Add a translucent version of a subscription icon for "Prior subs" With prior subs being represented, viewers and broadcasters could see who of their current viewer count is a prior sub. This will help represent many things. Short from long term subs that let their sub lapse creates discussion, it also lets people know that this viewer might be a little more well versed in the channel content than someone brand new.... etc.

Golden Kappa Why not use the golden kappa to have advertisers promote there products?
So this is how the idea works. You have a limited number of golden kappas appear on a random/specific stream. And the first one to click on the golden kappa wins a prize from a specific advertiser.

FeelsGoodWoman Ok. So I am so disappointed cause I was waiting woman emotes like FeelsGoodWoman,FeelsBadWoman cause there are so much emote for the men but nothing for the women. Im really hope that the Twitch team will fix this problem. Thanks your attention! :)

I think that it would be really nice to have evolving loyalty badges for all viewers, like the separate ones for Subscribers Something based on how many hours they have been viewing the channel ? 10, 100, 1.000, 10.000 hours ?

Make game specific emotes only allowed in chat when streaming that game. When a streamer is playing a specific game, give chat access to game specific emotes. The emotes should be created by the developer with Twitch's help. Maybe even allow developers to pay to have even more game specific emotes ie. 8 per game but for X a developer could purchase 8 extra emotes. Would capitalize on game launches.

add international commands for several emotes if you want to increase the usage of emotes in foreign channels (example in body text) In foreign channels, eastern european, chinese etc. you barely see Twitch emotes used, except a few Kappa here and there.
I would suggest you add / create international commands for several emotes if you want to increase the usage of those in foreign channels.
FOR EXAMPLE: 4Head but I could also type 4Głowa in polish to get the 4Head emote to show up, or at least 4Glowa same for other emotes & languages.

Subscribers unlock special emotes upon x amount of months subscribed to a channel title owner of the channel has certain emotes created for when a subscriber is subscribed for x months in a row
x = number chosen by the channel owner e.g 3 - 6 - 12 - 18 - 24

Global Emote Submissions Twitch has recently been adding quite a few new global emotes, but I came up with an idea. There are so many artists and people with ideas that why not have a place where every month people can submit their emote art and people vote on the ones they like the most. If an emote gets a certain number of votes, then the emote will become a global emote after maybe a clean up and copyrights are settled.

Streamers who has reached 500k - 1 million followers Streamers who has reached 500k - 1 million followers should have a badge or a symbol next to their channel showing the accomplishment. Similar to youtube, they have 1 million sub plaques etc.

Change Founders Badge Reassignment It's annoying when you delete an old founder and it just passes on to a random eligible user that you don't even know, I hope it just automatically leaves a slot free or let the streamer to manually choose a user that will get a Founder Badge.

Sub badges for tier1,2 and 3 gifters So I got this idea
How about making badges for those who gift different tiers of subs.
For example
If someone were to gift TIER3 sub they would get this shiny ✨ thing on their sub gifter badges
If they gifted tier2 they’d get the same but for tier2
And tier1 would just be normal
People would also be able to choose if they wanted to hide the badge flair or keep it on the sub badge they haveAlso another idea for the twitch community
