access emote subs for turbo Hello, I’ve been a Twitch Turbo subscriber for many years, and I believe it’s only fair that those of us who use this service receive additional benefits to enhance the subscription’s value.
Among various ideas, I think that granting access to channel subscriber–exclusive emotes is by far the best. Since being a Turbo subscriber effectively covers all of Twitch, it makes sense to allow this privilege—naturally limited to the channels the Turbo subscriber follows.

I want to up subscription tier RIGHT NOW I would like to upgrade my subscription plan.

Expired Subscriptions Hope an editing feature can be added for Expired Subscriptions. Although the 'Block Receiving Gifts on Channels You Don't Follow' setting has been turned off, past records still remain. It would be great if users could edit them themselves.

Add Tier2 & Tier3 Community Gifted Subs into API Currently gifting any Tier 2 or Tier 3 subs doesn't show properly in the Activity feed because there is no API endpoint for these, only Tier1s
This will allow 3rd party alerts & Twitch Alerts to be based on a specific ammount of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Community Gifted subs.
If Twitch would rather only focus on TIer1s then get rid of Tier2 and Tier3 completely and move the added emotes unlocks to a Total Gifted Subs on channel status unlock along with the badges.

Stop calling Scams discount If you make a sub-discount (like currently the 35% off), dont let the streamer pay for it!

The streamer literally has to pay everything for these disounts! Because (and correct me if I am wrong):

Improve accountability/offer compensation for unexpected subscription renewals When a cancelled subscription turns into a renewed one, Twitch should show more interest in how/why it happened and figure out how to compensate that error, instead of ignoring it. Simply sending email stating "we do not give refunds" and "how to cancel a subscription" is like blaming the customers for an error that has happened despite following all of the steps for cancelling their subscriptions.
Suggestion: Investigate. Ask for information, such as email confirmation of cancelled subscription and renewal. For example, if the cancellation happened well before the end of the time period and the auto renew happened, then…

Fix the notification issue They should actually let you decide who you do and do not get notifications about. Yes, they have a page where you can flip a switch, but then they just turn it off whenever they feel like it. If it's supposed to be some feature there needs to be a way to opt out of it. As there isn't a way to opt out of them messing with my notifications it's clearly a bug they're pretending is a feature so they can pretend it doesn't need to be fixed. Twitch should allow streamers to run an optional streamer-funded gifted sub discount...just like any small business running a promo to reward customers and drive support. This would be limited (e.g. once per 30 days) and fully covered by the streamer, not Twitch.

Turbo needs to benefit streamers As of right now, i understand that Twitch does not do revenue sharing with streamers when people use Turbo. This seems to be incredibly anti-streamer. I don't come to Twitch to quietly stare at the interface or wander around my settings/account information. I'm here for streamers.
Keeping turbo as an anti-streamer feature that doesn't share revenue with streamers is a problem for me. I happily pay for YouTube Premium for my family because it supports the channels I watch and ad-blocking is a bonus feature. With Turbo, ad blocking is the feature and that hurts streamers in multiple ways.

Ads on active subscriptions because auto-resub charge failed Currently, subscriptions that haven't been manually cancelled attempt to auto-renew approximately 6–10 days before the subscription expires.
This would be fine, except that when the payment method charge fails, even though there is still 6–10 days of subscription left, the sub becomes inactive and begins showing "change/fix your payment method to continue your sub" messages, while showing ads and losing access to subscriber bonuses like emotes for the channel.

Choosing your own subscription price as a creator. Hi I was just wondering if it wouldn't it not make more money for twitch and smaller streamers if streamers of a certain amount of subs could decide how much their subscription costs? I currently feel my subscription isn't worth six pounds with the current following I have, I feel like it would be smarter if you could set a lower amount like YouTube memberships.

Twitch and affiliates would make more revenue (I believe) if the monthly subscription was replaced with 100-bit cheers per "episode". Rather than pressure viewers to pay 6.99 a month for ONE person (or rather than pressure one streamer to feel sub-guilt), viewers could credit their Twitch accounts, then pay a number of bits per "episode" or stream like a tip-jar, the reward being no ads for that stream. I know I'd be willing to spend more money if I could spread my budget across the many streamers I appreciate, and I know as a streamer I'd stop considering leaving Twitch just to alleviate the guilt of people paying me even if I don't want to show up for a week…
