Bring back watch parties! Watch parties was a really fun idea. It allows users to connect with their audience and have fun, and in many cases allows for knowledgeable users to shine a light on underseen or underappreciated movies or shows in the Prime Video library (or any of the other content libraries that were available to Watch Party via third-party apps) while providing informational context and commentary.

Holiday Hoopla Event Emote Rewards I am writing to inquire about a pressing issue with your recent Holiday Hoopla event. Have the emote rewards for this event been properly distributed? Over the past week, I have participated in multiple shared chats and joined the same streamer's Holiday Hoopla activities on several occasions. Rewards for viewers that help streamers and increase revenue All of these ideas incentivise more subscriptions, and help for streamers to grow:
- Allow streamers to unlock any emote for one week to a given user to incentivise them to subscribe
- Allow streamers to gift one free sub per month to any user to incentivise subs
- Custom badge per streamer (like VIP but customised emote badge per streamer) that streamers can award, and then people get to use that badge as a chosen badge on their screen name on any channel

Make it more possible for new streamers to grow. there already is a system that provides a list for the high viewed channels to show but everyone already knows those people with thousands of viewers and followers. Make a system where the little streamers are noticed I can stream for hours upon hours and never get a single viewer so makes it near impossible if not impossible to grow. It has gotten to the point it just feels hopeless after time passes.

More poll choice slots and longer running polls Pretty basic request, I think.
I'm a mod for an art streamer and I was setting up a poll for which of his characters he should consider drawing later in the stream, and while I would have preferred to run a longer poll with all of the characters listed to choose from, I was met with a 5 option limit and a maximum time of 10 minutes. If possible, I would have liked to have (at least) 10 options (had 10 characters to list), and would have liked to run the poll for half an hour or longer.

Create Highlights from an Unpublished VOD So there have been a few times where a VOD has to be quickly unpublished due to doxing or something we don't wish to keep in the VOD broadcast.
Currently the workflow is that after un-publishing the VOD and we want to make a Highlight from that VOD, to edit out the parts we don't want, we don't have the ability to do it. The button and highlight command is removed from the dropdown menu next to the VOD.

Be able to create Highlights from Highlights Hello there are times when we would like to be able to make a highlight from an existing highlight.
Situation, the VOD is expired or had to be deleted but we made a Highlight from part of that broadcast. There have been many times where we've wanted to create a sub-highlight from that existing highlight, for example a requested song or improv; or a great scene from a game or IRL stream.

Flags for "starting soon" and "ending soon" It would be even better if the flags showed up in the channel category somehow. As a viewer, it would be extremely helpful to see that information in the lists of "following" and "recommended" channels.

Allow non-affiliates to have Follower Emote Slots I can understand having sub-emotes being exclusive for Partners & Affiliates since you're paying money to use those emotes. That transaction is only possible by being a part of at least the affiliate program. But follower emotes? The only way you would be able to use follower emotes outside of the channel they're from is by subscribing to the channel. Otherwise, all you would need to do is follow a channel in order to use those emotes. So why is it only possible to have these by becoming an affiliate when you're not even paying to use them.

Audio Mixer for Viewers As a streamer i can stream on OBS with up to 5 diff tracks, Track 1 Game Volume, Track 2 Mic, Track 3 Music.
What i would love to see is as a viewer display those 3 tracks so i can mute or lower volume of the music but hear the game and streamer, or mute the streamer to listen to the game ect. i feel this shouldn't be too difficult and would massively improve the experience for myself and many others, i think.

Clarify whether or not DJ Catalog exact match is required, provide way of requesting if not found. The Twitch DJ Catalog sometimes find a radio edit (short version) of a particular song, when a DJ already owns a longer version. From my read of docs, it seems an exact match is required for the DJ Catalog search to be considered a match. If that is not accurate, perhaps docs clarification would be in order. Local PC/Mac app to scan DJ's local already-owned media for approval/rejection, fast-tracking DJ's bring-up of set. To streamline the process of identifying and approving already owned Twitch DJ user music content for Twitch DJ, consider developing a local PC application for PC/Mac/Linux. This tool would scan a user's local media library (mp3, wav, m4v, etc.) and cross-reference each item with content ID data to quickly determine which tracks are eligible for use on the platform Twitch platform.

Limit artificial intelligence live streamers It is inevitable that artificial intelligent live streamers are going to start getting more and more popular as time goes on, and I think that there should be separate rules and limitations to creators who make AI streamers that are capable of life streaming beyond the human ability to.

Allow groups of affiliates to create teams I've seen a lot of instances of affiliates working with partners to create teams that are run by the affiliates. The partner is just there to actually CREATE the team, then they check out. I know this is a thing because I was just invited to one of these teams, and I know of two others at least. And I don't think there's anything wrong with this practice, necessarily! But I feel like it's an unnecessary hurdle for team creation.

Custom Thumbnails Browsing Twitch is incredibly difficult due to the lack of personality shown in titles and randomly generated thumbnails. Titles only allow so many characters in the preview and auto-generated thumbnails don't tell any sort of story about a streamer.
I believe with custom thumbnails, it'd give streamers the opportunity to showcase their content at a glance.
When we think of custom thumbnails, I believe we all think clickbaity YouTube videos, and that's a real concern we may have for custom thumbnails. But I believe Twitch users browse differently than YouTube.
