Cancel Sub Link on Sub Page Goes To Old Previous Username I noticed that on the subscriptions page there is a text link next to the gear that says "Cancel Subscription". For streamers who have changed their name this link goes to the old name and not the current name. Their new name could be Joebloe but the old name was josephbloseph. The link works but streamers might not want the old username exposed.

Clips schneiden (IOS) Das Clips rausschneiden aus der Stream Wiederholung ist zwar eine Coole Sache, ABER!… Ich habe ein Iphone 15 Pro Max, und wenn ich Clips zuschneide (Gestapelt) Laggt das total, Video sowie Ton oft nicht Synchron.. oder auch wenn ich alles so platziert habe wie ich es wollte wie zb. Cam oben, Game unten bei gestapelt verschiebt sich das im Nachhinein wenn man es abgespeichert hat!

Notification when you get a sub on mobile Hear me out. We add back the notification when you're gifted a sub in another channel so IDK maybe I know when I have a sub. You didn't have to remove that from the activity feed in the first place and it honestly ****** me off that every update you remove features to add more advertising

Please consider reducing the subscription price for DJ streamers So far as I know, DJ streamers are the only streamers on Twitch who are not allowed to publish VODs of their streams (due to possible legal ramifications, which are understood by most). This drastically lowers the value of a Twitch subscription to these streamers and results in less viewers investing in these talented creators.
As a trade-off for losing such a major benefit, I ask that Twitch considers lowering the subscription price (for all 3 tiers) for DJ streamers.

Make Twitch Turbo fall under the same refund request and subscription rules as channel subscriptions Twitch Turbo subscriptions should fall under the same rules as channel subscriptions for refund requests.
Making Twitch Turbo a non-refundable subscription even after a payment is made and the system doesn’t allow you to cancel the subscription without paying first isn’t a great way to market a program that you can “cancel anytime”. If your system doesn’t allow me to cancel before my next payment forcing me to have that payment come out of my bank account anyways only to not be eligible for a refund is a poor way to market a program that’s ad free sitewide.

turbo turbo refund if you forgot to cancel if its within 24 hrs. they will just send you constant rejection emails with the same exact macro if u attemt to refund. there was a button that said "request a refund" on the option on the day that i clicked. why is that button even there if its non refundable...

Well, considering Support didn't hep me at all, and in the response they sent me this link, I will be voicing my thoughts.It seems to me that twitch support is probably AI. I opened 5 tickets and just got the same reply. "Most purchases are non-refundable..." That's the thing though, I didn't purchase anything. Create a sub/follow notification on mobile Hello, i would like to ask if it's possible in the future to add a new feature on the mobile app where you are notified when someone follows and subscribe to you.
You see, not all people do livestreams from pc, most of us prefer livestreaming from console. Because it's easier and less complicated, not to mention that is much cheaper than owning a whole pc equipment. Sub Discount Promotion I am trying to use my my remaining time for the sub discount promotion but when i try to start the promotion its greyed out. the twitch promotion starts the 23rd.. this is problematic as this is a big day for me.. what is going on... It states we can do this any day prior to Dec 31st.. Its the 21st. There are no twitch promotions today.

gifting When gifting subs, should be an option so the gifted sub only goes to followers. You wouldn't believe how often i pop through streams then in the next day or 2 i get a random gifted sub to someone i'm not going to watch, it just feels bad man, awkward as.
You might think oh well it might bring back the person that looked and they might follow and hang out and im sure theres a handful of experiences like that, that have happened, but in general it's not the case. Makes gifting probs feel less enjoyable too, seeing names…

Refresh the Gift a Sub shop automatically when opening I was watching a streamer when they started a sponsored segment. The sponsor was contributing 50% off subs during the segment, so I gifted 5 subs. I didn't notice until later that I had been charged regular price for these subs, and they did not count towards the sponsor's gift sub limit, because I had never refreshed my browser page.
Viewers also noticed that the "Subs Remaining" count did not refresh either. Each viewer, and also the streamer, had to refresh their browser to see how many discounted subs were left, causing confusion when people saw different numbers remaining.

Allow a single, one time refund for Twitch Turbo subscriptions in the event someone forgets they signed up . Respect your users. You failed to do the right thing and give me a refund despite not notifying me that the subscription was about to renew, which is legally required in the US. You could do the right thing, like many banks and credit card companies would do, and offer a one time refund as a courtesy. This would eliminate any friction between you and your users by giving them a small bit of leeway in the event they sign up for a trial and forget about it.

Subscription reminders LATE and PREDATORY I’ve been dealing with about 6 months of reminder emails coming in AFTER the payment has been taken.
Turbo and subscriptions included. The most recent reminder email came in FIVE(5) HOURS after the payment was processed, leaving me no option but to subscribe for another month before cancelling.
Reached out to twitch support and all I’m getting is auto responses on “how to cancel a subscription” and “no refunds”
