playform that people stream on.

   Please take this into consideration and twitch might get back a lot more streamers that may have left.

9. Solve the problem of fake viewers and motivate new content creators.

   There are proposals on how to increase the number of content creators, and therefore there will be content for new viewers. Since a large number of content creators broadcast live to 0 viewers, they lack the motivation to improve their content. New content creators can’t compete with people who use fake audiences. Because those who have a lot of viewers are on top.
   This is fundamentally wrong.
   I propose to eliminate the possibility for viewers to see the number of viewers in a broadcast. The number of viewers will only see the content creator. This will solve the problem of fake audience.
   On the platform, remove the ability to see a list of all content creators. The viewer will search for content creators by tags in random order. The viewer will be able to view content creators who are subscribed without a search engine. We also need to make a filter with the official tags of the content creator search system.
   This will solve the management problem for content creators. Because the content creator is the content creator, not the manager.
   Content creators will be interested in their own improvement. The creativity of content creators will be more diverse. The number of viewers on the platform will increase.

10. add a rotation list of games you play

    Allow twitch streamers to post a list of games they have as their top games they play in their rotation. then suggest them to viewers of other streamers in the same category to gain followers when the streamer isnt live. or suggest their vod/clips etc. I think this would encourage a person to stream more if they get offline follows, video hits with some email notification, etc.

    Please make your clipping feature more accurate. At this time, every time you make a clip, it tends to move the actual clipped scene forward by like one second after uploading. This makes it annoying to capture the intended full clip. Thank you.

    Proposed Solution / Idea:
    Allow console users to select multiple platforms when going live from their PS4, PS5, or Xbox. For example, they could stream to Twitch and simultaneously broadcast to TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. This could be built into the Twitch console app or the broadcast menu. 14. Raids affecting recommended

    Let there be an option for raids to not affect our recommended streams in browse. For, example because of a single raid now my recommended feed is full of streamers I have no interest in as far as what I usually watch. Now I'm sitting here clicking on 'Not Interested' on all of them until it fixes my 'Recommended For You'.

    Accounts banned from one streamer who is streaming together with others should not be banned from posting in the chat boxes of the streams they are NOT banned in. Maybe some kind of option where their messages dont show in the chat of the streams they are banned in.

    I really value the privacy settings you’ve already introduced, like hiding subscription badges and gifter counts. It would be great to see this same flexibility extended to leaderboards.

    Currently, users can hide their subscription leaderboard status, but not for Bits. I’d love to see an option in settings to hide from the Bits leaderboard as well.

    In addition, I think this feature should also apply to the Clips leaderboard. Some viewers and community members enjoy supporting or creating clips but may not want their names displayed publicly on leaderboards.

    Adding these options would:

    Give users more control over their visibility

    Keep settings consistent across subs, bits, and clips

    Help people engage with Twitch in the way that’s most comfortable for them

    I've heard that you can rewind live TV on cable, so it makes me wonder why that feature isn't available on Twitch. There have been numerous occasions when I've had to step away from a stream for a minute, perhaps to grab a drink or tend to something else, and during that time, I've missed some critical moments or discussions. While I understand that I can always check the VOD later to catch up on what I missed, I think having the ability to rewind live streams would be much more convenient. It would allow viewers to instantly catch up on important parts without having to wait for the VOD to be available. This feature could really enhance the viewing experience and make it easier for everyone to stay engaged with the content.
