   Los espectadores de mi stream se quejan de que en vez de publicidad, les sale una imagen con la frase "comercial break in pregress"... Cómo solucionar el problema? Tanto en android como en windows pasa esto! y aún así seguiré recibiendo ingresos por publicidad?

2. Ability to choose to run ads or not

   I would like to not run ads at all. I get that streamers get revenue, but its so small to me, that it doesn't really matter. I, like a few people I've interacted with, directly or indirectly, feel like the random roll of ads (sometimes a 3 minute ad will roll) deters new viewers from sticking around longer to find if they like the streamer. There are some people who just aren't "on" for the entire stream and it takes a good 2 minutes for an interesting topic to come up, but when you already say through ads, you decide because the point you came in was a short pause, you don't want to stay. I for one don't care about ads, but I like the use of channel points for entertainment, but the ads just hurt viewership for smaller channels. Is it not financially feasible for Twitch to continue to provide an essentially free social media service to consider giving streamers control over running ads or not at all? I would even pay a fee monthly just to have viewers to not have to sit through ads all the time (though I have no clue how many that come by get there before preroll starts or if they just run everytime a new viewer comes in).

3. annual turbo subs with discounts

   hi i really would like to pay for turbo experience once every year or half-year just like normal subs + a discount on the multi-month turbo just like a normal sub will be really nice. why because i don't like to be charged every month i would rather sub for multi months and cancel then renew it again manually

4. mute

   I normally mute ads. Thing is I had a streamer VOD at max volume, ad started at 25% volume (thank you, with the volume it was at it would have scared the **** outta me). Mute anyway, but when I unmute when the ad was done, the stream volume is changed to 25% rather than 100 where I had it. I've tested this MANY times.

5. Ad placements

   when watching a streamer its frustrating to have an ad appear during a critical moment of gameplay, having the ad displayed full screen and the streamer on a very tiny screen + cutitng out of their audio is not a great experiance.

   imagine watching your favourite tv show and its at a very tense critical part of the show just as the moment is about to happen an advert takes over your screen and the tv show is shrinked to a tiny box, you can see whats happening but you cant hear what is being said because of this advert, so you rewind your tv show and you re-watch that moment with audio but you have already seen what has happened so the first time so your initial reaction to the scenario is ruined...

   I would propose that rather than putting the streamer on a tiny screen you put an ad or multiple ads in the bottom right of the stream whilst maintaining thier audio so you dont miss that critical moment or you could place a window ontop of top of the chat with an ad, you could also use the chat to promote ads aswell, links to products being posted every 5-10 minutes, or over-laying chat completly with a window of an ad so that way you get the best of both worlds, with chat you can read and catch back up where as the stream you need to clip it and go back 30seconds to see what happend then you are constantly trying to play catch up with the stream and then when you are about to catch up more ads are displayed. its really ruining the user experiance and i hope you take these idea's on board and implement a better solution

6. You lost me due to ads

   Intro ads are fine, closing/raid ads are fine, streamer chosen time ads are fine, banner ads on the website are fine, buying in for an ad free experience is fine. Look at all that. Now look how you are destroying your website. Nobody is fine with this. Stop at what you can actually get away with and leave the rest alone. I'm done and moving on.

7. Ads at start of a raid is ridiculous and outright destroying first impressions

9. Improving location-targeted ads

   Not an idea, why am I getting a Portuguese Nivea ad in the region of Belgium? Portugal/Brazil or any other Portuguese speaking countries aren't remotely close to my location. It's not an official language of my country, and I wasn't using a VPN. Is this a bug? Can you guys make sure ads appear in the right region with the right language? For example, my region of Flanders (Belgium) could be French, Dutch, German or English, but never Portuguese. Thanks for understanding.

11. Fix targeted ads, don’t add this useless feature nobody asked for

    Alright, let’s be real here. The only people on Twitch that would use this feature and actually earn a few bits off of it would be large creators. Once again, let’s be real... do these large creators give two hamburger crumbs about bits? No. The only thing that they would care about is actually earning real currency off of ads. And ads don’t give you anything at all really so...

    The people that will care about bits and want bits would be people that don’t stream or unpopular streamers. Let’s say you’re a unpopular streamer. How much bits would you get from this? I’d say barley any at all. If anything, it would just make their viewers drop. Especially because their trying to grow, nobody wants to waist their time watching ads so the stream can gain maybe 5 or 10 bits.

12. Have the playback report actually work maybe....?

    Every time I request not to see a specific ad because it is either offensive/inappropriate, or is not in line with my interests, it's like the report just goes into a black hole.

    I keep getting the same ads over and over again even after I have submitted a playback issue report.

    The feature just seems to be there to make you feel like you're doing something, when in actuality it's being ignored, and Twitch (or maybe Amazon) is the ultimate arbiter in what ad you get to watch.

    Please have this feature function properly, so people who wish to see ads can cater their experience to their liking & trim out ads that don't sit well w/ that individual.

13. Don't show "commercial break in progress" on Echo Show (Alexa)

    The Twitch Alexa skill on the Echo Show has pre-roll and mid-roll ad breaks, but they're just a placeholder screen. If ads aren't going to work, then there's no good reason to interrupt the stream. This feels like a bug from the user's side.

    I'm also a Turbo member, so I shouldn't be getting commercial breaks anyway!

14. Moderators need ad control and notifications

    The streamer I moderate for has a contract with Twitch where they have to run ads every hour. Sometimes they are busy with the game they are playing. Rather than having to post in chat a bunch to get their attention, it would help if moderators had the ability to start ads. Along with this, the moderators can't tell if the ads are successfully running if they are subbed. We have to constantly pester the streamer to know if they did ads on time. If there was some way for us to know the ads are running it would help both us and the streamer.

18. Stop giving vegan's/vegetarians meat related ads

    I can't possibly describe my disgust seeing the amount of Buffalo Wild Wings or Chipotle Cuban Steak ads. I don't force my ideals on other people, I'm quiet about my decision, so please allow people with vegan/vegetarian related diets to opt out of any animal products being advertised to them.

19. Let streamer-played ads stop the rest of the ads from playing for longer

    There needs to be a way to stop ads playing for at least 1-2 hours. Taking a break every 30 minutes for a few minutes is just unrealistic and doesn't fit most content on Twitch. Longer ad break, every 2 hours or so would be much more agreeable I believe, especially when it comes with giving MORE agency to streamers. They know their community and their content the best
