Failed to load module, and endless loading Whenever I load any page on Twitch, there is a high chance that many page elements won't load, and instead appear as a ghost icon with the text "Failed to load module", or will simply display the spinning circle permanently. The former mostly happens to buttons and menus, while the latter mostly happens to things like the stream video player.

account remains suspended after suspension period is over My friend Mao_Senpai received a temporary ban for 182 days.
After the period was up he was still unable to log in onto his account, this issue has persisted for over 2+ years now.
There is no way to inform Support regarding this on the Appeal portal.If you look at his page he has been "temporary suspended" for over 2 years?!
This was not an indefinite suspension AND he is a first time offender.It's extremely excessive and unfair to him.

Channel banner video unpauses itself if paused On any offline streamer's channel, whether browsing clips/past broadcasts, at the top of the screen, if they're not hosting another streamer, then usually there will be the 'check out this stream from X time ago' alongside a player that will auto-play the most recent VOD.
if you try to pause it so you can browse through whatever it is you want to look through, it will forcibly unpause itself at some random point in time later, whether it's the immediate next second or a few seconds later.
i can't imagine this is an intended feature. please fix

fix markdown on the mobile site There's already a previous request for this but it appears close as "not clear." so I'll try to make it clearer:

Mobile browsers default to the top URL, so they suffer broken "about" pages. It's simply not applying any rendering of markdown at all, or rendering non-breaking space HTML entities either.

Please fix the scroll bar. The ScrollBar disappears, and the mouse wheel does not work.
This has been going on ever since Twitch added the preview video.

Viewing a clip will immediately scroll halfway down the page A few seconds after a clip page loads, it will scroll halfway down the page, requiring you to scroll up again to view the clip.
Happens on every browser. Very annoying and I've seen lots of streamers complain about this independently.

why you unfollowing people without their consent there is a massive twitch bug or problem going on where twitch is making people unfollow people from each other. There was youtube having issues of unfollowing people from people over their, so not sure whats up. Unless I am being lied to by people. They claim they never unfollowed and must be a bug. So is there a bug or issue going around with making people unfollow people? some kind of bot clean up or something and mistaking real people. Something is up.

Cant Scroll Follow List When trying to scroll down my following list to see who is online, it keeps kicking me back to the top making it impossible for me to view my whole follow list. Ive tried clearing my cache, logging in/out, it keeps happening. Can you please fix this?

Followed Channels list ordered incorrectly The "recommended for you" order of the followed channels list doesn't seem to work correctly. A channel I watch every day is all the way at the bottom. Many channels that I follow and watch far less often or almost never at all are above it.
This can't be the intended behaviour of recommended channels on your followers list. It encourages unfollowing channels you watch less often just to reorder the list.

"Sort By" feature reverting back ever since the new interface changes, the "Sort By" feature keeps reverting back to default "Recommended" :
Followed channels sort - working as intended
Category Directory sort - working as intended
specific "game/just chatting" sort - no longer working correctlymaybe this bug is intended as your hoping to charge people to be "recommended" more often or something dodgy like that. Just thought I would bring attention if it is an actual bug

Streaming Together bug When Japanese streamers, and possibly other non-Latin script languages, use the Streaming Together feature that normally links the collaborating streamer on the hover over "Live with:" banner links to the direct Kanji of their username and thus to a "Sorry. Unless you've got a time machine, that content is unavailable." page instead of their actual account. As observed with pekeispeak (陵本なぎ) and nagisekaied (柚鳥ペケ) today.

Stream Schedule Error I'm trying to add a stream to my stream schedule and no matter what I try I get the error "Segment not found". I have no other schedules set, just trying to use it for the first time. I've seen a post about this from last month that said it was resolved but it is not.

Watch Streaks Dropping Incorrectly Despite Watching Streams I am reporting a persistent issue with the Watch Streaks feature that has been affecting me and several other viewers since it was rolled out. Even when I have clearly watched the latest live stream of a channel, the streak frequently shows as broken or about to break shortly after the stream. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the streamer does not offer a VOD, clips, or did not post a story that could be used to save/restore the streak. Once the streak drops, there is often no way to recover it, which defeats the purpose of the feature entirely.

Channel page layout bug I’m reporting a potential UI/layout issue on Twitch’s channel page.
The HTML element containing the username and profile picture (class "channel-info-content") uses:
width: calc(100% - 5rem);This appears to create unnecessary empty space on the right side. When testing with:
width: 100%;

Slightly wrong grammar on a notification. The notification that tells a user they will no longer be receiving notifications for a particular streamer has a bit of a grammar issue/typo:
"You will be no longer receive notifications from [StreamerNameHere]"
The sentence should be changed to either:
"You will no longer be receiving..." or "You will no longer receive..."

FIX THE HYPERLINK/HTLM MARKDOWN FOR MOBILE BROWSERS So this seems to be a common request but it is not being taken seriously. Most people do not have the app and will click the link FROM THEIR PHONE and be directed to twitch via their mobile browser. From there, if they go to any streamer's About page and they have any hyperlink markdowns (or what ever the correct term is), they are assulted with the WHOLE URL of the thing the streamer is linking out to and it is VERY unplesant. This is STILL going on and it is almost September 2024.
