1. Channel points rewards manager

   This posts consists of 2 bugs, that I have found while editing channel points.
   Both of them happen when trying to edit an existing channel point reward.
   Details bellow

   A - color picker doesn't load current color properly

   When trying to edit color for a channel point reward, the HEX code displayed is always "#392e5c". After opening the reward edit window for the second time, it loads the proper HEX code
   Steps to reproduce:
   - 1 - Create a custom channel point reward a give it some non-default color
   - 2 - When returning to creator dashboard at later point, go and click "edit" next to the reward created in previous step
   - 3 - click color picker. The hex code displayed is #392e5c
   - 4 - close the Edit window for the custom reward.
   - 5 - immediately open the Edit window again for the same reward
   - 6 - open the color picker again. The correct Hex code should be now visible

   B - It is impossible to remove the optional description from a reward

   When saved, the dashboard says "OK" but after reopening, the description is not deleted.
   Steps to reproduce:
   - 1 - Create a custom channel point reward and fill in the optional description.
   - 2 - Go and click edit next to the channel point reward created in previous step
   - 3 - Delete the optional description and hit save
   => You should see the usual "ok" message
   - 4 - Click edit next to the reward created in step 1 again.
   - 5 - The optional description is not deleted

   Additional notes:
   All HTTPS requests succeed with code 200 (static-cdn, gql)
   From interacting
   - the bug #A seems like a front-end bug
   - the bug #B seems like a back-end bug (gql likely? guessing)

2. Twitch Alerts - ability to copy/paste variants

   It would be fantastic if we could copy/paste variants to allow for quicker setup an better uniformity between them.

   As an example, let's focus on subscriptions. There's going to generally be at three variants in use: Prime sub, First time sub, Resub.

   I can't speak for us all, but I would think that most people would want generally the same experience between all three with the only change really being the wording "for the first time!" "for x months!" "with a prime sub!"for example.

   As it currently stands (as best I can tell) we have to create each variant from the start. It would be great if we could create a new variant based on a previous one, or even update an existing variant based on another one.

3. Restrict certain users from making clips

   A restriction for suspicious users to make clips in a specific channel would be helpful for moderation.

   I'm co-stream with a female streamer there is a problem in our channel with a user clipping anytime she leans over or turns around. I can see him doing it because the clips appear in the content section in my dashboard. It makes us feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable.

   It would be great if I could flag him as a suspicious user and it would make him unable to clip on my channel.

4. Streamed games in Analytics graph

   Game (Directory) needs to be a stat type for the analytics graph in Statistics Overview.

   I made a simple example from a screenshot to illustrate how it could look like.

   A fundamental insight

   With Twitch Analytics we get en insight in how our stream is performing but not as much insight about why.

   For many streamers, what game we stream plays a major part in areas like viewer count, chatmessages, new follows and more.

   This give us a way to investigate.

   Many new viewers browse our stream from the webpage where they only see a few hints of what to expect.
   One of them hints is the game we stream.

   Tracking what we play over time and opening up correlation with other stats is hold great insights.

6. More than one Subscription Variant, with ability to choose an "AND" or "OR" function.

   Title says it. If I have a different Alert for first time Tier-3 and recurring Tier-3, I can't set that up because I can't choose the Alert to be "At least 2 months" AND "Tier-3"

8. Error message and trouble connecting

   I got this error code and I'm not sure how to fix it. I was able to get to the last step but it wouldn't let me toggle on the “Show on Stream” button.

   Failed to establish your outgoing audio/video connection.
   We're having trouble sending your audio and video to Twitch. Other participants may not be able to see or hear you. Your connection could not be established.

9. Allow editing your upcoming week's schedule

   I think it would be nice to have the ability to edit your upcoming week or so's schedule. Bring in what is on the normal schedule, but have the ability to override for next week only.

   For instance, there is an event coming up for 12/5-12/7. I would like my schedule to reflect that I will be postponing my standard schedule to participate. To do that currently, I would need to unschedule what I have, schedule the event, then come back and unschedule the event to revert my schedule.

   Doable, but a hassle.

    Websites like Society6 and Redbubble have Paypal by default no matter in which country you're located as an author. It is not clear why Twitch does not allow me to use Paypal because I am not located in certain country. Also there is extremely limited list of payment methods available. It almost looks like those were made only for USA residents, and if you are not - wire transfer is your only option. Not quite fair.
    What I am suggesting is to add more payment options.

13. Published video is not showing

    I'm archiving past broadcasts without auto publish (Twitch dashboard feature). There is no error when I click publish button, but there's no video on my channel.

    Making highlight is working. But it is not convenient.

15. Video producer - Allow us to soft-censor or hard-censor our VODs

    In some games perhaps there is another voice chat user that starts using really unacceptable words or even have inappropriate images (e.g using an in game custom "spraypaint" that is basically ****, or a profile picture).

    I would like to suggest adding a "VOD Editor" which, like the highlight editor, you can select a range of the video (and zoom in, to narrow the ranges), and be able to soft-censor or hard censor the video.

    A soft-sensor on the video would apply a blurring effect to it, where the entire video becomes blurry.

    A hard-censor would be replacing the video with a black screen, if the offensive imagery would be obvious even with a blurring effect.

    A censor for the audio (e.g complete silence, muted like if there is copyright music detected) would also be nice for if people in game start spouting unacceptable filth that you would like to protect your viewers from.

    At the minute the only way to do this is to download a VOD, edit it locally, then re-upload it. These blurring, blackscreen and audio mute effects, could be applied by the vod player in real time, rather than hard coded into the video, to prevent any need to download, edit and recompress before uploading, or even some other processor intensive version of this on the twitch servers.

    This would be useful in all manner of cases:
    = In game players using harmful imagery or speech.
    = If a streamer ALT-TABS mid-stream and for a split second their personal information is displayed.
    = If a channel viewer redeems a text to speech reward which makes the TTS say vile things before this can be stopped.
    = Anything else where the streamer is suddenly subject to any visual or audio abuse which puts their VOD in violation of the twitch TOS, which otherwise means deleting their WHOLE vod.

16. Improve Views Analytics & Ingishts

    Twitch's metrics haven't progressed greatly and are sorely lacking updates.

    The following should be available as a gold standard:

    • Live Views (*currently available)
    • VOD views of archives (doesn't seem to exist in data export; or is rolled up into somewhere? What happens when the VOD archive gets deleted?)
    • VOD Views of created clips (*currently available)
    • Average View Duration (avg. mins watched per unique viewer)
    • Data Export of Views by Platforms (Views by Web, Console, iOS, etc.)

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Followers Gained / Followers Lost
    • Live Views by Non-Followers
    • Live Views by Followers (and possibly even Subscribers)
    • Impressions (Auto-Play directory, Auto-Play frontpage where no sound or clickthrough)
    • Impressions CTR (how many people are clicking you when seen in a directory)
    • Ad Dropoff/Exits (Unique Viewers or similar who exit during an ad-server-provided ad)

    And Don't Forget:

    • Trending: Daily What Categories Do My Viewers Watch (not weekly). The example is, if a massive Early Access game trends (e.g. Among Us). Within 24 hours we should see if our viewers have been watching a major trend. Waiting 7 days for minimal data is not that helpful with how fast things move.

17. markdown in video description

    The description of a video in the video producer says that it accepts markdown, yet any valid markdown that I try does not seem to actually be formatted when I look back at the video in my channel.
    for instance twitch , the example that is given in the markdown basics guide (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/markdown-basics?language=en_US) does not seem to actually work when I put it in the description of my video. It seems to just be plain text.

19. Twtich analytics bug

    There seems to be some strange bug that is affecting my channel where the Twitch API is not providing the data correctly on external analytics sites like sullygome, twitchmetrics, twitchtracker, socialblade, Etc. Every analytics site I've tried are not displaying any of my stream data for the past 2 weeks+ of streaming. Not sure if this is somehow affecting my account in other ways on Twitch that I'm not aware of like maybe my viewer count is not displaying correctly. It's such a weirdly specific issue I don't even know how to report it correctly. If Twitch staff can shed some light on this issue that would be great.

20. Different name for views

    There should be a different name for Views vs Viewers. Maybe make Views something else as right now its easy to mix them up and think you have been view botted when in fact the names are too similar and you just missed the lack of ‘ers’ at the end. Just an accessibility issue. Maybe just add “all time” to Views. Anything to make it easier to differentiate.
