  1. Instead of opening a new page when clicking a team members stream on the stream page, I suggest that users can preview each team members stream on the current page. Should the user want to view the stream on a separate page, a "view stream" button can be added.

  2. It would be a great way for musicians on Twitch to be discovered if there were a TwitchMusic channel which highlighted a new music streamer from the Music & Performing Arts category every 15 minutes, in particular "Live Performance" (not the 24/7 radio stations that violate TOS which dominate the category).

This would be a nice way for people to discover new live music streams, and it would work similar to the ChannelOne channel on the Mixer streaming platform.

  3. Let mods have their own separate emotes to make it possible to make Chibi versions of them wielding ban hammers, etc. so only they can use them.

  4. Several games have more than 4 member teams. Overwatch and League of Legends are examples.

With OW having 6 member teams and LoL having 5 member teams (depending on game mode), streamers are still having to use a third party sites to allow all players perspectives to be seen.

If there were up to 6 streamers allowed in a Squad Stream, then they wouldn't have to use the third party sites that are not 100% reliable.

  5. As per title.

Subs are generally granted more leniency in chats. It would be practical to identify the subs that genuinely financially contribute with Paid and Prime subs over the free gifted subs.

  6. Hey there! So with the new release of Squad Streams on Twitch, lots of broadcasters will be teaming up and collaborating together! It's a really exciting feature that has a lot of people talking. However, there seems to be one major drawback about Squad Streams, and that's the fact that viewers are only counted for the primary stream being watched.

To me personally, this doesn't make much sense. If I'm viewing all of the channels at once, and happen to be able to follow and support their channel at the same time, then it would not make sense for my…

  7. Since many streamers are already streaming delayed, it would be great if there was an option that would allow the streamers (or possibly their mods) to bleep out the audio.
For example: if someone said something inappropriate, you could press that shortcut that opens a pop-up window. On this window, the streamers are now avaible to see the video that the viewers are currently seeing. Now they could bleep it out in the right moment (or their mods).
Of course you could then possibly add an additional option in this window to even make the image at certain points blurry.…

  8. Not everyone is meant for hardcore grinding on Twitch, not everyone is meant to make a living out of streaming, and not everyone wants to and that doesn't make anyone less worthy.
They're tons of "medium" Streamer out there that have been doing what they do best for years and just never "made it" and probably never will.
It would be nice to have some kind of recognition if you've been part of the twitch world for a very long time but fame is just not for you for whatever reason.
Something in between affiliates and partners to give some…

  9. My friend and I are streaming content together. Only one of us needs to share their screen each time, but we'd like to also show the other person's face (we like to feel included!).
Right now we're doing this by calling on Discord and screensharing the remote person's face. Could we please have a feature to enable this natively in Twitch (having two people sending to the same stream at once)? It would be super cool, especially as we play a lot of co-op games.

  10. Just wondering if anyone had thought of organising/making a Twitch orchestra, like the YouTube orchestra from approx. 2009? I know the creative arts sector is still relatively new on Twitch but would be such a cool idea if Twitch would support it and can sponsor/fund an orchestral performance with musicians from all around the world. There are a lot of super talented classical musicians on Twitch and it would be lovely if we could make music together!

  11. Sub points should be accumulated & not get expired along with expired subs as it helps streamers to unlock emote slots quicker. And with more emotes available, potential subscribers would be more enticed to sub or continue their subscription.

Looking at "expired" sub points on our partnered dashboard not only demoralized streamers before the start of each stream, we'd get less interested to help promote subscription to our viewers & would encourage direct donation instead.

My current subpoints which unlocked 24 emotes is now at 366/1,000 because 600+ gifted subs expired this month. I don't see how I could get…

  12. It basically takes the stream times of the last 30 or 31 days and averages them to give a summary of when you stream. You can set which days are grouped together, so if you stream somewhere around 5-6 PM on weekdays and somewhere around 3-5 PM on weekends, then you can select Monday to Friday to be grouped together and Sat.-Sun. to group as well, and your stream times will show as 3-5 PM on weekends (or somewhere around that number), and 5-6 PM on weekdays. This is publicly visible, so that way it's an automated way to show…

  13. Since there are streamers and viewers from all over the world and therefore different timezones and googling said timezones becomes quite exhausting, why not introduce a "twitch-time(zone)".Have a clock ticking (and the date) in the corner or somewhere visible. This would for sure prevent any confusion with the starts of events or streams.
Someone is streaming and announcing in the title of the stream when they are going to switch to a different game in "twitch-time"? Just take a look in the corner and you're sure to not miss it. Which timezone becomes the official "twitch-timezone", doesnt really matter.

  14. I watch a lot of fighting game streams and fighting games are low numbers for twitch which causes pain for viewing multiple games at the same event. Some events have their own streaming team, such as Evolution (the largest fighting game tournament in the world), where they have their streams named Evo1, Evo2, etc.,
This weekend is a far smaller event called Frosty Faustings and they have unaffiliated people running official tournament streams.

We can increase Event stream visibility by having an Events tab on the front page with the name of the event. Clicking on the Event brings up…

  15. Subathons are something that many streamers do once or more per year to boost sub points or hit personal goals they've had. Adding onto the already available Events feature, being able to hold a special scheduled subathon event with a slightly discounted price for a subscription would be incredible for those wanting to hit their goals or unlock another emote slot. That being said, It would need to be limited to a certain number of uses per year so it's not super overpowered.

  16. I think this kind of feature would be really interesting and exciting for viewers and streamers. Streamers could press a button to split their viewers to groups of for example 100 people and raid random channels in chosen category or all over twitch. With big streamers getting tens of thousands of viewers, this would mean a lot of small streams would get exposure from this feature. I have noticed chat gets really excited when raids happen, in both the raided and raider channel. This kind of random twist would make it even more exciting and fun!

  17. Say the ability for a viewer to be able to press on tabs that show the games stats that aren’t visable without this said tab, the ability to open up the streamers minimal to view the full map, this would happen only on the viewers side, would have to be a two way thing, could go beyond with other features the streamer would like to allow access to for viewers, be able to view the partners in a said stream if they are in a squad (with or without the ability to see the other squad members pov, but just…

  18. I think it would be a good addition to Twitch if a Streamer could have two or more streams running on a channel at once while they play with other Streamer(s)

  19. Before raiding someone, it could show a video created by the broadcaster to introduce themselves to the audience. Whether it's a personal greeting, highlight reel, etc. The Streamer can have this video automatically play after the raid timer stops.
Of course with this functionality you should be able to make an option to ask the streamer if they want to show this intro video or not before a raid as well.

  20. So for example: I give a tier 1 sub to a viewer. The streamer should be able to gift 3 subs per month to any viewer they choose but the streamer can not get revenue from it. They get 3 per month and it resets every month
