I was recently banned for my username, I think it’s a fair ban although the word in my name is tos friendly. I posted my appeal about a week ago. Today my friend tells me she was banned for having the same word in her name, she was watching twitch while it happened, she was told to change it, she did, immediate unban. Not only am I confused with your system of determine who gets a second chance or not but your “appeal portal” doesn’t give me any information except the date I was banned and reason. One person can be immediately let go with a name change another gets a “pending” sign for a week. Your support center doesn’t allow me to email anyone or ask for help because I’m constantly redirected to the appeal center that DOESNT HELP ME!!! >:( I’m dying to get back to twitch, I’ve made so many friends in communities and spent a lot of money on donating to streamers. Please help a brother out over here. Not looking for my ban to be checked into, just giving feedback on my frickin user experience. Emailing from my unbanned user, I hope I’m not breaking tos.
