thank you for letting us turn off .gifs I must say I was geniunly suprised to find this setting the other day, and I just wanted to say: thank you for that
personally I'm no fan of the .gifs feature and I'm SO glad it's only for T2 & T3 subs, but I know many people love it.
so, I'm very happy to have the option to just turn them off.

Twitch Shuffle – Automatically Rotate Between Your Favorite Live Streamers Hi Twitch team,
I'd like to suggest a feature called Twitch Shuffle that automatically switches between a user's favorite live streamers at a customizable time interval.
Viewers could select their favorite creators, choose how often to switch streams, and automatically skip anyone who is offline.
This would make watching Twitch more convenient, help viewers discover new creators, give smaller streamers more exposure, and potentially increase watch time across the platform.
I believe Twitch Shuffle could be a simple but powerful addition to Twitch that benefits both viewers and creators.

layout The experimental viewer layout is an unnecessary change and creates a visually confusing experience. The viewer count and timer moving above the video player is one thing, but the title should remain below the video screen. This change makes everything look extremely cramped and I could not see this being a worth while change in any capacity. Website layout is one of the most important aspects of retaining your users, and if I opened Twitch for the very first time and saw this layout I would click off immediately.

AffiliatesFees should redirect to a different page https://link.twitch.tv/AffiliatesFees redirects to https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/affiliate-onboarding-guide#fees , but it should probably redirect to https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/payout-details-faq#fees instead. When I found this link, it was in "For details on payout fees per payment method, click here," so I think it should straight to the list of fees. Plus, its current target (Affiliate Onboarding Guide) doesn't even have a fees section.

Please. Get rid of the "Shopping" and "Gambling" category. If I wanted to shop, I'd visit Amazon. I come to Twitch to watch people play games, create things, and to have a sense of community. Not to watch scammers shill their terrible products or watch 30 year old techbros attempt to entice kids into gambling. PLEASE. Stop trying to turn things I love into a marketing maneuver.

Mining Bits. How much more lively and in the moment would it be if you could cheer bits more frequently?
Currently, if you have some extra money to spend on bits, you can buy them and use them whenever you want.
But what if for watching a streamer, subscribing, etc., you mined a small amount of bits, maybe gain 1 bit an hour and 100(+?) bits a month for subscribing. So that way, we can have more frequency of cheering the streamer when things go right.

Reports of selfharm related behavior being dismissed automatically without human reviews For nearly two weeks, I have been attempting to report a streamer whose broadcasts repeatedly contained discussions of active selfharm, bleeding, suicidal thoughts, and other concerning behavior. Every report and appeal I submitted received what appeared to be an automated response stating that no violation could be found.
My concern is not only the specific case itself, but also the apparent lack of meaningful human review when reports involve potential selfharm or suicide related content.
In this case, the streamer repeatedly stated on stream that they had harmed themselves, were bleeding, carried a razor blade with them, and expressed thoughts…

Simple suggestion for Drops Alphabetical. There like most others have said--no real way to search drops other than scrolling, a search engine would be nice--but also in alphabetical order would look better and help with searching.

Ideas for improving the viewer experience Hello. I’m here to share some thoughts on marketing.
I believe that introducing “cheer screenings” would further strengthen community cohesion, leading to increased customer loyalty and higher repeat viewership rates.
Specifically, currently, on “all social media platforms,” there is no feature that allows viewers to indiscriminately use their microphones to shout or cheer simply by meeting certain viewing conditions (and I suspect no such patent exists either).
This is a promotional technique used in the film industry now, but I thought it could be applied to streaming platforms.

2FA broken PLEASE fix 2 factor authentication. Whenever we (partner + I on individual accounts) try to enable it, nothing happens, or an error occurs, and after VERY FEW tries Twitch just says "We've sent too many messages. Try again later." Either set this message limit to a much higher value, or maybe try to fix some underlying issue. Maybe this has something to do with my location, I am based in Europe.
