Make game specific emotes only allowed in chat when streaming that game.
When a streamer is playing a specific game, give chat access to game specific emotes. The emotes should be created by the developer with Twitch's help. Maybe even allow developers to pay to have even more game specific emotes ie. 8 per game but for X a developer could purchase 8 extra emotes. Would capitalize on game launches.
