How it works:
  • Choose a relevant category for your idea and check to see if any other users have already submitted this suggestion before creating your own
  • Be clear with your suggestion, provide examples and solutions to the problem you are posing. Suggestions without actionable feedback may be closed without comment
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests
  • Be sure to share your suggestion with others to gain more support!
  • Note: Suggestions are not guarantees that we will take action on an idea. We will try our best to communicate why an idea may not work, but may not always be able to share that information.

  1. My friend Mao_Senpai received a temporary ban for 182 days.
After the period was up he was still unable to log in onto his account, this issue has persisted for over 2+ years now.
There is no way to inform Support regarding this on the Appeal portal.

If you look at his page he has been "temporary suspended" for over 2 years?!
This was not an indefinite suspension AND he is a first time offender.

It's extremely excessive and unfair to him.
Support just sends him into a hopeless loop of nonsense please fix this.

  2. Please add a permanent, official category called "Watch Alongs" or "Reactions." Right now, creators who just want to stream or record themselves reacting to movies, TV shows, or videos at home don't have a perfect category to list themselves under. Having a dedicated category would make it much easier for viewers looking for commentary and watch-along streams to find us.

  3. Sometimes I want to explore new channels or streamers within a channel but I don't know where to start. It would be great to have a random channel generator to throw me into one of the recommended channels or a random channel by category or game. It would be fun to channel surf!

Please, please, please, if you do this, disable ads for the first few minutes or so of the new channel. There is nothing more infuriating than entering a channel and watching ads instead of the content. I've gone into new channels to check out only to leave…

    1. Overview of Request
Increase search history / Add viewing history

    2. Current Issues and Background
The longer I've been using Twitch, the harder it's become to find streamers I used to like.
It’s easy if the streamer is currently broadcasting, but when they aren’t, users have to manually search or look for them on external social media, which places a significant burden on them.

    3. Specific Request Details
As mentioned in point 1, I believe adding this feature will help viewers grow even fonder of their favorite streamers.
It will also create opportunities for streamers and viewers to connect even when the…

  5. I would love to see Twitch introduce a feature that allows users to pin or favorite specific streamers so they automatically appear at the top of their Following list whenever they’re live, regardless of viewer count.

Currently, channels are often sorted by viewer count, which can make it difficult to quickly find smaller streamers or channels I regularly watch.

It would be great if users could:

    • Pin or favorite a select number of followed channels.
    • Have those channels automatically appear at the top of their Following list when live.
    • Keep favorite channels organized separately from other followed channels.
    • Access this…

  6. When I log into Twitch for the rewards of the game I play, I have to scroll through 30-40 games if not more on average to find the game I am most interested in. Why cant I post or pin the game(s) I want at the top of the list? Make it a "favorite" or something like that. Or something that if you are tracking as most used, appear at the top of the games list?

  7. revert the position of the stream information back to below the stream on pc since it looks really bad being above it (because it looks like im on mobile or something) (with stream information i mean channel name - title - streamer pfp - game name - tags - follow/noif button etc)

  8. I’m reporting a potential UI/layout issue on Twitch’s channel page.

The HTML element containing the username and profile picture (class "channel-info-content") uses:
    width: calc(100% - 5rem);

This appears to create unnecessary empty space on the right side. When testing with:
    width: 100%;
the layout aligns correctly and removes the gap across the screen sizes I tested.

  9. At the top of chat, there's now a box that switches between "Gift a Subscription" and "Cheer your way to the top!".

I have two windows open (chat and creator dashboard) while streaming, and every time these change I think someone has sent a chat message. It's very distracting.

I think this either should not be there switching, or at the very least it shouldn't be there when I'm logged in to my own channel.

  10. hi,
I am in the unfortunate group that got the new stream layout with the title and all the information above the stream, not below it as it was used to.

First of all, The tabs for video, clips, chat ... are no longer there.

But more importantly: The new layout gives me headaches. I cannot tell if it is purely the contrast or the fact that we trained our brains and eyes for serveral decades now that the information belongs below the video. I have to scroll down so the information is no longer on Screen to be able…

  11. A few seconds after a clip page loads, it will scroll halfway down the page, requiring you to scroll up again to view the clip.

Happens on every browser. Very annoying and I've seen lots of streamers complain about this independently.

  12. Currently the Twitch Teams link that gets placed on a streamers channel when they join a team, to the right of the "followers" title under "about", opens in the same tab as the stream. It would be nice if it opened up in a new tab, like all the Socials links do, so the stream stays up instead of being redirected. Thanks!

  15. I would like to request a feature for Twitch Team pages that allows team owners to display only specific stream categories, such as IRL or any other category.

For teams with 20–30 streamers, this would make it possible to show only those streamers as online who are currently streaming in the selected category. As the owner of the team page, I could choose to display only IRL streams, meaning that only live streams in the IRL category would appear on the team page.

This feature would give team owners more control over how their team page is presented, improve visibility…

  16. I really think twitch should take advantage of ways other streamers are monetizing and adding features to their channels and intergrate it into the platform itself so streamers dont need to outsource and twitch can profit from things streamers are using other platforms to do anyways!

For example, having a section similar to youtubes members feed where the streamer can post images and updates about themselves or stream and their viewers can interact, tip bits, vote on a poll etc.
Lets say we dont know what to play on friday? The streamer can post a poll and their viewers can…

  17. I really think twitch should take advantage of ways other streamers are monetizing and adding features to their channels and intergeate it into the platform itself so streams dont need to outsource!
Bot commands for example, just like the alerts finally being able to be done on twitch they should also intergerate being able to make custom commands and things like !followage !watchtime and add custom ones too like !hype and it will just do the same things streamelements' streamlabs etc. chatbots do!

Id love to just have everything be done in house on twitch instead of going to different…

  18. I should be able to exclude channels when browsing based on tags or games.

For example, when clicking "Live Channels", I want to exclude all Just Chatting and Call of Duty.

This will improve discoverability greatly and help users find content more relevant to their interests.

  19. The best thing you can do at the moment is to move the block with the stream title and the follow button back to the bottom of the screen, as well as return the tabs with chat, description, schedule, etc. for the browser version. I immediately felt sick as soon as I saw this redesign. This thing literally causes physical discomfort and unpleasant sensations in my head
Sorry for the bad English, but I think it's clear what I'm trying to say
