  1. Can't stop Celebreate SUBtember from appearing!

    This is VERY frustrating. The stupid bright yellow banner "Celebreate SUBtember" is appearing on EVERY STREAM I visit in my browser and has been for days (of not longer). I already opened a ticket (under an unrelated category, discussed below) with the help team and they blew me off and said to post here. This is ridiculous, especially given another person reported this and was directed to talk to the help team. I formally request a manager investigate this issue and also find out why it's not being addressed/fixed.

    Hi,

    The banner shows up on channels to remind users about the event. Once dismissed on that channel, it doesn't show again on that very same channel. With that being said, what would be your proposed suitable alternative? Thank you.

  2. You have no way to cancel subs outside of a hard to find management page. Definitely intentional. Disgusting business practice.

    Right now you click on your profile image and then "Subscriptions" on the drop-down menu to access all active subs. How would you improve this? Thanks.
