It is not a bad idea that certain privileges that Partners have, we could have as affiliates now that we are a much larger community and thus be able to progress more easily.

I would rather see streamers be able to give discounted subs to their channel. Here is the thing sometimes streamers have bots or want to do giveaways for their channel. This feature would allow them to give subs of their channels without having to pay themselves (in other words streamers only pay the portion that goes to twitch) and then paying income tax on that revenue even though it was their money.

This has the potential to lessen the perceived value of a sub though.

I think for it to be fair it would be a great idea to allow affiliates to receive 1 free sub gift per month, and give X amount based off of subscriber count for Partners

I love that idea! I would gladly give a one month sub to some loyal viewers who don't happen to sub to give them access to my emotes. I don't mind not getting funds from those 3, they are simply to build loyalty!
