Need a ON and OFF feature for Text to Speech Alerts on viewer side due to it interfering with Closed Caption Subtitles for Hearing Impaired (Closed Caption) Hearing Impaired customers have a very difficult time reading the Closed Caption when Streamers turn on the Text to Speech Alerts for their Chat when they donate or use points for alerts. But Twitch Customer Service didn't take this into account. Any time a Text to Speech Alert is used on stream it disrupts the Closed Caption Subtitle feature for the Disabled and Hearing Impaired people trying to read what is being said by the Streamers. We need a way to be able to turn the Text to Speech Alerts off on our side. So that it does…

Sidebar not working on far right The sidebar UI design is really bad. Currently I have to stick with the sidebar and it doesn't work on far right. Is frustrating to use dexterity to catch with your mouse the sidebar. In fullscreen on web it should automatically click on sidebar when you go to the righest area of the sidebar. The sidebar is very annoying.

Changing pop up message on some streams for "claiming your sub" Notice in the middle of some streamers live stream, when my cursor hovers in the middle, a pop up comes up that says, " CLAIM your sub". This happened to me previously on another streamers page and thought someone gave me a sub and i was CLAIMING it. It wasn't. If you click it, it immediately uses your PRIME sub for that streamer. That is very misleading. I was checking out a streamer and thought someone in chat, like many do, gave me a sub. If someone is new on twitch or not on much or hasn't seen it, they…

This is actually a bug report, but I couldn't find out where to submit it. I subscribed to someone's channel with a recently linked amazon prime account (it was a new twitch account made awhile ago but I hadn't switched the link yet) and even though, and for like 2 minutes it still wouldn't let me watch the videos of the streamer I had just subbed to with my prime. Was just letting you know because that kinda makes it a frustrating experience.
Also, it should not be this hard to make a damned suggestion to you. No wonder you guys are so archaic with implementing *, it's because you don't have a good…

You need to add "Street Drivin'" and "Hard Drivin's Airborne" from Atari to the list of games you can select to stream! You need to add "Street Drivin'" and "Hard Drivin's Airborne" from Atari to the list of games you can select to stream. They were almost fully finished prototype arcade machines and I just fixed bugs in them on MAME and made them way more playable and Street Drivin' is now fully working and i got rid of major steering wheel bug in both of them and just 1 minor bug left in Airborne now but i think it might only be fixable through a game source code modification. They are IMO the best in the Hard Drivin' / Race Drivin'…

Option to mute streamer's voices Please add the option to mute the streamers voice. Some of us just want the opportunity to enjoy the gameplay without the conversation, monologue, personal stories, etc.

Setting to only show Live Followed Channels based on game/category being streamed Be able to follow a channel and then set it up so that the Live section of the Following page only shows that channel if they are streaming selected games and/or categories. For example, only show boxbox if playing TFT.

The Policy is unfair I do not agree with the new sexual content policy, as due to people being naked on streams Twitch has allowed it to be ok but when Vtubers show any under boob or are wearing a bodysuit Twitch wants to get mad and ban them and I don’t think that is fair as big corporation VTuber get away with it but y’all wanna go after a streamer with a smaller view range and I don’t find that fair at all as most of Twitch is made of VTuber communities. So if your gonna change the policy you should allow it…

Re-Add Opera GX as a supportted Browser Until a couple weeks ago we where able to use twitch on Opera GX, what i loved to use due it was not that heavy for my PC while streaming but now a days we are not able to use it anymore due it is not suportted anymore.

New game category for "NES", similar to Retro. The NES community would like an NES category to stream to and find streams to view for discoverability (similar to Retro). The Retro category has too far of a reach in content. Here's a 3x4 cover image that can be used, related to the large Best of NES community, although this is unimportant. AI streams need to be removed or ineligible to receive revenue, as well as not show up on the main page over actual human streamers. Recently I've been getting suggestions for streams with the category "Probably Artificial, Hopefully Intelligent: AI powered streams and related discussions" and there is no option to mark as not interested. I'm not sure why AI streams are being allowed to begin with, other than some backwards attempt at farming ad revenue (which is a problem in itself) but twitch shouldn't push AI streams on people over actual streamers who are actively working on making their stream entertaining. If they wanna show off your programming skills there are plenty of other websites they can use, without actively harming a community of…

Customer support The twitch support page is really bad. I can't categorise my problem, I would love a live chat with someone from the support team or maybe even an AI. It is really poor website design, the pages are not findable. It is overall just really bad and I expected much more from Twitch. I still have my problem on twitch and I don't know how to solve it or where I can solve it. 1 out of 10 experience for me. Just dissapointing...

Last Prime Box should be able to be deleted without page reload I can click the delete button on the prime gaming boxes after i claimed then, but the last one always can not be deleted. I have to refresh the page / the stream to make it disappear, which makes me in some circumstances watch the ads again.

Twitch.tv Hi, I just struggled the last couple days with my favorite streamers. I just wanted to bring an idea where i can choose a maximum of 5 streamers as favorite which pop up on the first view if you open www.twitch.tv (only if you are already logged in).
It doesn't matter if they are live streaming or offline, maybe i want to watch their latest streams or something else. Just to navigate easier to your favorite streamers channel some kind of a feature would be the best thing!Greetings

Basic decency Stop suspending channels without giving a reason for the suspension. 3rd time now twitch has suspended a channel i like and still no reason other then it was a mistake by twitch.

Drops Channels are gaming twitch drops now, I've been cut off of a stream minutes before unlocking a drop several times now, furthermore the drops page is incredibly misleading and borders on bait and switch. These are marketing promotions and need to follow all applicable laws and regulations. Clean up your house before you get sued.

Support is a joke - if your problem doesn't fall into the pre-assigned categories, it's impossible to contact anyone. Allow us to actually report bugs and problems outside of the narrow predefined categories. For example: I have completed creator camp to remove a strike from my channel. It is not registering. There is literally no place for me to report this bug. It is a time sensitive issue, so this is extremely aggravating.
