Error when resubscribing to a cancelled subscription
I am T3 subbed to a channel. If I cancel my subscription I can keep the benefits until the month is over.
If I now decided to resubscribe within that time period (before the old subscription is over) a message appears in the channel, saying that I resubscribed but with Tier 1. But neither did I resubscribe, nor was it Tier 1. I just cancelled my cancellation :)This could lead to sub spamming, since I can cancel my sub and resub as many times as I want in that time period, but it would probably make a message appear…

Let people decide whether or not they want to get emailed when they subscribe to your channel
Hello! I was wanting to email my subscribers one day. Started looking for it and it was gone. No button to be found. So I had an idea to allow people to choose whether or not they want to be emailed from the subscriber list. Being a small streamer this is a huge first step to interacting with your channel and community. Having this taken away breaks that line of communication between me and my channel. If they don’t want emails, they can simply say no emails, otherwise they can receive the emails if they wish. Thanks!

transfer subscriptions to other accounts
i think it would be a good idea if twitch could let people transfer their current subscriptions to other accounts, because i have a twitch account that i have had for a while and i would love to make a new account for many reasons but i’ve been subbed to people for months and have gifted so much, if there was a feature where i could make a new account and transfer my current subs to a different account that would be amazing as i wouldn’t loose all the money i spent on subs, i’m pretty sure people have asked…

Pay for Music Licensing
Music is universally loved by many. Its addition to a stream can set the tone for a community. Amazon/Twitch: please pay for licensing so streamers do not have to worry about DMCA strikes. Let people share and enjoy music!
At the very least, include licensing for Amazon Prime members and/or Twitch Turbo users.

Subscription limit setting for the Affiliates and Partners: always active or only in live broadcast
I think Twitch needs to introduce a subscription limit setting for the streamers, precisely the chance to subscribe to their channel only when they are in live broadcast. This would be perfect for the Affiliates and Partners who can't stream on the platform regularly.

I do Sub and support streamers
Give the option to the gifted person an option to deny a gifted sub. I could have been just browsing channels and left the stream because I might not be interested and I would not like to see a gifted sub a few days later like I have in some. For the person that gifted it, it can go into a gifted sub bank as the refund and he can give it to someone else.

Disable Receiving Gift Subs for Channels You Unfollowed
Last week I got a gift sub for a channel I no longer follow, due to personal reasons. I haven't visited the channel since then, yet I still somehow received a gift sub. I know you can disable gift subs from channels you don't follow, however, if I wanted to leave that on, I feel there should be either another setting to disable unfollowed channels, or it should be automatic, as it has the potential to be quite awkward, to be frank, depending on the person's situation.

Add an ignore list for random gift sub
Hi,
Maybe you could add a black list, allowing poeple to randomly gift several poeple but not poeple in the black list.
Or, let the possibility to target several viewers at the same time. Something like "send sub gift to : viewer X, viewer Y, viewer Z..." Something like that.2 votes -
Twitch Turbo Lite for Ad Block only. $4.99 / mo maybe
I've been interested in twitch turbo for some time now, but the only feature I want is the ad-free viewing. It would be neat to have a lite version at a cheaper price for ads only. $8.99 is quite steep if ad-free viewing is the only feature I use.

Let the streamers set the price of subscription for their own channels.
I would like to be able to set the price for subscriptions of my own channel. it's shocking that I can't. An applicable version of free-market within the Twitch ecosystem or at least to have a choice is essential not only but also for newer streamers. Newer streamers need support while they are developing their channel, finding their voice, and learning the rules. Let's say a newer streamer charges their subscribers $3.99 per month and an established streamer with thousands of subscribers also charges $3.99 because they don't get to set their own price. First of all, the quality of…

Why do I receive subscriptions when I am not even a follower?
Sometimes I watch a stream to see what I think. A while later I can receive a gift sub. It seems like a waste if I get it when I have not even followed the channel. Better if someone more interested gets it.
Edit: I found the setting in the security section for this. Maybe it should be enabled by default?

Mods to not be able to get gifted subs
I feel like being gifted a sub as a mod takes away from the community involvement. I would rather have someone in chat get the sub and not me. Make an option so the streamer can turn off gifted subs for moderators.

No Midroll Ads for qualified users
One of my favorite streamers started using ad breaks to disable pre-roll ads. That's awesome, it sounds like that will help with gaining new followers! But I don't want to see ads. I was thinking about buying Turbo, but I already have so many "qualifications" (aka revenue) that seem like they should qualify me to not see ads. Here's why I think it's unreasonable:
- I have Prime
- I'm Subbed
- I'm VIP
- I've donated over 2k bits
- I've gifted subs
Suggestion: reaching the 100 bits badge will grant immunity from midroll ads for a month.
Suggestion: Being VIP grants immunity from…

Terrible feeling - like popup to use twitch prime sub is misleading at best and thieving at worst
Twitch support was great btw. I was on a channel and saw free sub message on popup and I was thinking maybe I earned it with hours watched, well I clicked it and it used by prime sub without adequate warning, imo. Naturally, I could not then spend my prime sub on the channel I normally do. That popup and lack of warning really upset me today, and I feel like it is almost fraudulent representation. If it said free with prime that would be different, but didn't say anything about that when it popped up, so frustrated. Please fix…

Tier specific live content
Really enjoying subscription only content, currently there is no way to do tier specific content. it would be nice to do content specific only to the different tiers.
For example tier 3 or Tier 2 specific uploads or live streams this way we can reward the viewers that want to support us more.
This would also keep all of our content on twitch instead of looking for other platforms like pateron.2 votes -
affiliate money and gift subscriptions
I would like that the affiliates do not take so much money or that they are not asked for those € 100 to collect, I understand that they are asked for a minimum but it is small.
And another thing that for partners and affiliates they can give away some free subscriptions every month2 votes -
Announcement of the Subtember event on each channel near the Subscribe button with info about it
It would be nice if there was an announcement of the Subtember event on each channel, near the Subscribe button. When you click on the announcement link, it will have a summary of Subtember benefits. You can click on a link to go to a Subtember help page that gives more information.

Subscriptions based on live hours
Subscriptions should be changed to be based on hours live or some granular amount.
Currently some streamers say that they are stressed due to the feeling that they must meet the worth of their viewer's subscriptions. If subscriptions were based on hours live, streamers would also have more time to shift focus. Additionally, more people would subscribe as they would feel that they would get its worth.

Payment History could have a detailed description when you do a gift sub for more than one month
You receive the same message when you do a gift sub for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. It could say for how many months too.
E.g.: Gift Subscription - Tier 1 for xxxxxxx
