commercial break in progress I'm unable to watch one of my streamers every time there are drops (and sometimes outside of drops as well) due to "Commercial break in progress" showing for 3 minutes every 10 minutes. And every time it stops, the audio is high for half a second before going back to normal, just like a jumpscare.
During drops its common for the streamers to increase ads, understandably. And I don't mind watching ads cause I like to see how they are edited.
But please, implement an if-check so that if there are no more ads, then don't show the "Commercial break…

Stop the ads in ASMR streams Stop bursting my eardrums with ads, I took a habit of listening to ASMR streams to help me sleep or to get rid of a migraine, and when your ads pops up it’s often 10 times the volume of the stream, which will either wake me up or worsen my migraine. Please, stop playing ads in ASMR streams. It ****** me off and every time it plays I have to resist the urge to just throw my phone in the wall.

Fix the bug where it randomly changes your place in a VOD Everytime you go to watch a VOD and a Ad plays and ends it seems to revert back a hour or more into the VOD randomly. It's super frustrating and makes me just want to rather wait for said streamer to post their VODS on their Youtube Channel. (Mobile) Please fix this

Turbo screen restriction is infuriating You all know and you know what this turbo 'reminder' overylay every 3 minutes HAS GOT TO GO! I've been with twitch since the start this is going to kill the company slowly.. Who that watches streams honestly enjoys tabbing out of games and clicking that constantly. Majority are watching clips now the age of streams is not over but people wont watch nearly as much live with this type of of decision.. Cmon twitch

request to remove specific ads horror movie or thrilling content on ads , I'm afraid of insects or horror movies even slightest of scary content could make me shock . Is there a way to remove those kinda ads ?

Allow mod view to manage ads Mods need to know what's going on in the stream. Set the mod view to show the ads in a separate part of the screen with adjustable volume controls for the stream and the ad. This way, mods can see the stream and also know what ads are playing. They would be able to adjust the volumes to focus on what needs attention.
The mods should also be able to disable an ad that is playing and have it replaced with a different ad if the streamer/mod does not like the ad content.

Put the ads in the corner instead of the stream Guess this is more for browser viewing but instead of making the stream tiny and muted to show the ad, flip it around so the ad is in the corner of the screen and muted instead. I'd be more inclined to let an ad run through if it didn't unnecessarily take away from the content I'm trying to watch. It'd be less intrusive and be more like a banner ad, serving its purpose but out of the way.

Create a cheaper tier of Twitch Turbo which only has the platform-wide ad-free perk Twitch should add a new, cheaper tier of Twitch Turbo (or call the cheaper tier something else?) which only has the platform-wide ad-free perk.
I know I can't speak for everyone, but I'm aware of at least some people (including myself) that would be interested in buying a subscription to remove adverts platform-wide (not just for 1 Channel), but don't want to buy the current Twitch Turbo subscription as we/I don't care for, don't need, or don't want the other perks of Twitch Turbo.

Take chosen watch bitrate into account when displaying ads (Don't play ads that are high-bitrate-only when watching on a slow connection) My internet can't handle 720p reliably. I watch at 480p all the time.
Lately I have been getting some adds that have ONLY 1080p. They can't be skipped. An they absolutely kill trying to watch any stream when this happens, because of the buffering.
The buffering on these 1080p forced ads causes them to take several minutes to complete even a 30 second add, because of the buffering. A 90 second 1080p-only add takes over ten minutes because of the drastic buffering! For a "90 second" ad, over ten minutes in reality!!! That is beyond disruptive, it's not worth watching…

Less Intrusive Ads + Better Ads (Based on Objective Public and/or Stream) Today i came to see some streamers i'm not subbed yet, i enter the stream and in that same second an ad shows up.
I change stream, ad shows up.
I go back to the first one, the same ad a third time, i close twitch.
Great way to make more and more people get less time in the platform, totally a "smart" idea by part of the owners.
Definitively this gonna help a lot to make people stay in the platform, what about, i don't know...

Rethink promotion of sponsored streams on the For You / Followed Channels pane. One of the streams I follow was doing a sponsored stream. The Followed Channels pane (in the desktop web page) showed that channel with a giant billboard ad below. It was also pushed to the top of the list. An obvious promotion of that channel (read: sponsor) by Twitch.
There was no way to hide the sponsor card to make the stream look normal. I ended up unfollowing the streamer just because it was so annoying to look at.
It's a bad look on Twitch as a whole. (And it's offensive to users that are paying not to see ads…

NO random fullscreen Ads which mute the stream! Cut it! Don't you get it, Twitch-Team?!
Yes, I would like to display ads.
Pre-Stream? Sure, why not?
Banner ads? Yes, of course!
But cut the random fullscreen ads!
Muting a live stream for some random ads, for any duration is the worst!
And no, if it's intense and I am "in the game", I don't notice any popup of an upcoming ad, nor do I care or want it!Give me the option to opt-out of the random fullscreen ads, please!

No preroll ads 90 second preroll ads are making it hard for me to find new content creators. I would love to check out peoples streams to see if it is something I might be interested in but watching 90 seconds of ads jut to be able to see if I like the streamer is too much.

Get rid of prerolls entirely! Get rid of preroll advertisements as a whole. They absolutely destroy channel discovery for new/low viewer streamers and if you're the type of person that has a buggy internet connection, sometimes you get disconnected for just enough time for Twitch to interpret your reconnection as you rejoining for the first time again and hits you with even more advertisements you possibly saw not even four minutes ago.
For real, prerolls do nothing for the viewer, the people that ALLOW TWITCH TO EXIST AS A WEBSITE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'm not even saying get rid of ads in their entirety,…

Can The Ads Properly Balance their Audio The Doordash (AU) Ad and Colgate gate Ads start off (and remain) so loud it actual hurts my ears and I have mute it. I don't mind it running, but does it have to be THAT Loud. (It's not just in comparison to 1 quiet stream, it's loud compared to every stream I watch)

Audio Ads I like the idea of audio ads because i can still watch the streamer gaming or doing whatever, but they seriously need to be turned down. It says that Audio Ads will match the volume of the stream. That is entirely false. Every time i have gotten an Audio Ad it is significantly louder than the stream volume i have the stream I'm watching set to. Love the Idea, but they need to actually match the stream volume in order for me to be 100% on board with the idea.

Don't show me specific ads that I don't want. For a while now, I have been exposed to excessive advertisements of "Eti", a snack brand in Turkey, and "Cigdemt", a streamer who cannot speak Turkish. I have no problem with watching ads. But Eti with Cigdemt advertisements are shown too much, too aggressive. This is giving me an overdose.
That's why I installed adblocker. I didn't see any problems with watching ads before.
Don't show us ads we don't want to see...

Allow the option in Dashboard to make it so VIPs and Mods dont get ads. Allowing the option on your Streamer Dashboard Manager and change it so VIPs and Mods don't get ads would help them be able to manage and moderate the chat and communicating with the streamer with issues in chat better.
