Twitch needs to read Uservoice and incorporate the ideas Uservoice would be a good idea, except it's obviously only here to ignore users and do nothing while making us feel like we're involved. Uservoice/fan feedback/etc. are always wastelands setup by huge heartless corporations to deceive their userbase. Would love for you to prove me wrong. Hope someone at twitch is reading these and making these ideas hit the ground!

Report admins closing ideas/bug reports when they have not been addressed Admins often close bug reports of issues people are having without addressing and fixing the problem first. There needs to be a way to report this and reopen tickets that shouldn't be closed in the first place.

I just wanted to give some context on this. We tend to close bug reports or reports of issues if there has not been any activity on the post for more than a year. If you are still experiencing a bug you are welcome to open a new thread so others can give their feedback as well.

Add a link back to www.twitch.tv from any help.twitch.tv page There needs to exist a method for a user to quickly, possibly at the click of a single link, go from whatever help.twitch.tv page the user is on to www.twitch.tv without having to type the URL in the address bar. Clicking any "home" link takes you back to help.twitch.tv. Once I have answered my question, I would like to just click a link to take me back to Twitches main website.

So confused about the ban appeal thing I was recently banned for my username, I think it’s a fair ban although the word in my name is tos friendly. I posted my appeal about a week ago. Today my friend tells me she was banned for having the same word in her name, she was watching twitch while it happened, she was told to change it, she did, immediate unban. followers list Can you please add the ability for users to categorize their follow list!
Currently we can only sort by recommended or high view count. I would be better if users could customize streamers they follow into groups.
i follow many streamers as a social media manager. i would like to sort my viewers by grouping them into a category that i can name
example monster hunter streamers, my filipino streamers into one category, valorant in another on my followers list.

Add an indicator to the Drop Campaigns page showing what drops we've already gotten I use the Drops & Rewards page to see if my games currently have drops. However I sometimes can't remember if I've gotten a drop or not. Could you add an indicator (icon or something), maybe next to the game name so we can see it at a glance, to show if we've already gotten the drops from that campaign?

There was a network error. Please try again. (Error #2000) My anti-tracking software blocks trackers. The specific advertising trackers from video-edge-b97fc0.sea02.abs.hls.ttvnw.net cause my stream to freeze then turn black with the massage "There was a network error. Please try again. (Error #2000)". Now this is an advertising tracker and not an essential tracker so it should not be critical to use for the webpage to function correctly. Though that does seem to be the case.

No one cares about stories No one cares about this feature. You wonder why you're losing money? It's because you keep implementing things no one asked for. No viewer has ever wanted this. ‘Psst! New stories you haven't explored yet’—seriously? I'd rather do just about anything else than watch a Twitch "story". No one on God's green earth has ever gone "let me go on Twitch to watch a story from my favorite streamer". Please focus on improving the core experience instead of adding unnecessary features.

I keep getting raided to Streamers I've blocked. Poor user experience
Please fix the issue that allows raids to blocked Streamers.I have blocked several streamers who annoy me and ruin my mood just by seeing them.
I find it very troubling to be forced to see these people because if another streamer raids these blocked streamers, Twitch's "block" rule doesn't work, and I end up in their stream.
I find it very distressing as it worsens my day. Please fix this so that raids to blocked Twitchers are not allowed.

Details Bar for streams moved? Why???? What imagined problems drove the conversation and implementation plan to move the details bar for streams from the bottom to the top in web browsers? I hate it and in my opinion think it's a horrible design decision.

(Twitch): "oh you want a new interface for no reason right??"How about y'all actually listen to feedback and do maybe ONE thing users actually ask for, instead of literally having a bot suggest nonsense changes that do absolutely nothing to improve service. This is 100% you making cheap, easy changes so that you can claim to be actively working on the site for investors. Just a shred of decency and sincerity would be so nice to see for once PLEASE.

Have separate world of warcraft retail and world of warcraft classic categories. World of warcraft categories should be different from each other. Its whole different game and they are played by different group of people.

Improve the Customer Support Experience My experiences with twitch support have been, interesting, to say the least. Before I became an affiliate the email option was the only option. 1) having to choose a very specific category is harmful - not once did the support options available come anywhere near to matching what I was contacting support about. 2) provide ACTUAL support. I never once got a response that was helpful. Allow Sortable Following List First of all, it took me 30 minutes of incredibly frustrating searching and clicking to find this page. Suboptimal, to say the least.
I would like to be able to manually sort the order of my followed channels as they appear on the left sidebar, rather than having to rely on viewer count or your ridiculously inept "recommended for you" option. ad language based on user selected language Why am I getting ads in a different language? My selected language for my twitch account in English. I'm tired of seeing 4 or 5 ads in a row in a different language. If anything will make an ad irrelevant, it's an ad in a different language so you can't even hear what's being advertised.

Move chat from beside, to below video in theater mode As a moderator I get a lot of freedom regarding the layout of video and chat. One of the greatest features is the ability to lock chat below the stream video, instead of beside it.
As a regular viewer you can switch to theatre mode to get chat to move below. But sadly this is only done if you squeeze your window to be narrow enough, or zoom in a bunch. This may look ok on a 1080p monitor, but at larger screens sizes like 4k it is utterly useless.

Monthly Bits balance It would be great to also give a monthly balance (reward) for Turbo subscribers. Especially with the new bits Power-Ups. this will make Turbo more attractive and gives a balance of bits to use and support streamers even more.
