  1. Bring back Subtember for Gift Subs

    It is horrendous that you have decided to not include gift subs in Subtember this year. That was the driving force behind the success for creators (and therefore Twitch) in prior years.

    Please reconsider this immediately and stop pulling revenue-driving opportunities from your creators and those who pay for the platform to exist.

  2. Allow streamers to opt out of SUBtember.

    Creators should have the option to opt out of SUBtember events and discounts. Having it forced on everyone is a bad user experience. It should be toggleable just like the shared discounts feature.

  3. Can't stop Celebreate SUBtember from appearing!

    This is VERY frustrating. The stupid bright yellow banner "Celebreate SUBtember" is appearing on EVERY STREAM I visit in my browser and has been for days (of not longer). I already opened a ticket (under an unrelated category, discussed below) with the help team and they blew me off and said to post here. This is ridiculous, especially given another person reported this and was directed to talk to the help team. I formally request a manager investigate this issue and also find out why it's not being addressed/fixed.

    Hi,

    The banner shows up on channels to remind users about the event. Once dismissed on that channel, it doesn't show again on that very same channel. With that being said, what would be your proposed suitable alternative? Thank you.

  6. Subtember FAQ is wrong and Twitch refuse regular discount on renewals

    "During SUBtember, the deeper discounts of 30% off 6-month and 25% off 3-month apply to the first term only. You’ll receive the regular 10% or 15% discount on subsequent renewals."

    If this is true then why is my renewal price £29.94? Why are your support staff eagerly defending this and referring me to your FAQ for more details that says otherwise?

  7. Announcement of the Subtember event on each channel near the Subscribe button with info about it

    It would be nice if there was an announcement of the Subtember event on each channel, near the Subscribe button. When you click on the announcement link, it will have a summary of Subtember benefits. You can click on a link to go to a Subtember help page that gives more information.

  8. Special Subtember notifications

    I have questions about SUBTEMBER. When we subscribe to any streamer in excess of 1 month (like we buy a three month sub or a six month sub) the streamer isn't notified or there isn't a proper notification for it, but its on our receipts.

    Is there a reason behind this?
