Create a video editor badge
Since there is a badge for emote artists, I think it would be a good idea to have a badge so a streamer can acknowledge video editors in their chat, from my experience a video editor is more likely to work much closer with the streamer than an emote artist, most emote artists do a commision 1 time and never even come into the streamers chat, so why not give video editors a badge too?

Increase the minimum emote size
I think it would be so nice, if the minimum emote size for emotes would increase from 28, 56, 112px to 32, 64, 128px, for example.
It would increase the quality of the emotes, making detailed emotes more noticeable and it would be easier for emote artist to work on them.

Badge for raiding chatters and Moderation of raids made with the /raid command
To help channels with moderation and engaging viewers sent by another stream:
I propose that the /raid and /host commands accept a short Optional text after it to indicate their raid or host message, and a special chat badge be granted to visiting chatters for a limited period of time (5-10 minutes) who come in after a host or raid from another channel they were watching, and Mouse hover-text over the raid badge and an IRC Tag visible to moderation bots be added to the raiders' chat messages indicating which raiding channel a user last came in from.
The badge…

Keep the same preferences for animated emotes in VOD chat as live chat
I disabled animated emotes in live chat, it works on live chat, but on VOD, I see animated emotes on chat.
I would like to have the same preferences on the animated emotes in VOD chat as a live chat.4 votes -
Streamer can set whether non-sub audiences can use other streamers' emotes
It's frustrated that when a streamer see an audience doesn't sub to you but keep using other streamers' sub emotes, that just like saying "hey, this streamer is better than you, I just want to sub him not you".
So can Twitch add a feature that allow streamer to set if non-sub audiences can't use other streamers' emotes? Just only those sub to you can use other streamers' emotes.

Chat Emote Menu Organization
Inside the emote tab you should be able to sort emotes by channel. I hate having to scroll through them in a random order to find the channel I am looking for, especially my own. The channel I am on and my own channel emotes should be the top 2 of the list!

Bigender, Demigender and Aromantic Pride Emotes
since the asexualpride and genderfluidpride emotes already exist i think it's only fair to also add emotes for the bigender, aromantic and demiboy/girl flags

Discord integration animated sub sync emotes don't sync correctly
As it was reported in the Discord API thread here -> https://github.com/discord/discord-api-docs/issues/3139
A limitation in the Twitch's side of the integration produces that animated emotes are synced as static, losing the intended effect. Discord provides support to animated emotes and Twitch was expected to make use of this feature.

Move/Add Emote Analytics to the Emotes Page
I am very happy to see this experiment and to have been included.
Love to see the breakdown of everything! It would be a lot easier to analyze all of the wonderful data if it wasn't restricted to 10 lines per page. A dedicated section on the Emotes Page would be the most suitable location so that more information can be displayed at once.
I would also really like to see a 3rd option added that combines "Within Channel" and "Outside Channel" together so that we can see the data across the entire platform.

Twitch Emotes for gifted subs
Please give us more emote slots for people who gift subs to a channel! It's unfair that giving bits gives a user emotes, but people who prefer gifting subs, get nothing.

Let us equip and unequip founder badges for certain channels.
Make it possible for us to unequip a founder badge for certain channels. It is very awkward to have to go to your privacy settings if you want your founder badge off. In certain channels I want to show my founder badge to show how long I've been supporting someone. In others I want to keep it to show that I was one of the first viewers.

Update old emotes
The older global emotes should be updated from the 5 pixels they currently are into proper looking emotes that you can actually tell what they are.

Various Moderator Badges
Moderator speaking here.
I think it would be a nice thing to have various Moderator/Editor Badges that indicate how long this user has been Moderator for this Channel already, Just like with the Sub Badges.
If the Badges vary from little changes in the badge itself that are provided from Twitch itself or are customizable by the Channel Owner or even if the Badge stays the same, and it just adapts to the Sub Badge that when you hover your mouse over the badge that it aside from badge indication also displays the duration next to it, like when you…

Make last year's PrideHeartL and R global
Last year's PrideHeartL and PrideHeartR from Pride month are some of the best emotes the site has done. They should be brought back for full time global status.

Add a new emote, the gay flag
I've noticed over my past while on twitch that there are pride emotes which is awesome. but ive noticed there is one missing, the gay one. the rainbow flag is now more used as a general lgbtq flag. there is a flag specifically for gay people which i feel should be added. here is a link to the flag https://imgur.com/a/SecDilX

Twitch and Discord emote sync for Bit tier emotes
Currently, Twitch subs can utilize their sub emotes on Discord via the integration sync however that feature is not available to Bit Tier Emotes.
Make it so users that unlock the Bit tier emotes to unlock them on discord as well.
Many prefer to utilize and show off Sub emotes on Discord as the emotes display at 32x32p instead of the 28x28p that Twitch uses.53 votes -
Modified emote picker inconsistently cuts off emote versions
The small pop-up picker for modified emotes renders underneath the main emote picker boundary, causing it to be cut off on certain emotes on the far left or right sides of the picker. Depending on which emote I'm looking at, I will either see all, some, or one of the available modified versions. This makes a fair number of these emotes unusable as I have no way of selecting them.
https://i.imgur.com/RpfGF3r.png is an example (from channel The_Betus). The picker for the first emote cuts off two modified versions, the second cuts off one version, and the last shows all 4…

Custom emote rewards
The hype train is such a cool way to show support and to get everyone in a good mood for a little while, but the emotes offered leave a lot to be desired. I believe people would be much more inclined to support a hype train if streamers were allowed to put their own custom emotes instead. No one really uses Twitch's provided hype train emotes. It would be a really good way to reward supporters by offering them permanent emotes that they would actually be excited to use.

More emotes for affiliates
I think even more emote slots AND animate emote slots for affiliates would be amazing. The imbalance between partner and affiliate makes growth so much harder for affiliates. Also specifically allow affiliates to have more emotes and tier 2 and 3. These tiers are virtually unappealing to the majority of viewers, I think more emote slots and even a couple tier 2 and 3 animated emotes for affiliates would be great.
