Make a real commitment to protect streamers acting in good faith Will you, right now in public, make a commitment to protect streamers who are acting in good faith who get hit with DMCA notices?
Look at Github and what they committed to within a very short time after youtube-dl was taken down earlier this year. They are protecting their creators rather than treating them like criminals. Can Twitch do the same?

Followbot marker When we are follow botted we get massive follows within seconds of each other, please mark these in a diffrent color so if we want we can remove them manually or ban them easily. This alone will help build up a tracking system with twitch being able to ID the main user name as it will appear the most and ban it to help others with being spammed.

Remove Profile Pictures when account is banned I was going through my blocked users list and users that have been banned still have profile pictures. not a big deal except their profile pictures are of genitals or grotesque.

Passive bots in viewers Some streamers have been using bots for years. Bots are sitting in the viewer list with female nicknames and avatars. Those who come to their channel end up on the restream of the owner of the bot network. These streams run around the clock and their owners use hundreds of bots, automatikly sending them to EVERY stream.Twitch does nothing. For example, such a network of bots (date is time of report):

Enforce the Harassment Policy The new harassment policy sounds lovely. But, how can we be sure Twitch will actually enforce it? My ideas for DMCA Here's a bunch of ideas of mine that should work if taken into consideration.
As for when I was back on YouTube Gaming , YouTube would block the stream temporarily while copyrighted music is playing that didn't allow revenue ( adrev ) to be given to the holder - no strike is given unless it is video related like a movie/tv show.

Don't ban specific words that are not slurs Twitch plans on soft-banning a handful of words in their next policy update, namely "simp", "incel", and "virgin", in an attempt to ***** down on ****** harassment. They say it will only be in cases where they are used as insults but I want to get ahead of this since community outcry is already bubbling up.

Mental health Twitch should offer a more in-depth mental health section that not only focuses on streamer health (i.e. suicide prevention/depression) but also the streamer/follower relationship. Offering resources for those who do not understand that the streamer cannot always respond/ may not share the same feelings as the viewer. Essentially, we need a "how to use Twitch in a healthy, responsible manner" section, to educate all parties involved.

Tamper audio not mute Instead of removing or replacing the audio entirely to mute, add licensed audio but let us be able to hear the streamers still. Add a twitch produced sound over the copyrighted audio rather than muting, and let the streamer still be able to be heard entirely

Add Content Warning for Ages 13-16 The current Mature Audience Warning is for those 18+ and is used by many streamers even for games and other activities that those under 18 and over 12 can watch/chat. These ages groups are then left out. A new warning should be added that only allows those between 13-16 years old to watch/chat. When this warning is displayed the game and chat would only have things in them appropriate for such age groups. Safety: Close Public Access to Past Deleted Content Anyone is currently able to access deleted Clips and VODs via a Twitch database that is open and accessible via the stream ID. This is incredibly dangerous, as personal information such as addresses, names, employment, etc., may have been accidentally disclosed on stream, and is now permanently saved for the public to access at anytime, even if the VOD or Clip is quickly deleted.

Clear instructions on how to handle a hostile spam bot attack Given all of the recent issues with streamers experiencing these kinds of attacks perhaps a step by step outline of how best to deal with these attacks.
Ie:
1. Use moderator view
2. Emote only mode
3. Clear chat
4. Add term(s) to automod
5. Ban accounts involved with the attack
6. Report were applicable
7. Return to normal chatRepeat as needed. (Or something better)

Handle Appeals I'm so sick of streamers getting permanently banned (indefinite suspension) after 1 thing and never getting anything back from twitch as far as an explanation or response to an appeal. I have seen people lose their passion and dream over the ridiculous moderation and support team. There is no reason people should be waiting 5 months for a response from twitch.
Just recently my fiance was banned for something that he blatantly didn't do. He was banned for BAN EVASION when he never even had an account before the one that was banned. It's absolutely ridiculous.

removal of dmca/copy right rule breakers Any streamer on a look see streaming copy righted material should be struck from the site period. They tend to be partners or affiliates thus making a mockery of that status. Folks are out here doing some amazing things that take time to grow and these streamers are getting subs and donations off the back of copy righted material. It is not ethical and should be dealt with harshly.
At this point no one can claim ignorance of dmca rules and copy right obligations it is simple as that.

Twitch shouldn't wait for copyright holders to act Copyright violators are running rampant on Twitch right now and for the long term good of the site and the people who make a living off of it, users should be able to report suspected copyright violations and Twitch should investigate and take action if it finds that the streamer is using someone else's content.
Twitch needs to get ahead of this wave of bad behaviour before powerful corporate entities or politicians force Twitch to take action that harms everyone.
I'd also recommend implemented a YouTube like 3 strike copyright violations system for egregious repeat offenders.

Allow only selective bot to be in chat and auto ban all other bots as they arrive Could you have the ability to list the bots (Streamer approved bot list) that are allowed to be in that streamer's channel and then for all other bot account to be auto ban the moment they start watching.
As a mod I have been using https://twitchinsights.net/bots to check if accounts are bots and then banning any that show up as bots before they talk in chat. The Hoss bot is just creating so many account it disrupting many streams now.

BUG BAN 3 weeks ago a user entered my chat tagging as "Soporte_Es" pretending to be a moderator where he wrote in the chat that in the next few minutes he was going to be banned and he effectively banned me, when they unbanned me he banned me again for no reason by entering my chat and insulting me (I have proof), this happened to several more streamers from Argentina and twitch I inform them that it was their mistake where a user had found a BUG on how to ban accounts.
