Blocking a banned person from gifting subs to the channel When a person gets banned from the channel it should also revoke the persons permission to do a gifting to that specific channel. Or some other way to block a person from gifting subs to the channel, this is mainly to block out either people we might expect for doing frauds OR by someone whom been banned for a reason and should not be able to get attention through gifting subs.

Anonymous gifting bugged out It seems like anonymous gifting checkbox has disappeared for me.
i.e. i can't gift anonymously en-masse to community.
However clicking on individual user and gifting to specific user can still be anonymously gifted.
Apparently, i am not the only one facing this issue.

“stop gift subscriptions from unfollowed channels” setting work properly! I keep getting gift subscriptions from channels that I’m not even following, even though the setting to stop these is turned on.
Whilst it’s nice to be randomly gifted a subscription, i may only watch that streamer once and never actually watch them again.
I don’t understand what the actual issue is and why it keeps happening?

Subscription renewal email I received an email warning me of a subscription renewal AFTER it had occured.
so: 25/8 recieved an email that my subscrition would be renewed on the 24/8.
edit: this obviously makes no sense and it should be changed to occur in advance.

Subscription reminders LATE and PREDATORY I’ve been dealing with about 6 months of reminder emails coming in AFTER the payment has been taken.
Turbo and subscriptions included. The most recent reminder email came in FIVE(5) HOURS after the payment was processed, leaving me no option but to subscribe for another month before cancelling.
Reached out to twitch support and all I’m getting is auto responses on “how to cancel a subscription” and “no refunds”
While still sending emails LATE! My community has had the same concern, this is going to put some people into overdraft because they didn’t have enough notice to cancel or make…

Terrible feeling - like popup to use twitch prime sub is misleading at best and thieving at worst Twitch support was great btw. I was on a channel and saw free sub message on popup and I was thinking maybe I earned it with hours watched, well I clicked it and it used by prime sub without adequate warning, imo. Naturally, I could not then spend my prime sub on the channel I normally do. That popup and lack of warning really upset me today, and I feel like it is almost fraudulent representation. If it said free with prime that would be different, but didn't say anything about that when it popped up, so frustrated. Please fix…

Twitch bills retroactively for subscription benefits not received. Beware, Twitch bills retroactively by removing subscription cancellation options for lapsed payment accounts and auto-billing those accounts for benefits not received when reinstated. It's about as shady as it gets.

your system stopped counting the months of my subscription at 48 months. First, how about you let me speak to a human? Your programming is faulty, and only a human can address it.
I have been seeing the same "It's your 48 month anniversary..." message, several months in a row. The channel knows my commitment, as do the regulars in chat. So what matters most is fine, but this is still frustrating. I'd like to see an accurate, properly updating count, each month.
So how can you improve subscriptions? Fix the coding bugs. I saw another user, a streamer, complain about needing a calculator when they see a fan has been subscribing…

Used Prime sub on Android, can't upgrade it to a regular sub on Desktop through channel page I used my Prime on a channel on Android, then later wanted to upgrade it to a regular sub on desktop to save the extra cost. Trying to do this on the channel page didn't work because I got the message "To edit this subscription, please go to the Twitch Subscription Manager on your Android device. Click here for more information." Thankfully the chatbot pointed me to the Subscriptions page, and it worked through that page. But that message on the channel page seems wrong for a Prime sub.

Fix cancelling subscriptions Subscribing to someone renewed my twitch turbo subscription that I had previously canceled and did not want. Twitch refuses to give refund as there is no way to prove this happened. I feel like my money was stolen and my only recourse would be to do a charge back losing my twitch account, which I also do not want, however I might have to because this charge caused my account to go negative. I also can not talk to a human being about this because its all AI and chat bots....

Cancel Sub Link on Sub Page Goes To Old Previous Username I noticed that on the subscriptions page there is a text link next to the gear that says "Cancel Subscription". For streamers who have changed their name this link goes to the old name and not the current name. Their new name could be Joebloe but the old name was josephbloseph. The link works but streamers might not want the old username exposed.

Clips schneiden (IOS) Das Clips rausschneiden aus der Stream Wiederholung ist zwar eine Coole Sache, ABER!… Ich habe ein Iphone 15 Pro Max, und wenn ich Clips zuschneide (Gestapelt) Laggt das total, Video sowie Ton oft nicht Synchron.. oder auch wenn ich alles so platziert habe wie ich es wollte wie zb. Cam oben, Game unten bei gestapelt verschiebt sich das im Nachhinein wenn man es abgespeichert hat!
Bitte um Überprüfung und Korrektur damit diese funktion einwandfrei läuft.2 votes -
they are good but why from Bulgaria an EU country they fail and you have to constantly update payment method, get a payment method that can fix the bug with subs failing from Bulgaria, tired updating method 5 times a month

negative sub points Remove the negative sub point issue, because that seems like it would negatively impact streamers. It should never have been possible to fall lower than 0 value to begin with, you have several hundreds of thousands of streamers having this issue and I will vouch for and be their voice on this situation.

Sub Anniversary Bug For 2 years now my sub anniversary to a specific streamer has been bugged. The sub anniversary and the anniversary message is always 3 days after I resubscribe instead of on the day i resubscribe. No matter how many days I wait to resubscribe the date will always be 3 days later (not sure if waiting a month to resub will fix it). This may have happened after I switched to Tier 2 sub before my Tier 1 sub ended.
If that's the case, I think sub anniversary dates should be reset whenever you resubscribe and/or change Tiers. Changing a…

subscription automaticly unsubscribe I have one chaneel 2 year subscribe, but some day when I watch this streemer show my am not subscriber. Why is that?
