Option to prioritize VIPS and Moderators when gifting subs.
I think there should be an option to prioritize respected members of the community like VIPS and moderators when it comes to gifting subs. This could be an option for the streamer or the gifter.

i agree and will add that the algo sometime give to everybody appart of the community. i can have over 25 stream streak, stream always on, no adblock, avr 5k viewer channel 80k giftedsub and not one for me. why giving to anyone when someone in chat is at 150 stream streak or vip?
i pulled these big number to illustrate how the small community need to tank stupid number(like 10x the avr viewer) and again sniping sub because theres active community member unsubbed. its just bad
