Don't show "free channel sub with prime" when it's not available On my subscriptions page it says I have a prime sub available, but the button doesn't show up when i try to sub to a channel. This was confusing and I tried it in 6 ways before figuring out the reason: i'm on an amazon trial account for the second time. I think it's reasonable that I don't get a prime sub right now, the issue is that my subscriptions page says I do. The channel menu performs the check for a prime sub correctly; the subscriptions page should perform the same check. (Also it might give the info why…

your system stopped counting the months of my subscription at 48 months. First, how about you let me speak to a human? Your programming is faulty, and only a human can address it.
I have been seeing the same "It's your 48 month anniversary..." message, several months in a row. The channel knows my commitment, as do the regulars in chat. So what matters most is fine, but this is still frustrating. I'd like to see an accurate, properly updating count, each month.
So how can you improve subscriptions? Fix the coding bugs. I saw another user, a streamer, complain about needing a calculator when they see a fan has been subscribing…

Subs are great but... Sometimes I feel like I sub to content creators that I don't agree with their views/takes on certain topics shortly after subbing, I really wish I could terminate a sub to a channel and the remaining time or value of the sub would be given to amazon and not the rude content creators that show their true colors after "securing the bag". I would love the option to terminate my sub and refuse to support content creators further from that MOMENT forward rather than them having my support for a month. I dislike feeling "cheated" out of my subscription when…

Sub Tokens for Turbo users. We should get Sub Tokens for Turbo Users.
Keep Turbo an Ad Free experience but give us a way to have Sub Tokens every month we renew Turbo, that way we can use our Sub Tokens like Prime to support streamers and we get the benefits of a sub in the streamer's chat (also make Tokens giftable, that way you incentivize the use of Turbo over Prime)
We could even have Turbo Tiers that change the number of Tokens and benefits we receive.

Use of benefits from Amazon Since Amazon owns majority shares of Twitch, but there are no benefits from Amazon.
It could be great for a consumer to get an request benefit via subscriptions with either with discount codes, free shipping or an special amazon goodies "twitch pack".
It's really a shame to not utilizer more of the big company.

Add option to permanently disable subscription anniversary reminder If there's a setting I can't see please help, but I cannot remove the anniversary reminder. It makes me want to unsubscribe, it's very persistent and annoying. It doesn't help anyone or have a practical use for the end-users. Remove it!

Include Gift Subs in the Partner Plus program The Partner Plus program is a great step in the right direction for creators on Twitch and I am grateful for the opportunity for a 70/30 split.
However, this program should include gift subscriptions.
The requirement of “a sub count of at least 350 recurring paid subscriptions for three consecutive months” is only achievable for a small percentage of streamers, even those with a high CCV that qualifies them to be in the top 1% of the platform. It is not only difficult to achieve for even those dedicated to Twitch, but having this requirement may even discourage gift subscriptions…

Twitch Prime and Twitch Turbo Twitch Prime and Twitch Turbo is getting expensive to keep all the time. It would be good business practices to give us that purchase both a free month of use somewhere. Like between then both is almost 30 dollars a month. You guys have made millions.. Stop being so stingy, cause after a while we all will get exactly what er give to others. If stingy is what you show, then stingy is what you get.

Pay for subscriptions with a card on iphone I don’t want to charge it to Apple ID, I’m able to sub with a card on desktop but why can’t I on mobile? Seems irrational to require different payment methods depending on the platform

QoL prime sub reset time Change the reset time to a fixed hour, instead of the hour you hit the sub button.
For instance:
You sub Jan 1st at 21:00. A month goes away. It's Feb 1st. You try to sub in the morning but you cant do it until 21:00. And that day you cant sub during night.Just make it count on the day, so you can subscribe Jan 1st at 23:55, and then Feb 1st at 1:00

TURBO prices Twitch TURBO prices are now high enough to make them a "considered purchase" as someone who has recently used and benefitted from the Turbo subscription, and then contributed to content creators through bits or other means I now find myself in a position where the Turbo price (UK) no longer offers value for money, streams now present me with multiple ads, and my natural reaction is to look elsewhere. Please put the Turbo subscription prices back as they were, I believe you will (continue to) lose users otherwise.

I think that all creators should be able to turn of preroll ads So everyone knows that ads are not fun to watch. So I feel like every streamer should be able to turn of the preroll ads without having to play ads every hour. I know that that if this would happend twitch would have to advertise in some other way. So what if you turn of regular ads and have more small ads at the bottom or maybe even put a ad in the chat so they cant see the chat untill the ad is over. But at least remove preroll ads for everyone.

Transcoding options for Turbo subscribers I am aware that this has been suggested more than once before. If I recall reading this right: Twitch has elaborated that the Turbo sub fee would not cover the costs of transcoding for Turbo subs... Back when the Turbo sub fee was $8.99. It's going up shortly to $11.99 in the USA with no additional features to justify the price hike. Give Turbo subscribers transcoding options, YouTube offers it for FREE.

Pay subscriptions and tax relief. When paying for a sub on our channel, our followers could add our tax information to the invoice to be able to declare it as an expense. This would make many more channels give away subscriptions to other viewers.

You have no way to cancel subs outside of a hard to find management page. Definitely intentional. Disgusting business practice. You have no way to cancel subs outside of a hard to find management page. Definitely intentional. Disgusting business practice.

Turbo Price in Korea As everyone knows, one of the key features of Twitch Turbo is the ability to store VODs for up to 60 days. However, in Korea, all VOD services such as VOD creation and viewing are not available. This is a decision made by Twitch, and users are uncomfortable, but they have no choice but to endure it. In addition, viewers can only select up to 720p of streaming quality with transcode applied (previously, it supported up to 1080p).
In this situation, Turbo pricing in some countries has recently been revised. When I checked, Korea had a limited function, but when…

idea for Better Turbo benefit for streamers I don't like ads and I don't really like serving ads to my viewers.
But Twitch as a platform needs to make money and logically cannot exist without such a revenue stream. But what if I could pay to covers the cost, at least partially or up to a certain amount of viewers?
I find that Twitch Turbo is rather well poised already for this, at least price wise, sitting at about the same price point of 4 separate tier 1 subscriptions. The idea is, that as a streamer, having Twitch Turbo would mean that the streams they do would…

Why can't we set our own sub prices on twitch So as you know on Youtube when you become a partner you can actually set your own membership prices. I always wondered why streamers on twitch couldn't. I would love to make my subs only 99 cents here in the US, that 5 dollars could honestly go anywhere. It would be nice because I don't want my community paying me that much

Twitch Turbo Support Individual Creators (only 2) Regarding twitch turbo,
You currently get 2 free emoticon rows from twitch automatically, but one of my least favorite things about suggesting turbo to my viewers is the fact they get no emotes/badges of streamers.
I think its a good idea to allow someone to "subscribe" to 2 users emotes/badge because turbo is the cost of 2 subs regardless.
Possibly have it so that if a streamer does not have ads running (only pre-rolls) you cannot subscribe to their emotes/badge because you will not financially support them without the ad breaks.1 vote
