2. Ability to Pin or Favorite Channels at the Top of the Following List

   I would love to see Twitch introduce a feature that allows users to pin or favorite specific streamers so they automatically appear at the top of their Following list whenever they’re live, regardless of viewer count.

   Currently, channels are often sorted by viewer count, which can make it difficult to quickly find smaller streamers or channels I regularly watch.

   It would be great if users could:

   • Pin or favorite a select number of followed channels.
   • Have those channels automatically appear at the top of their Following list when live.
   • Keep favorite channels organized separately from other followed channels.
   • Access this feature on both the mobile app and desktop.

   This would give viewers more control over their Following list, make it easier to find their favorite streamers, and help smaller creators stay visible to their dedicated audiences.

3. pinning

   When I log into Twitch for the rewards of the game I play, I have to scroll through 30-40 games if not more on average to find the game I am most interested in. Why cant I post or pin the game(s) I want at the top of the list? Make it a "favorite" or something like that. Or something that if you are tracking as most used, appear at the top of the games list?

   I have feedback regarding the current Theater Mode experience.

   One of the main reasons viewers use Theater Mode is to maximize the stream while keeping chat visible. Recently, the video player appears to be surrounded by larger black bars, which reduces the amount of screen space dedicated to the actual stream. On larger monitors, this can make the viewing experience feel less immersive and less efficient, as a noticeable portion of the screen is occupied by empty space rather than video content.

   It would be greatly appreciated if Twitch could review the current Theater Mode layout and consider the following improvements:

   • Reduce unnecessary black space around the video player.
   • Allow the stream to make better use of the available screen area while keeping chat visible.
   • Add a Theater Mode customization option that lets users choose between the current layout and a more expanded, video-focused layout.
   • Prioritize maximizing the stream size, which is the primary reason many viewers use Theater Mode instead of the standard view.

   In addition, many users currently rely on third-party browser extensions to modify Twitch's layout and make Theater Mode use screen space more effectively. While these extensions can be helpful, not everyone wants to install additional software or browser extensions just to achieve a better viewing experience. Some users prefer to keep their browser lightweight, reduce resource usage, and avoid adding extra extensions that can contribute to browser clutter or potential compatibility issues over time.

   Having more built-in Theater Mode customization options would provide a cleaner and more accessible solution for everyone without requiring third-party tools.

   A more flexible Theater Mode would provide a better experience for users with different monitor sizes and viewing preferences. Even a simple option to adjust the amount of spacing around the player would give viewers more control over how they watch streams.

8. Decluttering Streamer Channel Clip Pages via Private Viewer Clips

   I have a feature idea for Twitch where users who make clips can toggle a private checkbox similar to toggling captions on a clip when making them to start private, so they only show up in their own creator dashboard under clips they've made. Users can also go back and make years old clips private if they want to. They can stay private forever if they want to, unless the streamer or moderation team decides to make them public or delete them entirely. There would be a clear lock symbol next to clips set to private, and they wouldn't show up on the streamer's public clip page at all. However, the streamer could still see the clip in their backend creator dashboard and decide to make it public if they want to. Honestly, implementing this workflow would lead to a much cleaner channel page with way fewer weird, accidental, or random clips cluttering up a streamer's main feed.

10. Add a Collections Shelf to "Videos" Page

    Currently on the "Videos" page, we can post individual collections for display, but it'd be great to have a shelf that shows all of our collections so viewers can see them all in one convenient place. As an addition to this, it'd be nice to have an option for any stream in a desired game category to automatically be added to a collection.

11. Watch Streaks Dropping Incorrectly Despite Watching Streams

    I am reporting a persistent issue with the Watch Streaks feature that has been affecting me and several other viewers since it was rolled out. Even when I have clearly watched the latest live stream of a channel, the streak frequently shows as broken or about to break shortly after the stream. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the streamer does not offer a VOD, clips, or did not post a story that could be used to save/restore the streak. Once the streak drops, there is often no way to recover it, which defeats the purpose of the feature entirely.

    I have noticed this happens randomly across different channels and at any time. It does not seem to follow any clear pattern related to stream length or timing. What I have observed is that the issue occurs far more often when I use the Twitch website. When I watch exclusively through the mobile app, the streaks stay intact much more reliably. I have also experienced situations where the expected warning notification about an expiring streak simply does not appear, leaving me unaware that my streak is about to drop.

    I have spoken with multiple other viewers who are dealing with the exact same problem. It feels like a tracking or sync issue on the backend that is not correctly registering watch time in certain environments, particularly on the Twitch website. The feature is meant to reward consistent viewing, but instead it is causing unnecessary stress and punishing viewers for technical glitches.

    I kindly ask the Twitch team to investigate the watch time tracking logic, especially for the web platform, and to ensure that streaks will only break when a stream is genuinely missed. Adding a more reliable restoration mechanism or fixing the notification system would also help a lot. Thank you for your time and for considering this report.

12. Add Better Spotify Icon

    Currently when posting a link to a Spotify page/account, the recognizable Spotify Iconography is replaced with a generic link icon instead.

    This is because Spotify content is prefaced with "https://open.spotify..." instead of just being "https://spotify.com..."

    So if we're trying to link our About to a Spotify podcast we've created we don't get the recognizable icon at this current time. If you were to link to the Spotify download page though, for example, you do get the Spotify icon. This is obviously unusable.

    Please adjust the usage of the Spotify icon to include links that have the Spotify-forced preface of "https://open.spotify..." if you can! Thank you in advance!

13. Channel Badge

    With the new "sub badge/watch badge" and viewers can earn new badges, why not open this up to every channel rather than the channel they claimed.
    This gives discover-ability to other channels, if x viewer was to visit a new streamer having earned a badge, they can use this in a new channel, the streamer/viewers could like this, and visit the streamer with the x badge.
    I think this would be a great way for people to meet new streamers, show off art work and join new communities.

14. Watch Streaks: Easy, unambiguous confirmation that you've extended your streak

    TL;DR: Put an indicator under the channel points menu that UNAMBIGUOUSLY indicates that you've extended your watch streak.

    It can be a check mark. It can be words. It can both. Whatever. But it should say clearly that's you've extended your streak.

    Currently, there is one clunky but reliable way to tell if you've extended your streak: You see "Watch Streak 30" under your streamer's name in the Followed list. You watch them until that text disappears. You might have to refresh the page to make sure it disappeared. Sometimes, rarely, it comes back. If you forget whether you were on a streak or not, this becomes unreliable. It would be better to be able to go to your streamer's page and see on that page whether you've extended your streak or not.

    Currently, there's a big text box under the channel points menu that says something like "Your Watch Streak: 30". This is meaningless for this purpose because it shows up before you've actually extended your streak.

    But since it it a big text box, if you wanted to put a parenthetical or something here that says something like "Streak not yet extended today" or "Streak extended today", that'd be fine. You can come up with better words.

    There used to be that little flame icon next to the channel points count at the bottom. It was simple and small but completely ambiguous about when the streak extended because it was only concerned with when you reached streak milestones. But if you put a little second indicator next to it to show you've extended your streak, it'd work just fine. Could be something as simple as a red or green dot. (Mouseover confirmation text would be nice.)

    I still like the Watch Streak reminders in the Followed list, and they work pretty well. Keep those. (Maybe a toggle in settings to turn them off for people that don't care, but that's a different conversation.) But just put definitive proof I've extended the streak on the channel page, and the most obvious place to me is in the channel points redeem menu.

15. Channels Should be Pinnable

    We Should be able to pin channels to the top so that we dont need to be reliant on recommended for you or high to low. I have friends who stream as they dont stream that much they are not recommended as it only takes latest trends into account,so we should be able to pin the channels to the top if they are offline it can become like a folder called pinned channels and when one of those pinned channels come online only they stick out and rest stay closed

16. Watchalongs or Reactions

    Please add a permanent, official category called "Watch Alongs" or "Reactions." Right now, creators who just want to stream or record themselves reacting to movies, TV shows, or videos at home don't have a perfect category to list themselves under. Having a dedicated category would make it much easier for viewers looking for commentary and watch-along streams to find us.

17. Random Channel Roulette for Channel Surfing

    Sometimes I want to explore new channels or streamers within a channel but I don't know where to start. It would be great to have a random channel generator to throw me into one of the recommended channels or a random channel by category or game. It would be fun to channel surf!

    Please, please, please, if you do this, disable ads for the first few minutes or so of the new channel. There is nothing more infuriating than entering a channel and watching ads instead of the content. I've gone into new channels to check out only to leave because they will start with minutes of ads. Not worth it.

    Sometimes I want to explore new channels or streamers within a channel but I don't know where to start. It would be great to have a random channel generator to throw me into one of the recommended channels or a random channel by category or game. It would be fun to channel surf!

18. Warn users of AI use in channels

    Recent addition of the AI-slop scraping our channels has me wanting to be warned when I go into a channel with it enabled. I do not want to interact with channels that allow AI to scrape everything in it. For channels with the AI setting enabled, I want a BIG warning banner shown to me before I type anything.

    I don't know how much Twitch can handle this other AI ****, but some channels have been using their own AI scraping bots. Maybe I'm ignorant, but I just learned of this recently and was told about a few channels I've been in that use them. Knowing this, I unfollowed said channels. Twitch needs to set some TOS rules about bots and AI. We 100% should be warned that it is in use on a channel and if a channel doesn't disclose this upfront, they should be punished, just as Twitch should be for auto-enabling the AI scraping setting.

20. Be able to clearly state that you are currently on hiatus/taking a break

    I love the idea of being able to set a banner or similar on your Twitch channel stating that you are on a hiatus/break, similar to how Etsy displays that a shop is taking a break. It can say "this streamer will be back on DD/MM/YYYY" or similar. Posting on other socials can help, but not everyone has a Bluesky etc account.
