Kick Back Chill Mode false flags x3 Hello..
I have a specific problem with a "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" showing up as copyright flags on my vods.
This song is NOT in my lofi music playlists, yet it's flag has popped up 3 times on two streams recently all false, even trying to claim 2 different songs in same vod.
For now, I WILL appeal the flag on this song "Kick Back Dreamer by Chill Mode" every time it shows up because I know it is a false flag. I make great efforts to mix and curate music for my streams to be as safe…

Fix your copyrighted audio detection system My streams keep getting audio claims for loading slate songs that I know are copyright free. Do you just let people upload mp3's and claim their contents belong to them? Try actually doing a background check on the claimers instead of just sending out a bot to mute everything. By the way, not every song with sleigh bells is "Emni" by "Khakaks".

WTF is wrong with you - to mute my Streams - I only use Copywrite Free Youtube Songs. Why u protect Thievs that Stole that Sounds ? I use only Songs in the BACKGROUND from Copyright Free Youtube Songs. All Guys on ya list are Thieves. Why do you destroy my Videos and even when u de-mute they are mutet and the data are destroyed. How do u think can I play 6-10 Hours per day in absolute quietness and without a chat community. Why dont u support Newcomers like me? My VOD only 7 days & Imake no Money so pls stop muting me. bye

I'm a musician/vocalist and I'm a member of karafun.com a website where I pay a monthly fee to use over 35K backing tracks for personal use. I use these tracks on tiktok, almost daily.. and youtube, & facebook from time to time.I do not understand your DMCA explanation. Am I free to use the karafun paid for tracks in my twitch channel to do some live singing shows? Or host a live karaoke night?
I really would like to get my Twitch Channel up and going. Thank you for any help you can give me!

DMCA- Improved automatic detection function DMCA auto-detection function is very poor. I have the rights to the sound sources (excluding games and other media) that are transmitted directly from the broadcast. However, it was recognized as a completely wrong sound source and was muted. It's often dismissed on objection, but it's basically offensive. It is difficult to understand why I have to rebut each time I enter my personal information. The same error is repeated for the same sound source, please improve machine learning or something.

Do not ask for private information When you ask that we provide our home address to fight a stupid miss match from your algorithm, you make your own content creators the bad guys. already guilty and ready to be served for litigation. You should bear the brunt of your own mismatching algorithm and not the creator.

Let us say what was the actual song on our stream. When you claim an artist that cannot be found anywhere claims part of our stream in minutes after upload it shows that your auto matching algorithms arent working. We can give you the name of the actual non copyrighted song that plays to improve your stupid algorithms. Your algorithms should be perfect at spoting non copyrighted material from existing non copyrighted sources for creators like NCS in spotify,

Review of copyright Well I haven't been streaming for very long, and I'm still new but from the looks of it, reviewing when you get a copyright infraction doesn't show the source but a fraction of where the stream was muted or censored. Either way music that I have used is paid for by subscription and are all copyright clear or aren't actually own by specific people. PLEASE correct your grammar when docking streams for DMCA: has is incorrect The text that appears with DMCA audio is grammatically incorrect.
"Audio for portions of this video has been muted as it appears to contain copyrighted content owned or controlled by a third party."
The has should be have. 'Audio portions have'... NOT 'audio portions has'... Video is not the subject of the sentence. It's crazy this hasn't been fixed.
This has been irking me for years.

DMCA Check Add a section to the twitch app/site where you can enter a title and the artist into said section, and it will tell you whether or not it is DMCA free. It would help the streamer a lot, going through streaming playlists with my friend who is beginning is difficult, why should we spend hours going through sites to see whether or not we can use it in her streams?

Auto mute parts of vods If youget a DMCA strike from music/aduio instead of muting the entire vod it should instead mute or not show the part of the vod that had the DMCA'd part in it then after wards continues the vod
