Add a feature to allow streamers turn on or off a stream delay that only affects accountless viewers to mitiage stream sniping.
Stream sniping is a major problem even for small streamers. There's little you can do to prevent it or enforce it. Even if you ban someone from your chat, they can just watch with no account. Adding a delay to your stream just ruins the experience for everyone. If there was a way to turn on or off a delay but it only affected viewers that are watching with no account, it doesn't affect regular viewers and subs, and could help mitigate some stream sniping.
