Founder's badges should exclude banned users If users are banned from a stream, they should not receive or retain a founder's badge. The badge should be revoked and considered ineligible when the ban occurs. I just had a safety risk with banned users being notified that they received a founder's badge (when i hit Partner my founder's badges doubled) and two banned users came up immediately.

Subscriptions should automatically be cancelled for channels that are no longer affiliated Twitch should not renew subscriptions to channels that have left the affiliate program.
You can't subscribe to channels that are not affiliated, but Twitch will still charge you for the renewal if you were previously subscribed and that sub isn't manually cancelled. Since the streamer is no longer an affiliate, that presumably goes straight into Twitch's pocket as that channel does not have monetization enabled and cannot be paid out.
Refunding a subscription renewal is not technically allowed according to Twitch's refund policy, but their Support team can offer a "one-time" refund as a show of "goodwill" in these cases,…

Make it easier to find the area to cancel turbo and allow refunds for turbo I had the trial for turbo and went to cancel it before it renewed. I searched the app and the site for a way to cancel it and could not find it and was charged. I also could not remove my payment method as I hadn't technically purchased anything yet due to it being a trial. Subscriptions included turbo should be easier to cancel and you should allow refunds within reason

Drop the opened tabs / opened streams limit on subscribers. Always count our watch streak and add channel points. Please drop the 2-tab limit on subscribers. This feature is not only very confusing (there is no instant way to see which 2 tabs are being counted for watch streak and channel points), very faulty (failed to count even though I have actively typed messages in some channels), but is also very discouraging from subscribing to multiple channels. To make it worse, as a mod of multiple channels, I have to open them to at least lurk, and do my job on moderating chat when required. General Idea to re-haul current Subscription system Long Read, tried to format it in a way to make it easier to get through.
The current Subscription system needs a re-haul. It works for content that is more centric on "On Demand" structure like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. But for content that is at the mercy of actual "live" broadcasts like Twitch, there is a better way to do this. I'm not a streamer, I don't have the knowledge to know how that side of things work firsthand (like the payout system from subs), so this is coming from a viewer (consumer) pov.

Used Prime sub on Android, can't upgrade it to a regular sub on Desktop through channel page I used my Prime on a channel on Android, then later wanted to upgrade it to a regular sub on desktop to save the extra cost. Trying to do this on the channel page didn't work because I got the message "To edit this subscription, please go to the Twitch Subscription Manager on your Android device. Click here for more information." Thankfully the chatbot pointed me to the Subscriptions page, and it worked through that page. But that message on the channel page seems wrong for a Prime sub.

Give Twitch Turbo Subscribers Access to Tier 2 Subscriber GIF I had a random idea that I think would actually make a lot of sense: Twitch Turbo subscribers should be able to use Tier 2 subscriber GIFs/emotes across channels.
Turbo already gives subscribers an important benefit: no ads while watching Twitch. And honestly, that's a great benefit. But I think there’s another part of Twitch subscriptions that Turbo users miss out on — the ability to express themselves with some of the extra emotes/GIFs that come with higher subscription tiers.

Bug in Prime Subscription duration logic There is a logic issue in the server-side timer for Twitch Prime subscriptions.
The Problem: After subscribing to a channel via Prime on August 17th, the system allowed a manual renewal option just 4 days later (August 21st).
Current State: The active sub status now correctly displays an end date of September 21st (31 days).
Impact: While the active subscription is running fine now, the early 4-day trigger proves that the renewal interval logic is miscalculating under certain conditions, creating a drift in the 30-day cycle.

Twitch Turbo is killing Streamers i understand that people probably wanted to make this for creators, so that creators can watch other creators for a lessened price. but it is accomplishing quite the opposite. viewers get turbo (which have made oh so attractive with emotes and custom colors etc.) and no longer sub to people. the money they would normally spend across lets say 5 channels no longer gets spent at all. essentially slowly killing off your streamers.
instead: make partners or affiliates get a reduced price for subs or an affiliate/partner only turbo setting. that way - only people that actually stream can benefit.…

Allow streamers to opt out of SUBtember. Creators should have the option to opt out of SUBtember events and discounts. Having it forced on everyone is a bad user experience. It should be toggleable just like the shared discounts feature.

Payment History Enhancement Request: Filter by Channel and Product Type I'd like to suggest an improvement to Twitch's Payment History.
Currently, it's possible to filter purchases by date range, but there's no way to filter by:
- Channel
- Product type (Subscriptions, Gift Subscriptions, Bits, etc.)
This makes it very difficult to answer simple questions such as:
- How much have I spent supporting a specific creator?
- How many gift subscriptions have I purchased for a particular channel?
- How much have I spent on Bits versus subscriptions?

Security/Privacy potential issue If you were subbed to a streamer, and said streamer blocked you, you can still view their profile (almost) fully if you go to "Past Subscriptions", which sounds like a potential security/privacy flaw. Access to a profile that blocked you should be total.

Option to prioritize VIPS and Moderators when gifting subs. I think there should be an option to prioritize respected members of the community like VIPS and moderators when it comes to gifting subs. This could be an option for the streamer or the gifter.

Make Translation for "Withdraw from Sub" in German more clear In Germany, the new "Refund" for Subscriptions within 13 Days is labled "Sub kündigen" which translates back in englisch to "Cancel Subscription". It should be more like "Sub zurückziehen" which is the correct Translation from the englisch labeling "Withdraw from Sub". This makes it more clear which Button is for Refund and which Button is for canceling your Subscription. Right now, both suggest the same Functionality.
