I think Turbo should be available for free to people who subscribe a lot.
If you have say, 5 or more subscriptions to different creators, you automatically get Turbo on your account for free. Maybe this could be limited to recurring subs. Tier 2 and 3 subs could count towards multiple subs for the total.
